...you just needed to cry?

i did yesterday. it was random. i was on facetime with my boyfriend. we were joking and laughing, and next thing i knew i was bawling, like really hard.

i cried for like fifteen minutes and he just watched, and crooned really nice things which only made me cry more.

LDR stress/regular stress sounds like.
It used to happen to me all of the time when I was younger in our relationship. We'd be chillin' on skype and whatever having a fun time, and then I'd be crying.

Usually I tend to ignore my emotional states...kinda stay neutral. Besides when I am going to sleep when I allow my negitive thoughts to decant. I wish I could use being female as a excuse for being able to feel *shrugs*

Pretty sure as human beings we all cry for no real reason during our lives. I sometimes get teary/cryiish when I'm hungry or tired. Nothing really wrong with it at all, just relieving stress and getting s**t out. Sorry that you were feeling not happy though - it's good that your bf was there to comfort you.
