((This ORP is for Rocket members only, and takes place the same day and at roughly the same time as the Raid starting on the 6th.))

Traitor confirmed. They have the base's location.

It was almost funny how seven words - just seven simple, little words - could completely and utterly change everything. The agent who received the message choked and sputtered on her afternoon coffee before immediately sending it to her superiors, who received it in kind and forwarded it in turn to theirs. Bright red emergency lights flashed on and blinked repeatedly as a siren's shrill whine echoed along every hallway, though its volume was easily low enough to hear the harried announcement that played over it. "Attention all Rockets: The base's location has been compromised. Repeat, the base's location has been compromised. All Rockets begin emergency evacuation procedures immediately."

Already, messages were sent to every 'dex on base with short instructions from various superiors, reminders of what to do and how to act in such an emergency. Most messages the various lower-ranking Rockets received were similar, if not the same: All Rockets had been broken up into pre-assigned emergency teams and had to work together with that team during the evacuation. Team Rocket property came first and foremost, its safety and security paramount, and personal belongings came last, if at all.

Those in security and surveillance understandably heightened their alert, paying close attention to all sensors and monitors, as if they expected the League to come marching over the sand dunes at any moment. A few pokemon wandered by or were picked up by proximity sensors, but none of them were terribly uncommon, and none were accompanied by trainers. Most pokemon who saw the large, black tower in the middle of the desert displayed some brief, passing bewilderment before moving on. Buildings, while a common sight in cities, were incredibly rare in the large, expansive desert that stretched over most of the northern end of the region - as were flight pads. A helicopter emerged from the ground a little ways outside the base, its blades spinning slowly at first, but they quickly gained speed before lifting the craft into the air and sent it heading out over the ocean.

With the largest, most expensive and important pieces of machinery and equipment now removed and stowed safely on the various aircrafts Team Rocket had at its disposal on-base, and each aircraft patiently moved to the flight pad before departing for other regions and their smaller bases there, that left the remainder of the base's occupants to handle things of importance that would be transported by land to various outposts on Kodo. More messages were sent out to the various evacuation teams; the ones sent to Trainees and Grunts were the same, while Agents received an additional note to oversee their team and give additional orders as needed. The essence of each, however, remained the same, as evidenced by a single team's received message:

ATTN: Head immediately to the Robotics division in the tech. facilities on B-4. Further orders will be given by on-site superiors.

((All Rockets who join this RP will be part of the same evacuation team, and should head to the robotics division!))

She had been off duty during the time the announcement went out. However, when the alarm was sounded, Nikki was quick to respond. There was some muttered cursing under her breath as she snatched up all of her pokeballs, deeming those of importance, before quickly exiting her room.

Along with many others in the hallway, she went at a quick pace towards the robotics division. Using an emergency stairwell to get there as the elevators were likely crowded by this point.

Once on the right floor, she ran to the robotics division itself. It was there that she would report to her superior and wait for orders.

The Robotics Division was one floor up from the labs, and thus, despite security protocol, would usually not take too long time to reach for Tambrey.

Her 'dex had directed her up here, so, while pieces of scientific equipment vanished and people grabbed important research, the grunt had made her way out, grabbed her team, and headed into one of the crowded elevators, and up a floor, before crossing over to the designated department to wait alongside the other summoned Rockets.

It was a travesty of the first order, that was what it was. KO gave his chest of belongings a despairing look. He couldn't leave his few precious suits, it simply was not happening... but the orders coming from his dex were insistent, and he valued his hide even more than his threads which was saying something. Reaching a decision he hastily dug out his favourite red suit, folded it up as small as it would go and managed to shove it into his medical bag. He thought about trying to get the white one in too but there wasn't time and there wasn't space. There wasn't space for any shoes either.

Giving a little snarl of frustration he slammed his trunk of belongings closed and headed out of the dorm room at a brisk walk.

He arrived in the robotics department a short way behind Tambery, his usual smirking smile notably absent from his tanned face. Spotting the familiar face he moved over to the grunt and gave her a slight nod. "Well this has certainly put a crimp in my day," he muttered under his breath.

Alba jumped when the alarm sounded, almost toppling a stack of forms and folders on his desk. Everyone in the administration department was looking around, worried and confused, trying to single out someone who knew what was going on. It didn't take long at all to find out... and it wasn't simply another Rotom prank.

