A feeling of vulnerability struck Keahi as soon as Daniel brought his lips into the situation. That, and a deep blush.
"You didn't have to do that..." It was such a kind act, the competitive island boy felt the need to make them equal in kind acts, one up him even. Looking at Daniel like he was mad at him, -especially for making him blush- Keahi leaned himself into his cheek, planting a longer one than his competitor.

Daniel chuckled slightly when he noticed Keahi's blush. Cute. He was a little surprises by his own actions but thought he wouldn't mention that. It would probably only make the situation even more awkward. Instead he just smiled a little. "I know, but I wanted to" he said, lying a little of course. But the look he got from Keahi was far from happy so he slowly stopped smiling. Now it was his rime to blush as the boy kissed his cheek. "W-what did you do that for?" he asked and rubbed his cheek a little.

"You kissed my hand." It seemed like a logical response ...until he said it out loud. Almost immediately after he said it, Keahi turned into a Roly Poly and rolled backwards on Daniel's bed, lying down and hiding his head under Daniel's pillow. In attempt to hide an even deeper blush.

"That doesn't seem like a logical reason" he muttered, still rubbing his cheek a little. Well, perhaps it was a logical reason bit still... Daniel had only kissed his hand and without really thinking either.

He tilted his head to the side when Keahi flopped down on his bed, face under his pillow. He looked at him for a moment before laying down next to him. Daniel grabbed the pillow and lifted it up and threw it to his feet. "Too late to hide; I already saw you blush" he said a bit teasingly.

Unaware Daniel was now lying next to him, Keahi went from half-lidded vulnerable to wide eyed-surprise when Daniel lifted up and chucked the pillow. Keahi took a moment to look from the pillow at their feet to his closer-than-close face.
"I don't blush." He contradicted himself, but just couldn't pull a serious expression with that much heat in his cheeks.
"Gah! How do you stop blushing??" He said, pointed his nose to the ceiling and physically tried to rub it off. He never experienced this before...

As the other one Denyed his blush, Daniel just chuckled a little. Cute. "I don't know. Just don't think about it?" he suggested with a shrug. But honestly, could you really stop blushing of you just wants to? What did he know... What he did know though was that a blushing, frustrated Keahi was a cute Keahi compared to how he was when they fought earlier.
"But it's cute" he said as he leaned slightly closer and placed a small kiss on his lips to tease him a little more.

Slits turned into wide eyes, before, during, and after the kiss. It would take some sinking in for this blush to roll in. It was another kind act, until Keahi realized what that meant.
"THERE YOU GO AGAIN, TRYING TO ONE UP ME." He said, hot and literally bothered; before the kiss and blush sank in and he fell off the bed. If he couldn't pull a serious face because of the heat in his cheeks, he couldn't stay on a bed after a kiss.
Despite falling off, the -no doubt now- competitive blonde jumped right back on, grabbed the boy's face, and kissed him back harder. Not to forget, for a longer time.

The grin on Daniel's face was clearly visible and slightly proud as he saw Keahi's face after he kissed him. It was clear to him that he was bothered by it; it was written all over his face. When he fell off the bed Daniel couldn't help but to laugh at him a little. My my, what had he done to the poor boy now? He was enjoying this a little more than he should right now.

"It's just fun to tease you and test both your limits as-" he couldn't finish his sentence before he felt a pair of hands on his face soon followed by a pair of soft lips against his own. What? Oh, he was revenging. It was indeed a little frustrating to suddenly get kissed like that, so perhaps he could understand the blond's feelings. Daniel did - despite whatever his head told him to do - kiss him back, and without breaking the kiss he grabbed Keahi's arm and laid down on the bed, pulling him down on top of him.

Seconds after he was forced atop his competitor, reality kicked in and it was feeling less like a competition and more like two people who wanted to kiss each other. If it was still a competition they would have stopped by now, or were they still going? Certainly Daniel couldn't be fighting from the bottom. Could you still win on the bottom?
And when did Keahi get this small? When he sat on girl's laps in Oahu he crushed them. When he got on top of them he towered over them. Was Keahi wearing jeans while straddling Daniel he wouldn't be able to get up. It was a good thing Keahi didn't own jeans. When did he get this small? He'd look up how to grow taller later. Certainly there was such a contraption in the gym.
Keahi fought less and less, and more and more gave in his own emotion unknowingly. A kiss was just a kiss without emotion, and a lot more enjoyable than doing it to fight.

