	Ive seen some pretty messed up japanese movies, but I preffer animate ones or comedys I havent seen that though I know it was one of the best grossing movies in japan

	I know books/films are different. I haven't read the book - but the manga was excellent. I really wasn't very impressed with the movie (we watched it in our anime club back in college). Once I read the novel I'll see how it is vs. Hunger Games - which I thought had an excellent ending.

	I've seen both the Battle Royale movies and read some of the manga. Not really my favorites, but good if you're into that kind of thing.
