Weight: Beanpole! She's probably no more then 150. Then again, she's a flyer so it's not really a surprise.
Personality: Proud and hot headed are 2 words that Tanita does not like to hear... Not because they are untrue, but because she is trying to grow past them. She heard them all throughout her childhood, and strives to be more balanced. That said, she is proud of being a dragon, of her wings, and her horns, and she does have a hard time not losing her temper at perceived insults.
When not battling her temper and her pride, she is loyal indeed to those who earn her friendship, which she is open and sharing with. However, don't touch her things. She does have that slight... tendency... to hoard glittery shiny things that dragons are known for. If she gives some one a gift from her things, they should treasure it, because she rarely will give out her possessions. To be given such a gift means she considers that being's friendship valuable beyond compare.
Natural Abilities:Fire Breath: She can breath small tongues of flame. When angry and/or upset, they get correspondingly larger, as a defensive response to her emotions. Over use, however, causes her to over heat.
Mini-Natural Form: She can take on a smaller version of her natural form... Sizewise, along the lines of a Great Dane, but... a dragon.
FEAR Abilities:(Y2 level) Dreadful Roar -This is a Battle Cry type Offensive Fear ability. She has the ability to let out a powerful, ear numbing roar when she goes to battle.
(Y1 Level) Biting Run - The Bite Mechanics. She bites some one to steal fear from them.
Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? Nita is looking for the chance to grow, to learn... And to visit the human world once she can gain her passport. Dragons are so rarely seen out of Halloween these days, she's sure that fear of them must be dying down, and she doesn't want her race to fade out from lack of fear. She is sure the Academy will give her all she needs to Scare well, and to help the dragons regain their positions of power, and maybe even put them in position to hoard more gold.
Family:Nita comes from an OLD family of red dragons. As such, they are fairly wealthy monsters, and Nita's own hoard was, as is traditional amongst her family, started by a tithe from each of her relatives. Nita has no siblings. Her family never has more then one scareling at a time, and wait until their child is at least 1000 to have another scareling, if they do. They feel it leaves more room for the child to hunt, to grow, and to hoard.
Relatives:Timati: Tanita's mother, Timati was the eldest daughter as well. She has 1 sister, and well.. a brother. But he's not mentioned much. She inherited the greater portion of their parent's hoard upon their deaths, which occurred out in the Human World. She dotes on Nita, and has made sure that her daughter will NOT want for comfort, if nothing else, when at school.
Jurmongan: Tanita's Father. He is deceased. All of his personal hoard was left to Tanita. He died when she was 300 years old, out in the human world. Her mother insists he was murdered by 'THAT HORRIBLE GEORGE BOY.' Tanita has no idea if this is true, or even who George is. All she knows is her mother refused to take another lifemate, so Tanita will have no siblings.
Melusa: Timati's sister, she was generally Nita's babysitter growing up. She has no young of her own, as yet, as she hasn't found some one who meets her standards.
Norbert: Timati's brother, he's considered an oddball in the family. Nita doesn't know why, but she definitely finds his birthday gifts more then a bit odd. And that plant he sent her. A plant. WHY a plant. She really doesn't understand her Uncle Norbert. She's really only met him in person once, when she was 500. He came for a visit, and left Nita more confused then ever with the odd things he said.
