To Takashi, a mystical and unknown figure would take a seat in the middle of the water, sporting a meditative stance. He wouldn't answer if spoken to, and all attempts to shake or disrupt him would be useless. Inside of this body...an intense battle was ongoing.
Lucifer and Kalona had already been doing battle for quite some time. The light orbs of both combatants were spread out across the battlefield with Inferiority already in his mirror-shard form. Kalona stood a short distance away with a grin on his face, twin, six-inch knives of light in his hands. They were sizing each other up again, pacing to the sides and readying themselves for a chance to strike. Obviously, Lucifer was going barehanded. He didn't rely on weapons very often. With the sound of a small, insignificant drop of water in the distance, they lunged.

Kalona aimed a vertical, downward slash at Lucifer with the knife in his right hand. With his impressive reaction time, Lucifer stepped to the left, and crouched to avoid the swing of the second knife. He was disappointed when his newly executed, crouched axe kick failed when Kalona turned into light itself. Strangely enough, this boy was one of the few living people that could look at this technique without being heavily blinded. Now, he fired a Lightning Beam attack straight at Kalona, forcing him to dodge with more drastic measures.

Now, the fight was on. As Kalona was in the air from his most recent dodge, Lucifer lunged in using the Flash Forward technique for an unexpected burst of speed and aimed the Chidori Spear at Kalona's right shoulder. With the speed he was moving, it sliced into his arm, but didn't do any serious damage. However, it was enough to force him out of his light state. When that happened, Lucifer laid into him. With one palm extended and twisted, Lucifer would fire the Lightning Beam and begin to spin. This would begin the unraveling of Kalona's defenses.

With each pass of the Lightning Beam, Kalona's light dodging skills and defenses were eroded further and further until they were unable to keep up. He was hit with one of the Jounin-ranked strikes and hit the floor, his body twitching from the electricity. The battle seemed to be over, but when Lucifer moved over to Kalona, his body fizzled away in the form of light. At that moment...a web of light formed over both of them in the form of a dome. Kalona would fizzle in and out of this web, shooting spears of light at Lucifer from seemingly all directions.

Kalona was too late, however. Lucifer extended his palm, and the Heaven's Judgment technique would explode with Kage-ranked power from his palm, destroying the web and catching Kalona in the blast. As he hit the ground--body still twitching from the shocks of the technique, Lucifer grasped his chakra and tore it out of him. It seemed that--in his previous efforts--gaining the power of Stage One was somewhat easy. Now, he left Kalona's space and became himself again before leaving the Training grounds, not having said a word to Takahashi.

Mizuki smiled lightly, "Then lets begin!" As she formed a few handsigns, and her katon energy began to flow. Unleashing thirteen clones. As the clones then each had a paper not explosive on their backs, she had them entiretwine and then rush foreward, as they fanned out and formed around him into him being in a circle, some jumped, while others didn't; one imbetween each of three would jump towards the sky, half of them forming a hand sign and ejecting a ordorless yet colorless gas from their mouth's, each having the range of twenty feet, which would reach him and the other clones. Finally, the others a few seconds after would use a handsign and a katon styled dragon would emerge from their mouths, igniting all of the explosive odorless gas, the clones which each would do destructive fire damage when exploading since she had tossed the explosive notes onto their backs which would also expload. With the sun it would bump the jutsue up to Jounnin level, and was her main element. This would create a massive, swirling fire explosion with him right in the center unless he countered, simply moving twenty feet and which the adius would increase now due to other explosions, did not seem likely but hey, maybe his main tool was speed?

Mizuki only smiled as the oncoming katon dragon would approach, how pitiful. She roared her head back as her teeth turned to fangs, and nails to dagger like claws. She then bent on all fours and ran to the side of it, to make it miss. Running backwards was pointless, yes a bit of the flame began to lick at her flesh but would be nothing more then a small couple of burns. She smiled lightly. And roared. Her voice raspy. "Come out and play coward. Or are you afraid of what lurks in the dark?!" As she then formed a handsign, flowing her chakra into her hands, she thrust them into the sky. Allowing then clouds to form and fireball sized hail, which was half of the size of her closed fists would rain down on the battlefield, burning anything it touched which would put them into a circle. She ran towards him, gaining on him as she activated her byakyuugan. She did not know how much he may know if it, but the byakyuugan existed before the sharigan and the sharigan was a mere copy. The byakyuugan allowed her full 360 degree view, added with her ranked up speed and strength now, also being able to see all of his chakra networks. Things were looking good for Mizuki, he could not leave the circle without being burnt to a crisp by the fireball hail.

