I don't play, but I'm probably going to start soon, so this may or may not be all good or correct.
Katsu Naikiri Melee Duelist
Passive - Katsu's unrealistic and irrational persistence lets him slip up from hell once in a while, granting him the ability to revive after being killed after 2 seconds. This only works twice per 2 minutes(starting at the first death), resetting after such time.
Q - Slash While close range and lighter damage, this can be used repetitively much faster with a very fast attack speed compared to most other basic abilities which is useful at causing large amounts of damage over time. It also slows the target's attack speed by 5/10/15/20/25% for 5 seconds. Each cut does 10/15/20/25/30 per cut.
W - Hilt Smash Smashing the butt of his sword's hilt into the enemy, he causes 50/100/150/200/250 damage and stuns the enemy for three seconds.
E - Thrust With the longest reach of Katsu's attacks as well as the fastest execution, Katsu stabs his sword out at a target to cause 100/150/200/250/300 damage as well as knocking them down for three seconds(Knockback+Stun). This ignores 12/14/16/18/20% of armor.
R - Ultimate Sword Stance Katsu uses all of his greatest techniques instead of his normal ones, increasing the effectiveness and damage of all his basic abilities by 2/2.5/3 for ten seconds. Afterwards, Katsu's body is heavily damaged with his movement speed, attack speed, and damage halved for 5 seconds.
Katsu is meant to take care of single, tougher enemies instead of mobs with a very focused-fire as a damage-dealer as well as harder to kill despite his low armor & medium health.