As many in the department set to work at sending mountains of paperwork through the shredder, Alba joined the throng of people entering the hallways and moving to their assigned areas. Robotics on B-4? Alba cast a passing and near longing glance at a stairwell as he passed. Truth was, his leg had never entirely returned to normal after its previous injury. It had healed, sure, but he'd also managed to somewhat screw up the knee and ankle at some point during the process. And of course this whole evacuation would happen on a day where both joints were protesting, he'd forgotten the painkillers upstairs, and he had been 10 minutes away from a break.

Oh, screw it. "Spook." The Chingling chimed happily as she was released from her Pokeball and followed Alba into the stairwell that more and more people were deciding to resort to. "Go back to our room, and start getting the important stuff set out on the beds so we know what needs packing. We may not have much time, so get Inigo's Pokemon to help you, and ready any carry bags we have." If all else failed, maybe he could at least save one bag of their things by handing it off to Inigo's Pidgeot. With a chime in the affirmative, Spook took off up through the middle of the winding stairs, and Alba kept moving down until he reached his destination.

"Yours and mine both, buddy." A scruffy-looking elite stood near the department's entrance, offering a comment in reply to KO's complaint. The man stood with a sledgehammer at his side, protective goggles perched atop his head, and a black pokedex in his hand. As the Rockets gradually assembled, he checked the screen, presumably to verify that the members of this specific team had gathered. Eventually he pocketed the 'dex and clapped his hands twice to garner attention.

"All righty," he said, "those of you who don't know me, name's Lucas. Pleasure to be working with ya. As you've probably figured from all the sirens and messages and whatnot, we are presently in a state of emergency. Our goal right now is a simple one:" - he raised a hand to gesture at a collection of Rockets standing aside in an area that had been cleared only to be filled with boxes and hand trucks. Several Machoke stood grumbling at the humans' side - "Get this place packed up. As I'm sure you know, most of the projects in here are very delicate and should be handled with care. No yanking cables, no sticking screwdrivers in places where they have no business going, etc. etc. Grab your thing, get it to the packing folks, then grab some more things. And most importantly, be fast. We get this done quick enough, I can allow some time for you all to go back to your rooms and pick up some of your stuff - but that's only if time allows."

He pulled the goggles down over his glasses and hefted the sledgehammer into his arms, "If anyone needs me, I'll be next door in Programming smashing some hard drives. So unless anyone's got any questions right off the bat, I'm gonna get going on that."

((OBJECTIVE: Save as much as you can in the Robotics department! Be specific in the materials your Rocket grabs.))

Anything worth saving to Faleen, was not in the Agent's quarters, but in the Robotics lab itself. Thus when she received the alarming announcement that the base's location had been compromised, the dark blond's throat felt like it closed up and she made no hesitation in going down to the Robotics lab to start with the evacuation.

Faleen had set her Porygon to begin a download, double and triple checking the backup data that he was transferring onto hard drives, making sure they didn't lose any of the information or specs they had accumulated in the years.
As the Porygon worked, the robotics herself was currently by the work benches as she made sure that projects were packed up, while some of the larger machinery was put into their stasis modes for transport.

This was terrible, all this work being put on hold, and she just hoped they could save it all. the idea of leaving any of them behind was in the process of making her sick with worry. How much time had they put into this?
A small school of three Carvanha whizzed around within a large tank just set up on the far wall, watching with quick jerking interest as the humans bustled around below them, clacking their teeth and flicking their fins.

She had been told that backup would be coming to help with the Robotics department move, she felt a deep sense of relief, busying herself as she packed away some more experimental tri-balls in their case as she waited for them to arrive.

Attentively Nikki listened to the instructions given by an elite she really didn't know. Still, he held rank and deserved respect, even if he looked rather... uh... unprofessional with his scruffy appearance. But whatever. There were more important things to worry about.

A scrutinizing glance was given in the direction of the guy who complained about crimping styles and she resisted the urge to roll her eyes.

Giving a nod that she understood, she waited to see if there were any questions. Eager to get on with whatever task she was to be assigned. Hell, she'd make herself a task if it came down to it.

This was all extremely worrying, but KO's appearance was somewhat welcome.
Star for a room mate could be an ordeal, but KO's presence had seemed to be beneficial mostly, when it came to him.
He was also quite likable anyway.

She returned the nod and offered the grim smile of one being polite, yet obviously not happy to find themselves in the situation they were.
"Always wondered but never thought this would actually happen..." she replied, quietly, with some clear worry, though the nervous energy, would, at least she hoped, be some help toward the packing up effort.

