Personally, mine is to be a nicer person. AND to be more focused on school and running.

That sounds like a great resolution. 3nodding
I would say my New Years resolution largely consists of: Eating healthier, trying out new things, trying to be less shy AND anxious (I am a horribly anxious person), and also to be more assertive and not care about what people think.
My resolution is to write more and actually write this one story I have in mind. I have it carved out, I'm just missing two pieces.
And to be happy.
Being happier is probably one of the better resolutions because of all of the potential behind it ~
I don't know about anyone else, I just feel like last year I was dawning on bad memories of the past too much. It's pretty hard to change the past and most of the stuff wont affect me five years from now, so I figure let it go behind me.

I don't bother with resolutions because i think you should have goals like that all year 'round, not just because everyone does it for new years (especially as most don't follow them)
