Simon had taken up fishing, he seemed to have a natural talent and had a large cooler full of fish already, he could barely wait till he could eat them

Ander walked up to the guy fishing on the dock...He decided to make new friends thinking that his crew family was getting a little bored with him...He gave Levvi the day off and didn't tell him where he was going...

How are they biting today?

He asked...he then looked at his hands like he forgot something...

Oh s**t...now he's going to think I'm odd...I have no fishing pole...I can't tell him I actually came to fish...

Simon jumped slightly at the sudden random person and looked at his cooler full of fish, he could have just pointed but he was trying to be more vocal.

Ander looked at him and smiled...He then got down and sat next to him like he wanted him to...

Nice to meet you I'm Ander! I'm just being bored out here...I don't have many friends so when I spot new people around the docks I like to meet them...I hope you don't mind...I also have a hard time making friends my own age...you see I was raised under the rule of a gentleman...so I tend to attract an older crowd...but you look young like me...

Ander smiled brightly at Simon...

I would love to have a friend that is also male...I hear guys have like bromances...I would like one of those...

Simon put his fishing pole on the dock for a moment to chill and talk to ander, oh god, how he hated life stories he had heard way too many of them from the slaves he had been ordered to console over his life he simply listened to this guy yammer on. He paused for a moment, he had never heard of a bromance but it sounded a lot like romance......

are you asking to kiss me?

he said bluntly, simon was incredibly impartial to things like that but what else could it have possibly meant, he was also in the habit of doing what others asked, he leaned in and closed his eyes getting closer and closer to ander.

Ander's eyes Widened...He looked around and when he was sure no one was looking...

Well if he is into it...

Ander leaned in to kiss him back...He wasn't sure if this was normal...He was socially awkward too...He didn't want his crew to see him kissing another guy but he did like men as much as he liked girls...after a few seconds he pulled away and nodded...

Well that's not what I meant...but I hoped you liked it...

Ander looked at the sea and put his hand over his heart...

I'm a gentleman to women and men alike...so if you want a kiss from me you have it!

he laughed...

Simon paused for a moment after the kiss, something...something wasn't right here

i don't want to talk about me. I like fish. They taste good.

he was not going to say anything else about himself ever. No one needed to know that.

i get kisses if i want them?

maybe that'd help himm figure out what is going on with this person....this person was weird and something wasn't adding up to him. Did he want kisses? he was completely impartial, they meant nothing to him. They seemed to make ander nervous though even though he said that he would give them so easily.

Alright we don't have to talk about you...we can talk about fish or kissing if you want...

Ander swung his feet off the edge of the dock...

If you want kisses you can have them...I mean you can't force someone to give them to you and you shouldn't force kisses upon them...but like you can kiss me if you want...I don't mind at all...

Ander looked at Simon...

Wow this guy is odd...I mean just five seconds into our friendship and he kissed me...I wonder what's his story...he's so mysterious but innocent at the same time...

He laughed a bit more blushing a tad...

So you like boys? that's okay I mean I like both girls and guys...I wont make fun of you for liking the same gender...

Simon leaned over to ander and kissed him again, this one taking longer and he put his hand on the small of ander's back. He deepen the kiss slowly at a safe rate and pulled away with his signature expressionless face

he brushed the hair out of ander's face slowly and looked into his eyes. maybe he should have listened to the life story...nah that would have wasted time...

but i don't know what type of person you are...

Ander wasn't unhappy about the kiss...He was unsure about him though...

Simon paused for a moment thinking of one word to describe himself. He looked out into the water and mumbled very quietly

I'm a slave....

The dragon's words echoed in his mind as he left his home. He didn't want to go back. who was ander anyway? what if they never met again? he didn't care. He rose to his own feet and looked at ander. He unbuttoned his vest and shirt to reveal the fresh stitched cut that ran down the length of his chest.

Ander looked at his wound...his eyes showed concern...

Oh my goodness...what happened? Who did that to you? Are you okay?

He thought back a moment ago to try and think of what Simon just told him...He instantly forgot once he saw the mark...It looked to be treated but it was still something that made ander worried for the guy...

Slave?

Ander said without thinking...he remember the word then shook his head..

A slave? you seem very...Slave like...

Ander said not trying to be mean...but he was use to slaves...he grew up around them in his own home...

You don't seem very obedient...

Ander smiled...

Which must mean since you are out here...you aren't much of a slave....time to pick a new title for yourself huh?

Ander replied putting his hands behind his back...Ander didn't know what to say to make him feel better about his wound or about being a slave...he knew they didn't get the day off to go fish...

Or...did you get the day off to just sit here and fish? because unless your master told you to be here and fish...You are very bad at your job...

I left. She was too stupid to take care of herself for a single second.

He buttoned up his shirt precariously even though a small bit of blood had stained it. He began scaling and gutting the fish on the dock. Should he tell ander more? he wasn't sure, but then again who was ander? probably no one important.

I wasn't her slave long, i was sold to her. She didn't understand.

he shook his head. He wasn't going back for her. She didn't need him anyway

Ander laughed...He took a deep breath and thought for a few minutes...

Well I guess you got me there...I am a liar...but maybe...I want to come clean...and that's why I told you who I really was...so maybe this is my way of saying I no longer wanna be a liar...

He nodded...

But my way of life heavily depends on my lie...so I can't exactly give it up right away...SO until further notice...you can't trust a word i say!

He laughed a bit more...

Ander held out his hand hoping he'd shake it...but due to the last social awkward moment he simply told him what he wanted him to do..
