FFTL are part of a sub genre of hardcore, called post hardcore, however most bands in this sub genre are bagged and s**t from people in the actual hardcore genre, so yeh, me personally, i dont think they are hardcore, there damn well emo, but yeh, just thought id mention that from doing my research they are Post hardcore, but yeh, im a huge fan of Hardcore and Metalcore, so yes, some bands "I Killed The Prom Queen, Parkway Drive, As I Lay Dying, Miles Away, The Comeback Kid, Circle Takes The Square, Bleeding Through, xTyrantx, The Warriors, Miles Away (great band from my hometown of Perth, WA, Australia), old Eighteen Visions", and yeh theres many more but im too lazy to type them all down.

P.S: in my message when i right "they are damn well emo" im not trying to bag emo in anyway, for i do listen to emo and yeh, im not trying to bag, im just saying they are indeed an emo band.

fftl is a good band but not hardcore the only thing fftl and hardcore have incomen are scene kid fans dubble bass and screaming but they dont really scream that much

bleeding through, blessed by a broken heart, to kill the king, and uch much more are all hardcore if you want links to hardcore bands pm me

i LOVE hard core s**t, but i also think that it can't JUST be screaming. i love it when they sing too. but i guess all that screaming kinda kills their singing voice.. :S

well generaly when they sing and scream in there songs they are post hardcore but that might be wrong just somethign i have noticed
