The Old Chapel is perhaps the single most multifunctional section of the compound. When Enoch was still a prison the Chapel served as a place of spiritual renewal, and also doubled as a movie theatre. It still serves those functions (although mass isn't particularly well attended... nuclear holocausts tend to have that effect on religion), but now it also serves as the Town Hall, a place where all the citizens of Enoch can gather and discuss the future of their city. All important decisions are made here and shape the path of the future of Enoch. And of course the Chapel still serves as a center of entertainment showing movies after town hall meetings.
