Hey Sage. So I did that thing with the bananas that we talked about when you were here. The ones that were together didn't get brown any faster than the ones in the different rooms. They all really seemed to ripen at the same rate. Either their proximity to each other doesn't matter all that much, or there were other variables that I wasn't controlling. SHRUG.

It was more of an experiment than anything else. Though none of the locations were sealed, so maybe that has something to do with it.

Hmm, MOAR CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENTS?
But gutted, you can slow the ripening by keeping them in a fridge as well, but the skin may still brown as fast but dosent really affect the internal bananaism.