Tambrey had no questions either, simply ready to get on with the job; it seemed somewhat simple to her- grab everything they could and don't break anything- so she wasn't sure what she might have asked.
Any system of cataloging would no doubt become apparent immediately but speed and delicacy would probably be more important right now, for their own individual efforts, she supposed.

No questions came up right away, and so Lucas gave a nod in approval and moved towards the door connecting to the Programming division. Before he departed altogether, however, he caught sight of Faleen and made a gesture to her, raising his voice slightly to recapture any attention that might have been lost, "Also, this young woman over here is Agent Faleen, and she runs this ship. If you're not sure where to start or run into any problems, give her a holler and she should be able to set you up." He was just the weapons guy, after all. Robotics was, quite literally, not his division.

It was with a cheery whistle that the elite turned to leave the capable Rockets to their duty, the tune eventually drowned out by the rhythmic ka-thud of eight pounds of metal slamming mercilessly down against fragile computer parts in the next room.

Well at least the elite wasn't one of the screechy ones, though his scruffy appearance marked him down somewhat in KO's estimation. Was it really that hard to take a bit of care of how you turned yourself out? Apparently it was.

"Easy come, easy go," he murmured to Tam when she spoke up. So far at least this was better than the first fall of Galactic when team members had turned on one another in the vicious power struggle. Still hard to believe the purple-haired freak had come out as the new boss.... Hu, what was happening with him anyway? Wasn't he still down in the cells?

Perhaps he could find out, and find out what he actually ought to be saving too at the same time. As Lucas disappeared KO approached Faleen, he was keen to get a move on and therefore have a chance to go back for more of his possessions. "So, what's the priority in here Agent?" he asked with a fluid hand gesture at the room around them. "And, do you happen to know if our walking data bank down in the cells has been taken care of? Not that I would question the efficiency of the higher ups of course but he is rather relevant to everything tech related, isn't he?"

------------------

At that point the door banged open and a tall powerful scarred man entered like the wrath of the Gods. Well the wrath of at least one deity anyway, he wasn't quite pissed off enough for a whole pantheon. Traitor. Some stupid b*****d had given them away and now the whole base was like an ants nest poked with a stick.

Aulus spared his friend Tam a quick nod as he passed her by and headed onto Faleen, who was currently being bothered by some trainee fop he vaguely recognized. "What needs to go first?" he asked without preamble, not pretending even for a moment that he had a clue which doohicky was most important.

"shoot, shoot, shoot. always running late!" violet grumbled to herself as she sped down the hallway towards her room. she skidded at the doorway and rushed inside, grabbing the purple messenger bag that was slung over the bedpost. she grabbed all of her pokeballs and placed them gently inside the bag, then double-checked in her closet and under the bed to make sure no one was left behind.

she hurriedly glanced around the room to see if there was anything else she could grab. she wasn't supposed to take anything with her, but practically everything she owned was in this room. her extra uniforms and favorite quilt were out of the question, but she did tuck a spare pair of purple gloves into her belt. after placing her purple pokdex in her bag, nestled safely among her pokeballs, she raced to the elevator and took it straight down to the fourth floor.

in her hurry to join the group up, she nearly slammed directly into faleen's back. she caught herself just in time, but managed to trip over her own foot and fell backwards, landing on her tailbone with a thud. she glanced up at the blonde agent as she gingerly picked herself up, rubbing her backside and shifting her weight off of her tender ankle.

"i made it! i'm so, so sorry, i know i'm late and there's no excuse, but i'm here now and want to help. so, um..." violet stammered as she looked at the action around her. "um...how can i help?"

As on the day of the Rotom mayhem, Shadow had been trying to catch some shut-eye as was usual for him during daylight hours. He sat up abruptly in bed at the alarms, voices, and general hullabaloo going on outside his and Rory's room. Presumably his partner was already out and about since they had opposite shifts and the bed beside him was empty.

The young grunt got up with a sigh and stood by the door, listening to the instructions given to them both over the PA system and his Rocket dex. With the combination of flashing red lights and blaring sirens to blind and deafen him after he'd just woken up, Shadow was not in a pleasant mood. Seriously? They were moving? Who would have thought it would have come to this?

One good thing about being poor as dirt was that you didn't have many possessions to worry about besides the clothes on your back. And a few pokemon, of course, though technically those belonged to TR as well. He glanced back to Lindsay, who was crouched half-way under the bed growling with her ears pinned back, sensitive to the sounds. Without any imminent threat, she wasn't likely to be much use unless they were going to battle, so Shadow asked the Jolteon if she would like to return to her ball for some peace and quiet. She obliged.

