I was thinking that maybe Derrick could be a tutor... but that might not work if there's not even a tiny connection between the two guys... what do you think?

mmmm maybe his sister works for derrick, actually we can use the grandmother in this, we can assume his grandmother meet his sister in the corridor or so and she decided to explain the grandmother his ideas of the company so the grandmother decided to invite the sister and family for dinner how bout that
