Jason smiled softly as he nodded and began to follow the other with the poses while he hummed softly to himself he blinked a bit. Biting his lip he did the poses the whole time but he listened to Sato and then as well heard someone singing. "Seems like someone is singing"he said.

"At least he isn't terrible at it and I don't think he notices that we're here" he said to Jason after he finishes with the pose he was doing. He goes on to doing the handstand pose. "I consider to perceive the song for background music" he said during the pose.

Smiling he looked at him gently while he relaxed but kept following with the poses that the other was doing but he hummed looking around. "Seems so, but at least its something better then the really weird silence"he said calmly.

Sato does the upward facing dog pose next and listens to Jason's humming. "For you, but silence is bliss for me" he said to Jason before doing the upward bow, the last pose.

Jason looked at him as he kept following the other's poses but he kept humming but stopped so he could listen to what Sato was saying. "So you prefer silence over sound?"he said.

Sato sat down after he was done with the last pose then he nodded. "Sound gives me a headache after awhile. Out of all the voices I have heard in my life yours is one of the most soothing to my ears" he said to Jason honestly. "So what is this trick I have been waiting to hearing about?" he asked him.

Finishing he stretched a bit and slightly before taking a small breath while he looked at him softly tilting his head but he smiled. "Well the trick is pretty easy, with meditation you have to have your mind clear but since yours is over active I just want you to focus on one thing and only that the whole time"he said.

Sato listens to Jason as he reveals what the trick is. "One thing, huh? Can it be a person instead?" he asked Jason. He assumed it would be easier to focus on a person than a thing for his mind to constant change appearance in his mind.

Jason blinked softly as he smiled before looking at him but nodded gently, "It can be anything you want Sato, it can be a place, person, thing or anything you want. Just focus on that one thing and only that thing"he said gently.

Sato smiles after getting his answer then nods, "Ok. Shall we start?" he asked Jason ready to get started. He starts to focus solely on Jason as the person he wants to focus on. He was certain Jason wouldn't mind him doing that.

Smiling softly he nodded as he took a few small breaths before getting into position so he could start the meditation. "Start when you like Sato"he said gently as he closed his eyes and kept raking small shallow breaths while he began to meditate but slowly and calmly.

 

[Genkawolf]

Sato gets into the position after Jason speaks then closes his eyes to begin the meditation. He slows down his breathing as he continues to visualize Jason and his ears lowered a bit. It was a little hard at first keeping his mind on one image, but he got a hang of it after a couple of minutes later.

Staying quiet the whole time Jason focused on nothing but the sound of his own breathing but as well Sato's. Hearing the other was having a hard time he focused on that wondering what the other was thinking about but as well if he was alright or not.

Sato exhaled and inhaled calmly as the meditation continues while focuses on the image of Jason in his mind. He does manage to blush a little and hopes the real Jason hadn't noticed.

Jason took a small breath and stopped breathing as he opened his eyes gently and softly. Smiling he looked at the other and touched his cheek softly relaxing a bit. "Sato you can open your eyes now"he said.
