Friday night I saw The Threepenny Opera. Being a cynical person myself, I enjoyed how twisted the characters were, and the ending surprised me with the sudden shift in tone. What have the rest of you seen?

If your talking I've on stage? Carmen. I know it's really opera, but seeing them sing in french and dance on stage was an amazing experience.

If on TV? Well, I don't know if the movie version on Phantom of the Opera counts, so Cyrano de Bergerac. I love that one. smile I fell sorry for him, but man can he talk. If only more men were so eloquent. heart

I saw this amazing production of Othello recently, in Philadelphia! The run just ended this past weekend, but here's the website of the group that did it. If you're ever in Philly... go see them they are wonderful and amazing!
I also saw a production of Twelfth Night recently, and A Midsummer Night's Dream, and Cymbeline, earlier this year. *huge Shakespeare fan*
. . . I just realized it's been a year and a half since I saw a musical orz
