[PRP] Turn for the Worst

As they had left the room and Jace had rushed to call Henrietta and Flynn to tell them of Yuri's awakening, Dove had sunk onto a bench just outside in the courtyard, relief draining away the rest of her energy and yet sparking a warmth she hadn't felt in days. He had even spoken, and though it had been weak, it had been enough to give them hope.

Jace was beside himself, his fear of the room overthrown with excitement as he bounced, his gear held up to his ear as he waited for Henrietta to pick up. When she didn't, he barely broke stride, only pausing with a soft confused frown and a shrug before he took up a seat next to the girl in charge of watching him, his legs swinging, skimming the ground with the soles of his tennis shoes. It was cold outside, but as he released Chester-- they wouldn't let him out in the hospital, of course, 'cause of the fire-- he barely even felt the chill.

As the sun begun to sink, the woman had led the boy back inside to wait, purchasing them both a small snack as they looked around the entrance of the treetop hospital for the return of their friends. It had been a while, but surely that was just Flynn's searching tactic-- she was sure he would be thorough. Nothing had happened... Today was for good news, not for bad.

Still looking worse for the wear, Dove could be found sitting at a small table, watching tiredly, but fondly, as Jace fed the swablu fluttering around his head, the pleasant hum it gave keeping them both calm.

They had indeed been gone for quite some time and there was a good reason for that.

Currently Yuri slept, getting some much needed rest to help him heal and recover.

Eventually Flynn appeared where Dove and Jace were waiting. His blonde hair a bit disheveled and a tired look on his face. But most noticeably his right arm was in a cast and sling.

"Hey," he greeted quietly.

Henrietta looked a bit muddy and dazed, even now. She was also limping a little and didn't look all that enthused as she had upon leaving.

Gummy was back in her arms and was, apparently, still asleep, while Bistra had been returned to her ball.
She had a couple of sticky bandaids; one large-ish on her right knee and a smaller one on her elbow.
While Hen' might have been troubled by something, it was clear that her personality had still been noticeable enough when her dressings were being made; they were adorned with various superhero logos.

Jace, watching the bird flutter around them, was the first to spot the two, and he immediately jumped to his feet, trying to get to them as quickly as possible. "He woke up! Guys, he woke up!" he told them excitedly, determined to offer the good news first. However, at their quiet and heavy expressions, he faded a little, looking at them curiously as the swablu perched on his shoulder again. "Whoa, what happened?"

Dove, while she hadn't been as outwardly enthusiastic as Jace had been, was relieved to see their friends return. A bit quicker to notice their state, she, too, rose to her feet to go closer, looking quietly to Flynn as he greeted them. Jace had already voiced the question in her head... They would only receive a worried look, a slight panic behind her eyes as her gaze ghosted over Flynn's arm and the bandages on Hen's knee.

At Jace's outburst Flynn first looked to him with a small relieved smile on his face. "Yuri is awake? I'm glad to hear it."

He then looked to the obviously worried Dove as Jace posed his question. The man sighing lightly.

"We found Tymiko."  

[Gwennythe]

"He woke up?! Awesome! How is he? Can we see him?" Henrietta was quite content to focus on Yuri's awakening for the moment, not entirely understanding what had happened with Tymiko yet.

She remembered... the Mewtwo, and the log, and all of them being hit by the log... and then falling asleep.
She still didn't quite have a full understanding of what had occurred, let alone remembered what they and Ty had talked about before the log.

Jace latched onto the smile and the excitement from Hen. "Yeah, he's good," he said simply, completely understating the situation. He was awake and able to speak... so that was good.

Dove, on the other hand, clung to what the blonde man said, her heart stopping, her eyes wide as she waited for an explanation. That couldn't be good. She wasn't there with them. Surely that meant... "Is she...?"

Flynn shook his head quickly. "She's fine. In fact she's not alone."

His expression became more serious.

"She had a strange talking Pokemon with her that she called a Mewtwo. It attacked us when I tried to being her back with us."  

[Gwennythe]

"Man! Did he say anything? Did he like the flowers and stuff?" Henrietta was very happy to hear that Yuri had woken up; the search for Tymiko had been confusing and ultimately unsatisfying, though at least they knew Tymiko was 'okay', so the good news was very welcome.

"She's not fine though!" Henrietta countered anxiously, hearing Flynn, and remembering one glaring fact from the encounter. "She didn't know who Yuri was!"

Dove visibly relaxed, though she tensed a little as Jace looked up at Flynn, nearly yelling. "A mew-two!? Why's there so many legendaries?! Wait, how can she not know who Yuri is? Did it wipe her memory or something?" As far as he was concerned, the mew-two was much more pressing. Tymiko was okay. Flynn said so.

Dove shook her head, her mouth gapping a little in disbelief. "A Mewtwo? H-How? Are you sure you two are okay?" she asked, reaching out to lightly touch his cast in reference. Legendaries (cloned or especially not) were powerful. "She left with it?"

"Damn these nights are getting chilly." Ray spoke as she stepped inside the hospital in Sandelwood, running her hands together then pressing them to the back of Double Stripe's neck, Causing the snake to let out a startled his and jerk forward.
"Haa haa haa!"

The women had since been cleaned up from the day before, her hair now done back in her usual style, and her clothes, usually more much heavy duty were traded out for something more light and casual, she should have at least brought a heavier coat.

As the women stopped in the waiting room, she put a hand on her her hips and glanced around, waiting for the next move.

Thankfully Rosie took over from here, the pink clad trainer stepping forward and pointing down one of the halls ways "They were just down this hall here." Rosie said, "I already told Dove we're here, so they should be meeting us soon."
A Jirachi floated next to Rosie, her eyes wide again as she stared around with a frown.

"No... She didn't forget," Flynn said. "She was lying, pretending to not know him." The tail end of their conversation made that clear, but Henrietta had been so entranced with that Mewtwo.

"She seemed to be friends with it," he then added and then smiled reassuringly at Dove. "I'll be fine, it's just a broken arm."

Then hearing familiar voices Flynn turned to look.

Henrietta frowned worriedly and rubbed at the sticky plaster on her elbow, wrinkling the Gligirl insignia slightly.
"Why would she lie?" She asked, a little more quietly- she'd realised it, sure, but there had been that Mewtwo, and she didn't really want to think that Tymiko might have lied about such a thing.
"Yeah! I thought she was like an evolved Mew! But apparently she was a clone and Ty's friend... She called her Indigo! She looked really awesome!... but she threw a log at us..." Right, the log. Awesome, but the Mewtwo did throw that log...

Dove attempted to match Flynn's smile, but the weight of the information was far too heavy. Lying...? Why would she do that, unless... "You don't think that she--"

At that moment, her phone went off, and she paused to draw it from the waistband of her leggings. Quickly glancing over the message, she looked to the others. "The group that went to look for Ray is--"

"Hen! It's a jirachi!" Jace broke in, interrupting Dove and the conversation to add yet another legendary to the list. "I wonder if it's a clone too, like you said Ty's friend is."

Northern gave a start at the sudden excitement she felt in stark contrast to most everything else she felt there.
Looking around to the source, she found the same little body who had spoken to her before, so curiously the Jirachi floated down toward him, tilting her head
"A clone? Whats a clone?" She asked