With that taken care of, the grunt checked his pockets for his other pokeballs before heading down the the 4th floor of the basement as he'd been instructed. When he got there, a gruff man with something of a beard the lower ranks gathered as a higher-up. He basically directed them to Agent Faleen after making sure there weren't any questions, but almost immediately there were two other Rockets going up to speak with her and one that had just slammed into her from behind.

Glancing around, Shadow tried to think what might be best to bring that he could touch and carry without breaking. He didn't exactly trust all his pokemon to go around grabbing stuff; at least not until he knew exactly what had to move and how he could account for it. As he inspected the items nearby, his gaze fell upon several things that reminded him of controllers and he remembered something else. Did Lance have some remote control of his own around here somewhere...?

Clipping the case shut with the prototypes Faleen gathered it into her arms, turning just in time to see the team of Rockets coming in to help.
"Oh good."
She moved to place the case on top of another, the blond agent straightening up with a hurried air to agress the Rockets now in the lab.
"Pretty much all that's left is getting the smaller Projects and Prototypes, The ones laying out on the table need to be packed away in cases, you can find some in the storage there."

A gloved hand reached out to point to an organized set of work benches, some of them with mechanical parts of papers spread out along them. Then to indicate where the cases were she pointed toward the side wall where a set of doors remained propped over, people already going in and out of them carrying various equipment.
"Move as fast as you can, but please take care not to damage anything."

She understood that there was probably going to be some compromises, but she would deal with that once they got the tech out of here.
"Agent Nikki, and Tambery, please get to work on packing the projects away." She looked over to KO who was questioning her about the valuable prisoner, she paused in thought before shaking her head, turning to face him "Thats good thinking, If you wouldn't mind looking into that, Its not my department, but we need the Galactic Leader for our work, and Lance has some Robotics tech in him, contact who you need to assure that they are taken care of." She nodded to him, "Thank you for bringing that up"

As Aulus came in, followed now to shortly by a dark skinned man in a white uniform.
"Aulus, Jerome" She gestured to them "Start getting the cases out of the storage, Make sure that you see to the G-ball first."

When Violet nearly bumped into her, causing the women to turn on her heels and arch her eyebrows. A Rocket she had never seen before, was sitting on the ground where she had fallen, but was soon up on her feet and asking her if there was something she could do.
A sense of dread washed over Faleen, not at all encouraged by the Rockets clumsiness. "Its fine, lets just get you to work helping Nikki and Tambery pack things up, just please... be careful."

As she finished giving direction a mechanical voice from the other side of the room drew her attention.
"Download: Complete"

Faleen turned to the others "That's all, if you need any help please ask me or any of the other techs in the room."
With that, the Agent briskly started toward her computer. "Thank you Porygon," She said, disconcerting the hard drives and starting to place them into cases.
"Stage two: System delete, Authorize: Clean Slate?"
"Authorizing Clean Slate, Set it to run and return to your pokeball." She told the computer without looking up.
Four, mental plated black hard drives were placed carefully in the foam layering of a hard case.
Making sure each one of them was there, the Agent let out a light sigh and closed the case, snapping it close as two clicks and a deep announced that the case had been locked.

Ahhh, good, it was always good to impress your superiors. KO nodded and tipped Faleen a salute. "Consider it done." Right, right, so he needed security. That was... oh, what was her name? Harvard, right. It was presumptuous for a trainee to contact and elite like that but he had always been one to gently push the envelope when the time was right. With Faleen's go ahead he certainly had reason to.

Stepping out of everyone else's way KO fetched his dex out of his medical bag - careful not to dislodge his suit - and tapped in a call to Elite Agent Harvard, priority urgent. Once the connection was made, he made his communication brief and to the point. "Trainee KO here, Robotics clean up team. Request information on the status of prisoners Deimos and Lance. Deimos is vital to developing tech down here, and Lance has some tech in his head. Over?" On another day at another time he would have made sure to emphasise that it had been him to think of the prisoners but just at the moment he had other priorities than schmoozing and making himself look good. He really wanted to get out of this place before the s**t hit the fan.

------------------

Aulus nodded to Faleen and then to Jerome. "Right, shall we?" Wasting no more time he headed over to the storage room and started to pull down cases, cracking each one open to peek inside before pushing it aside. G-ball first, G-ball, G-ball.... Ah! "Hey, this is it right?" he showed the item in question to Jerome. If it wasn't the G-ball he was a prancing princess, but with something so vital he was keen to get a quick second opinion all the same.
