'Camphoreon City Hosting First Pokemon Convention! July, 2013!'

Luxury chuckled as she read the headlines in the newspaper, then tossed it aside on the next table over. She had gotten the day off, and so far it had been spent on some late morning training and early afternoon skating in the City's skate park. Currently, the off-duty grunt was enjoying a fizzing bottle of Coca-Cola at one of the local cafes, relaxing at an outdoor table and listening to the purr of Chora curled on the chair next to her. It had been seven months since the kitten had gotten shot, and she'd been so different lately. While she still liked to play around with the other Purrloin, especially Nakura's twins, she seemed more... reserved. Before, Luxury would have to fight with the cat daily to return stolen objects and watch her every move outside her PokeBall. Now? Now, the girl found herself smiling at any random object turning up in her shoe or under her pillow, because it meant her little Chora was returning to normal...

So engulfed in her thoughts, Luxury didn't notice that at some point, one Chora on the chair had become two. Well, that is, until the first Chora woke up and literally fell of the chair in surprise.

It had been quite the day off so far, Rayna mused, as she strolled down the streets of Camphoreon. She'd been able to get her bike out and have some fun, her little Zorua perched happily on the back. She missed the wind in her face, and Zin seemed to like it just as much.

What Zin hadn't liked, however, was wandering around and looking at the shops. Rayna, though far from a girly girl, did like to browse around, and had had her hands full keeping the critter from causing too much mischief. Finally she had settled him down, with the promise of ice cream before they left if he was on his best behavior. Such a kid sometimes...

Unfortunately, somewhere along the way, Zin had once again wandered off. Oh, the grunt wasn't too awful worried about it, as if he was far enough to not be immediately caught he was far enough to cause trouble that would arise attention. And, of course, he did. It wasn't long till a startled Pokemon cry came from an outdoor table at a cafe across the street, and Rayna turned just in time to see a blue-eyed Purrloin fall off its chair and startle its owner. The cause of the commotion? Why, none other than her own blue-eyed Purrloin curled happily in the same chair.

"Zin..." Rayna mumbled, and quickly ran over to apologize and collect the trouble maker.
