Gale: An interesting theory, especially considering who the current Death lead is. I suppose that it would depend on the what exactly it's meant by "the same fate" and what sort of sacrifices. That might seem like a non-answer, but I'm aware of at least some of the things that Caelius has done that I would never have done. Long story short...I'm not sure my ethical code is in line with his, in spite of my ambitions to become higher in status than I am; and that's a painful decision.
Xaki Alistaire Nazari sounds like a very flawed character at first glance, can you tell us about any of your virtues or if you've done good deeds in life to warrant Santa's affections and presents for Christmas *_____*
Alistaire: Not killing my annoying little brother should count as a good deed, shouldn't it? In all seriousness, I dont' see why I should have to do good deeds just to please someone else. No one survives in life doing everything for everyone else; one must look out for themselves first and foremost.

/sighs/ Why do people assume that Otto and I are linked at the hip? He made his choice and decided to transfer, and I have to grudgingly admit that Sun Division suits him better than Death Division ever did, even though he left me with all the work. I was never one for brute force or immediately going on the offense; I like information and understanding situations, so no, I have no plans to transfer from Death anytime soon.
...if Caelius actually adopted me I think I would first make a doctor's appointment to check and see if everything in his head was actually right... |
