xxxHere is the only location where you may find the Kusaton scroll, and the weapon and taijutsu styles specific to the village. There are also scrolls for all the other elemental and universal jutsus. To check out a scroll you must have permission slip signed by the Kusakage. No scroll is allowed to leave the Library, so any information that visitors wish to keep must be hand written. It is also against the rules to train in the library.

To spend a day reading was to learn new things. To spend a week was to research. Kagerou had done just that with his time off, scouring the pages of knowledge and seeking the truth of what he desired. In a corner, alone, he was the social enigma to linger in the shadow. Murder and theft, both were his two pieces in the game of chess known as life. Lies and deceit were his tools of trade to face against another shinobi. Yet his own agenda was one of power.
In the village, he was best to be a role model for others, to maintain his mask of innocence. To other villages however, he freely killed and maimed regardless of his orders. If evil were personified, it were Kagerou.
"Ohohohoho... Roach is reading? What of this occasion, bug?" the demon's spiteful voice echoed in the recess of his mind, Kagerou looked toward the side with his eyes as if to glare at the demon as if it were actually right next to him.
' I am researching the medical history of our village. Nothing major. ' he thought back to the demon and flipped the page. The demon actually sounded curious with its trademark 'Oho?'
In truth Kagerou didn't feel like explaining every bit of his reasoning, he was searching for something. He was on the trail of corruption he picked up with the medical staff. In the guise of this however, he was searching for his own purpose of what these corruptions were about, and why. For what purpose and to what gain was it aimed for?
He honestly could care less of what been caused by this, he just needed to expose it to the public and as a means of a way to mask his intentions, the money. This would be a valuable asset to the village and a means to fund his own research.
' There has been an unusual pattern in these records. Even if they are a few years old to be released to the library's archives, only a shinobi has free access... I guess I should be grateful what I can get to. '
The book closed and the chuunin pushed his glasses up the bridge of his nose and his colony of insects responded within his body. His mission was to begin and his body faded away like an illusion.
More bugs, more in number this time, flew in from various directions. Each one fluttering over open windows, doorways and entering within the library. Kagerou directed each of these himself as he sought to keep an eye on the knowledge of the village. Rather, his resources for his own research to be accurate with his intentions. Now they resided in places so Kagerou would know if strange characters were to come and steal.
Rank ll E (No Chakra) A much more advanced form of the chameleon jutsu taught to most earth style users, except it costs no chakra for the user upon activation. The user may simply vanish for 2 posts in a fight. Even bloodlines with enhanced perceptions will not be able to know where you are. Only dojutsus and sensory type ninjas will know where you are.
Hive Mind - Passive The bugs controlled by the Aburame have always had a sort of symbiotic relationship with the host, the bugs provide their power and the host provides them the chakra to survive. When the Aburame is using their bugs and manipulating them to work with and attack, there is a mental connection that is constantly going on and whatever the bugs are feeling, doing and thinking, the host would know this as well and it becomes part of the reason on how the clansmen are exceptional trackers as well. However the bugs thoughts are primitive and would not act well as spies, only basic information is usually given but the host would know the gist of such things from the creepy symbiotic contact with their insects. This jutsu is a passive for any and all Aburame.

Upon his departure from the office the old man had took a detour from everything to sit in the library where he could work in semi-peace. On the desk he had out various texts and scrolls open, writing supplies scattered and various other tabs of parchment spread out. Each smaller scroll bore labels of 'seals', some representing an element and others of a more complex symbol. Before him lay various reference pieces and other tags that had been used in the past.
He sat in silence as he mentally transmitted his message through the mental link of his seal upon Testial. If he were anywhere, he were sure that the boy would hear it regardless. Vukan hadn't know the boy's decisions of leaving, but he had known that he had not reported in yet. Such a thing usually warranted punishment or even treason if it were severe enough. Continuing to resume his inscribing of seals, he began finishing off the Kaze Seal for wind ninjutsu. A simple scroll containing the inscriptions capable of holding the chakra away for later study. Yet it was blank, unlike the reference wind sealing laid out before him where it contained more intelligible scribbles of the remnants of a past sealed technique.
On other various tags, he inscribed small rites that were used for various things such as his spying, transportation, restraint, etc. The process of remaking the writings he had estimated to be about forty minutes, give or take the arthritis or distractions of his work environment.

