The capital of Kougi, Asgard, is separated into five sectors, North Anima, East Anima, West Anima, South Anima, and Central Anima. West Anima is the education and research district, with vast research facilities, laboratories, libraries, and schools. Regulations are not really strict. Every race is treated as equals, and given the same education.
