Lol I just cut my calorie consumption back by like 500 points.
So I'm like...RAVENOUS at the moment.

Though I was insanely proud when I made a pumpkin cheesecake for thanksgiving. Even if it was a little...crispy crust wise. XD

It's a very low carb high fat diet. 3nodding

They are based off of the same principals, but Atkin's scales differently as in it's something that you'd do temporarily, where as Keto is more of a lifestyle change.

We don't have enough space or money for a mixer right now, and all of that gets done by weight and just letting it sit around in humidity. The pizza oven does all of the work, since it's a conveyor. c:

I find that it's nice to lose weight, but better for the self esteem when it's inches. I'll probably hit the gym tomorrow sometime after work.