Much to Daniel's surprise, the boy that was now on top of him didn't fight too much. To him, the first kiss he gave Keahi was just a teasing one to see how much more he could make the boy blush. He never really intended for this to happen. Well, not that he complained. Not at all, in fact, which was a little strange. It was better than fighting him at least.

Daniel let the kiss linger for a moment longer before he slowly moved away, giving a small smile. He carefully ran a hand through Keahi's hair to get it out of his face. "Don't tell anyone I kissed you" he said, the small smile turning rather sheepish. He had a feeling that people would turnout to be a real pain if they knew. After all, quite a few people had seen them fight and it would just be weird if strange rumour spread.

He placed a feather soft kiss on his lips. "And I'm sorry for doing so if it makes you uncomfortable."

Eventually, the two disconnected. The favor Daniel asked afterwards was as sheepish as the smile followed after it. What did he think? That Keahi was going to fan girl out of there and tell everyone? He didn't know anyone. Except for his Art teacher, who liked to call him kitten, keep him after class and find excuses to touch him. Not that naive Keahi knew what any of that meant.
Still hovering over his now secret lover, as if anything was dominant about him other than his personality, Keahi regained his cool and ignored the comment and the kiss, a new goal taking over his mind. "Don't tell anyone I kissed you back." He whispered after doing a push up into the other's ear, and jumped off heading for the door. Keahi had lollipops to steal and a contraption in the gym to find... He'd see Daniel later, if not back at their dorm.

Daniel stayed put on the bed even after Keahi left. No, he wouldn't tell anyone that the boy kissed him back. Or anything about this. This would be their little secret for now. With a slightly frustrated sigh, Daniel ruffled his hair around, making it stand in every direction possible. He needed to take his mind off of things but didn't really know what to do. Staying in his - no, their - dorm wouldn't make him think of something else. With another sigh he sat up and ran a hand through his messy hair and got up from the bed. He glanced at his bass, thinking of going to the music's classroom to play but decided against it and left the room without it.

Having had anything but a fun time after he left the comfort and secrecy of Daniel and his room, Keahi decided it was nearing sunset and he best just go back to his dorm for the night. "Stupid Samuri's..." He muttered as he opened and closed the door. All he wanted to do was play with the weapons in the dojo. Well, he knew what class he was dropping.
Sighing, Keahi closed his eyes and jumped on a bed; only to open them and realize he had already accumulated the habit of using Daniel's bed rather than his own. Keahi blushed and quickly jumped on his own, as if the bed itself scared him. Stupid blushing, stupid secrets, stupid everything! He muttered to himself, before falling asleep holding onto his own pillow, pretending it was Daniel.

Holding the book he borrowed at the library in one hand, Daniel quietly made his way back to his - and Keahi's - room. When he opened the door he didn't expect his room mate to be there so seeing him sleep in his own bed came as a bit of a surprise to him. Daniel smiled slightly and closed the door behind his back. "So he's sleeping..." he said lowly to himself. He put the book down on the night stand beside his bed before he slipped out of his shirt and threw that on his bed. His eyes darted over to Keahi to see if he was awake, but it seemed like he was still sleeping. Sighing a bit, Daniel went into the bathroom to have a quick shower before slipping into bed to read a few pages more. Maybe. Or just go to bed.

Daniel glanced back at Keahi before stepping into the bathroom and the shower, turning the water on. Perhaps he should go sleep next to him..? No. Even though a part of him wanted to, another part told him not to. Might switch place with the pillow he was hugging.

Keahi's eyelids lifted from he noise that made him stir, but didn't necessarily wake up. Thinking his roommate was still absent, Keahi sleep walked over -pillow right behind him- and swapped beds. If his roommate questioned him before he swapped back, he'd just say he decided he wanted to trade. Sounded genius while you were only half awake. So Keahi settled in.
