The capital of Kougi, Asgard, is separated into five sectors, North Anima, East Anima, West Anima, South Anima, and Central Anima. South Anima is the refugee district. Fairly clean, though a little drab, it is a temporary living space for many whose villages have been destroyed by monsters and have sought refuge in the capital. Many live here, deciding that it is much more comfortable than the bright, bustling East Anima district. Unlike the urban air of the East Anima, the people residing in the South Anima are much more reserved; there are hardly any festivities, but the neighbors are much more closely knit, sharing the same suffering of losing their homes.