The arrival of the boy was made by the approaching footsteps behind, before he had of which prepped the area around him to be sealed with prior notice to the library staff of the seal's presence. It was a simple yet surprisingly intricate design of a seal with a warded presence. It was all but invisible to the naked eye, revealing only to those with an increased perception. The workings of it was simple, yet involved a bit of work to make sure he had not created a ticking time bomb or something stupid. But the old man was smarter than that and with the seal's exception of a last name, it would only allow him and the Uchiha within.
Given that he had not been repelled completely by the reject seal, the ward passively let the boy in like a giant nucleus of chakra being permeable to the boy. He walked in front of him so the old man could only see the back side of his torso of which he continued to finish one of his scrolls in the mean time. Listening to the chair being pulled out, Vukan set the charcoal down and proceeded to roll the wind seal up and secure it closed with a silk string, making a knot for it to easily be unraveled in combat.
He was looking down at the table still even as the boy asked him what it was he wanted and then the old man looked up at the neck, expecting to see his seal absent. He had already known the boy stuck around wherever he was from the connection of the kaze seal when he heard the Kusakage's 'dust man' joke. But to see the clone's bare neck only confirmed it further.
"Testial. I'm bringing your real body here." he said rather abruptly and splayed his hands apart when he was looking at the clone. It was subtle but Vukan had performed a seal as a sudden rush of chakra formed behind Testial's clone with a shadow clone of the old man himself. The clone would go to plant its hand upon Testial's clone's back with a Restrain seal to bind his arms in place if he had not reacted fast enough.
To further the restraint, the wood from the chair sprouted up nigh instant in an attempts to bind the clone further yet it was only a temporary measure as the shadow clone of Vukan simply thought the jutsu.
--Below is included if this is done correctly. --
If all was said and done correctly, the shadow clone of Vukan and Testial would begin to distort in an alternate reality as time and space itself would rip open. The Uchiha would see the world spiral away in one clockwise direction like a kaleidoscope of reality.
Upon the completion of the technique, the real Testial would find himself sitting in his clone's place through a spontaneous substitution jutsu of switching the real Testial with the fake and leaving the Fake Vukan behind with the Fake Testial. It involved a creative and rather fluid yet risky combination of jutsu that needed precise timing, otherwise the real Testial would find himself missing parts.
"Now. Where is that report and why have you not reported it?" Vukan had calmly sat still as his spontaneous switcharoo went down.

Sort of bordering an Auto, but I hope you don't mind this. I gave the option to resist however. So take that in account, you can flow with the insta-switch of clone and real body through time and space or resist the fact Vukan is restraining you. If the first choice is done, I'll make an accompanying post to where you are currently at to avoid confusion. Is this ok?

Vukan raised an eyebrow at the strange report. Lars' shadow clone had been in the office for the time being and they had gone off on their own free whim. Raising a hand to stop him from continuing further at the pure ignorance, Vukan gave a sigh and looked up.
"The Kusakage did give them the order to attack the Mist. From what I understand, Kleine went of his own free will with Lars to make sure he... well. Die." Vukan said simply as he stuttered on the last part and was about to say 'do something stupid' when it was something stupid after all. But he knew not the full story of it all either and as such, he ceased that conversation for another time and dropped his hand back to the desk, unraveled a new scroll to begin the next seal.
Looking down at the parchment and opening a new reference piece, the old man begun to work and while he did, he continued to speak. "Keep it. Obviously you mixed up your actual orders, you were to spy on them. The Mist did not know it was the Grass that had attacked, but now it seems they would know now... am I right?" Vukan paused on the last part and looked up from his seal inscription and at the Uchiha with an inquisitive glance.
Looking down again he decided to note the next obvious thing. "So, what are you to do now considering your actions as of late are bordering treason." it was straight to the point but he dodged the question of him not wearing his vest. From the sigh, he came to a conclusion that he was disturbed or upset about something in particular, notably the attack? He decided to press his words a bit deeper.

