- A Time to Work - Ino is very dedicated to the life and work he’s chosen for himself. He knew when he agreed to join that he would be giving up everything for this life and does not let anything get in between him and his job. When he has a mission or is given a task he sets his mind to it until everything is done. His family brought him up to believe that you should take work seriously but not let it leak into the rest of your life.
A Time to Play - So despite being dedicated to his life as a hunter Inoke knows that all work and no play isn’t very good for you. So when he’s got time off he throws himself into having fun and enjoying himself to relieve the stress of his work. He likes to goof off, joke with his friends, play games, and pull pranks to keep things light-hearted and keep spirits up.
Let it all Go, Just Run - Inoke does like relaxing and his favorite way to do this is to take a nice long run around the island. He loses himself in the feel of the air rushing past him and it gives him a great opportunity to enjoy the silence and let everything go. If the weather won't permit a run he will take his time exercising in other ways just so long as he can lose himself in physical activity and zone out.
Can’t sit still - With everything going on you’d think that Ino would like to not have to do anything but nothing drives him more nuts than having to sit still and not do anything. He’s got to be up, moving, working, playing, anything at all. It's very easy for him to drive those around him nuts because of this.
Aviyana:
- No Time Like the Present - If there are things to do Aviyana wants to get them done -now- rather than waiting. Like her bond she doesn’t get the point in putting things off and hates to waste time that could be better spent working. She isn’t quite sure she likes her current line of work but she doesn’t really have a choice either.
Joker to the End -Aviyana can not take anything seriously, or at least she can’t act like she does. Whether she’s being sarcastic, turning everything into a bad pun, or just a complete b***h depends on her mood but that seems to be as mercurial as the tides she once played in.
Never a moment's peace - Despite her constant stream of opinions on things Vi is relatively quiet when they are not working or around others. She seems to always have something to say about things going on around them but when alone she seems content just knowing Ino is there. She respects his wishes to keep work and play separate enjoys the quiet time herself too.
Why did your human character choose to become a Hunter?
Having grown up in a culture that respected the spirit world and didn’t necessarily blow it off like some others seeing and hearing strange things hadn’t been odd to him as a child. His family expected him to grow out of it and when he didn’t, well Ino learned quickly not to mention the strange things he saw. This would end up being everything’s undoing.
He and his two siblings had taken a day trip out into the jungle intending to explore the trails around the volcano. Their parents had told them not to get too close to the lava flows but of course the girls had wanted to see more. Ino knew they wouldn’t get close enough to hurt themselves but he’d never thought the lava would come to get them. No one believed the stories he told of the thing, black and cracked and seemingly made of oozing lava and stone, that had drug both his sisters to their death. They wouldn’t even believe after seeing the burn that covered his left hip and thigh that looked strangely like a smudged hand print.
The years after were spent living with his family as they tried to pretend they didn't blame him, tried to cover it up with words. But he knew. Even though he'd screamed and cried and tried to pull his sisters back from the thing that had taken him he knew what everyone else thought. He was a terrible brother. He'd let his sisters run off and play somewhere dangerous. No one wanted to hear what he had to say but they couldn't ever take away the memories.
No one believed that is until a strange woman approached him and asked him the one question he had always wanted an answer to ….

Weapon Ability
Type: Battle Cry
Activation: As the flail is swung the orbs inside the spiked heads begin to vibrate, each tone in harmony with the others. When Aviyana connects with an opponent the resulting cry released from the heads creates a sonic blowback which deals extra damage against the opponent, once she learns to sing in proper harmony that is.