Lucifer stepped into the training grounds, ignoring their spar for obvious reasons while he sent a messenger hawk out of the base...granted it would have to fly through corridors and the like. The space around them was large enough for him to train without interrupting them, so it really wasn't much of an issue. The first technique he started was the Six Spears of Divine Absolution technique. At his rank, the technique was of average difficulty.

Within a very short period of time, Lucifer had mastered the use of the spears, manipulating all six at one time to devastating effect. This would be incredibly useful in close combat situations. For now, he could move on to the next technique in the Joukai's arsenal.
[2/2] Six Spears
The God's Snare technique...a deadly ability if used correctly. After flying through hand seals, a 'web' of light chakra would spread out in a fifty foot circle from Lucifer's position, allowing him to 'phase' in and out of it in the form of light to catch opponents be surprise. When he was satisfied with his mastery, he canceled the technique and continued.

At this point, Takahashi and Mizuki may have become frightened from the raw concentration of light chakra in the area. Up above, in the 'clouds' that were simulated by the training environment, a large, glowing sphere of light could be seen. The skies would begin to part for what appeared to be a devastating technique.

This was the technique, In His Holy Name. It was one of Lucifer's most powerful techniques, and truly...a parody of god himself. The ball of light would grow increasingly powerful...at this point, Lucifer was fine-tuning the chakra so that he could get its proportions perfectly from that point onward.

For this part of the jutsu, it was incredibly tedious. It involved even more of the aforementioned fine-tuning of chakra for what appeared to be little to no improvement. For now, all Lucifer could do was repeatedly test run the jutsu with different portions of chakra with every run, finding that his results weren't...

Coming out anywhere near as well as he would have liked. At this point in time, he was getting closer, but he just wasn't getting the desired results. Hopefully, it would start making sense soon, or he would have to fight back the very physical and mental urge to scream in pure, untamed frustration.

The 'sky' of the simulated area would begin to darken as the technique took its real effect. The sphere of light chakra would expand in the sky, taking the shape of a thick, circular plate of chakra. With this, Lucifer would have an incredibly high amount of destructive power. It was certainly fearsome.

With one final blink of power, a tremendous beam of light shot down from the sky, obliterating the ground around him in a fifty foot circle. The ground was burned to a crisp and still steaming from the overwhelming power of the technique. Lucifer stood in the middle of this beam...completely unharmed.

Ah...the next technique was one of the most fearsome he'd ever devised. On paper...it looked wonderful and terrifying, and was likely one of the most potent Joukai techniques in existence. After pressing his palms together with a sadistic grin, Lucifer would begin his most powerful Joukai technique.

Slowly but surely, the artificial light in the area would begin to sink into Lucifer's body. Because of this, the area would darken, and his body would continually seem to glow brighter and brighter. Hopefully, they wouldn't notice this post and their spar would go without a hitch. Hopefully.

It seemed like he was making decent headway on the technique. A lot of the light in the area was absorbed into his body, giving him a brilliant glow amidst the now dusk-like scenery of the training ground. It wouldn't be terribly long until he had the technique completed, and could move on.

It was apparent; Lucifer had a specific talent with Light techniques. He was growing progressively brighter, and the power of his technique could be felt steadily growing across the entire battle...the raw chakra was terrifying, to be frank. It wouldn't be much longer until he mastered this jutsu.

At this point, all the light in the area was pretty much gone. It was pitch black, with Lucifer acting as a star in what appeared to be an inverse pentagram...a sight truly symbolic of the incredible amount of irony in his name and the names of others, especially in the Waterfall Village.

With one final blast of chakra, his transformation was complete. Sporting his full on devil form, Lucifer quickly reverted so that they wouldn't see it, and he could continue training as normal. For now, the light techniques would be much easier for him to learn, apply, and master.
[6/6] Fallen Angel
The next jutsu was Lucifer forming a single seal and aiming his hands to the sky. Within moments, the Heaven Strings would shoot down and impale one of the rocks in the area with surprising power. These jutsu were child's play after the two he had already completed and mastered.

After forming seals, Lucifer would aim his palm at the air. A single arrow of light shot into the sky, partially splitting the clouds. A short time after, a shower of arrows would shoot down to the ground, stabbing into the floor and dissipating away into the newly restored light in the training grounds. After he was finished with these jutsu, he would start heading out of the base to go to the Sage Lands.