As Lucius walked up the steps to the library he saw a very interesting site. Once the doors were opened there was a very fine mist forming a barrier surrounding two people in the library. One was his grandfather, and the other he didn’t know. He remembered seeing him in the kage’s office but didn’t know anything about him. Normally Lucius would have just left but the person who made the seal was his grandfather, the one person Lucius liked to compete with. However, most of the time, meaning all the time, his grandfather did win. Lucius placed his hand on the barrier and began to concentrate, using one of his Uzumaki techniques. He didn’t know all the components of the seal but he could feel them. There were three but he only needed to undo two of them to enter. He slowly began forcing chakra into the barrier until he was in control. Then in a moment he broke the barrier.
Lucius swayed a little. He didn’t think it would take so much effort to break the seal. He walked to the table before stopping and frowning. He didn’t know any barriers. Unless he wanted to build a house in the library, which seemed like a very bad idea. He pulled a chair up to the table. “Hello everyone,” he said even though there were only two people.
Technique Name: The Prisoner's Key Rank: Depending Description: An esteemed Uzumaki technique to assert their dominance over other sealing specialists, the Uzumaki may destroy barriers made by opponents using the same amount of chakra they put into it. However, this does not work on all barriers -- Uzumaki barriers cannot be broken by this technique and neither can S+ barriers. It also requires one post of complete focus and thus is extremely dangerous to use in most combat unless aided by allies.
Techniques in place:
Technique Name: Ghost Shadow Technique Rank: B Description: By sealing a portion of their energy (which can be rested back to normal) into their shadow and allowing for the shadow to gather general energies from the nature around it, the Uzumaki can stock up to 40 energy in this shadow which can be used later in battle at any time by performing a simple handseal. This technique can be used at night or indoors and it overlaps other shadows; becoming as dark as possible as if to stand out. This -- however -- can make the user's movements more predictable, and this technique takes 1 post for only 1 chakra point, meaning it takes 40 whole posts TO STOCK up for later battle use.

Lucius stared at Testial as he left. He was shocked that he had left without even trying to talk to him. He looked at his grandpa, “Have a good day.” Lucius stood up from his chair and began walking towards the Library doors. He pushed them open and strode into the sunlight heading for the Kage’s office, time to get busy.

Leaving in the middle of his conversation and with a heavy charge. The old man had all but ignored his grandson and the departure of the Uchiha. Time had passed as he continued with his seal preparation, all the while his thoughts monitoring the boy's moves, what he's done and what was being done.
"He's put the Ichibi in danger... Testial... Why?" The old man said as the final rite of his scrolls was now complete. He picked up his staff and collected each of the scrolls, tucking them away in the pockets of his vest that served as minor armor.
Tapping his staff, he dispelled the barrier from before and moved on, nodding to the librarian at the front desk and went off. Accessing the Kaze Seal from far away, Vukan spoke directly into the mind of the Uchiha. He did three seals as the Survivalist's Eye technique 'pinged' danger. Two old men were now present as the clone of the old man was formed, a shadow clone was made. Upon both of them, bright red tattoos were coming to life very much like a cursemark would activate.
"Testial. You're endangering the demon and now you further jeopardize the Grass. " His voice spoke, oddly distorted as he left to head toward his body flickered away out of existence through space and time while the clone too churned through space and time to the office.

Gins clone finally found the library as she quietly walked in. She looked at the librarians as they never noticed her. She walked through the rows quickly finding the lightning scrolls she was looking for. She slipped back out running back to the training grounds.
