She let out a long, dramatic sigh as she waited for him to eventually show up. She opened her eyes, looking around, hoping that he would suddenly round the corner and appear, but she had no such luck. Instead, she observed the building. It was rather pristine, having been recently completed. Work crews were still in and out of the building regularly and several walls still bore signs that said 'wet paint'. The building itself had been built in a relatively short period of time. There was some rumor that another village much like her own was being built somewhere and that this was all part of some kind of larger military build up. Sumiko dreaded actually leaving the building. The rest of the village was nowhere near as nice as this building. The whole village seemed like one big construction site, and it was almost impossible to leave with work crews clogging the gate. Letting out another exaggerated sigh Sumiko slumped into a chair in the hallway and resigned herself to a life of waiting on others to show up and do things, such was the cycle of life.

Nobuyuki slowly ascended the steps leading up to his newly built office, his hands swaying back and forth as he did so. His eyes shifted calmly around the hallways as he walked down them, taking in the sight of the walls and windows that looked out onto the large village that was currently being worked on as he headed to his office. It was a strange thing to watch, his own village being built from the ground up before his very eyes. When he first began training and dreaming about having a place like Uzushiogakure for the people like himself he never thought it would turn into something as big as was going to be. He assumed at first it would be a small village that would house maybe a hundred or so Ninja and maybe double that in civilians, but never would he have guessed that it do almost three times that. Between the contractors working outside and the ninja walking around the city helping out it was quite the amusing sight, people who were normally hired to assassinate or fight instead were doing meager construction work for a small wage that would barely feed them. Shaking his head the black haired kage took in the appearance of one of his Chuunin; a woman named Sumiko, his eyes looking her up and down for a brief moment before pushing open the large ornate door to his office. His gaze remained on Sumiko for a moment longer before he entered the office, his intent to enter behind him easily coming across with the look he gave her.

Glancing around the large office that was built for him, Nobuyuki allowed a deep chuckle to rumble from deep within his chest, it was way too big for someone like him who was used to small caves and carved out trees for places to stay for the night. However he would definitely make use of all the room, most likely getting shelves to fill with books and techniques and scrolls that weren't too sensitive when he eventually got enough of them. Walking around his desk he sat down on the large comfortable looking chair, crossing one leg over the other before intertwining his fingers over his knee. His piercing amber eye focused intently on Sumiko, almost looking as if it was glowing from the power he exuded naturally. After years of training and honing his skills he'd become quite the powerful being compared to the rest of his Ninja. He looked at her for just a brief moment before speaking in a calm yet powerful tone, addressing the only person visible in his office. "Hello Sumiko, I see you're as impatient as ever. Might I ask why you're waiting outside my office instead of with the other ninja that are running around the village like chickens with their heads cut off. Not that I'm going to complain about having a beautiful woman in my office, just an observation."

Passives
• [BLOODLINE] NEN
Nen is a form of natural energy, or Senjutsu. It scales with rank, just like chakra. Essentially, it is chakra that is amplified by the surrounding area and it vaccuums chakra from Sworn Foes.
Gennin - 150 Nen
Chuunin - 200 Nen
Jounin - 250 Nen
Sannin - 300 Nen
Kage - 400 Nen

By deciding a Sworn Foe, you may absorb up to 15% of the chakra used by them in a battle. So, if they were to use 100 Chakra in a post, you will siphon 15 of that. You may switch Sworn Foes twice in one battle, and three times once you hit S rank. Nen appears as white-gold energy. It is visible when absorbing enemy energy or using Nen-based techniques (specific techniques within the bloodline). Daiten and Nen are both considered "chakra"; but NE from Sage Mode is not.
• [BLOODLINE] NEN SENSE
Midnight brawlers are capable of using their senjutsu energy to detect muscle movements, swelling chakra, and other such things generally seen from high level dojutsu. They can also detect pressure points and organs within someone's body, making their punches absurdly lethal.
• [BLOODLINE] While battling your Sworn Foe (attacking, defending, dodging, etc) you have a +2/+2 base to both stats
• [BLOODLINE] Your rank damage reduction is one rank stronger than usual; this makes you quite a tank at higher ranks, with most attacks unable to hurt you.
• [CLASS] PHYSICAL TOUGHNESS -- The Taijutsu class not only teaches you to ignore pain, but can also make you immune to damage from weak attacks, based on your rank, making you almost immune to damage 2 ranks below you:

Chuunin taijutsu classmen are immune to academy Jutsu damage
Jounin taijutsu classmen are immune to Genin jutsu damage
Sannin taijutsu classmen are immune to Chuunin jutsu damage
Kage taijutsu classmen are immune to Jounin jutsu damage

Anything lower than that rank also applies.

The office was large and finely furnished like the rest of the building. It still seemed empty however. She could see where it looked like they planned on moving even more furniture in, most likely bookshelves and filing cabinets. Sinking into a rather plush armchair, Sumi returned Nobuyuki's stare before speaking. "They probably wouldn't be running around like chickens without their heads if you set them to a task. People usually don't act dumb when they have something to do. It doesn't even have to be something important" In all actuality, she didn't care what he asked the village to do. It was more of a test than a request for a mission. However he chose to handle this would determine what kind of leader he was. Would he suggest some kind of humanitarian mission where they help the weak, or a combat mission where they kill something. Peace or war.

This does not make the Walker faster in CQC, but instead slows time to 1/5 its normal speed, allowing them time to react to almost anything at close range.
[Bloodline] - [The Beauty in All Things] Due to an all but unmatched understanding of chakra and its usage, Walker's have learned to literally see chakra formations in everything from people to trees. It does not allow them to see things that would normally be hidden from sight like an Assassin, but instead is mainly to tell if a jutsu is being used, and what the jutsu is capable of.
[Bloodline] - [Balance] If a Walker finds himself relying to heavily on either Yin or Yang, he can even out the pools by adding them together and splitting them evenly.
[Bloodline] - [Way of the Fist] Walkers can utilize two taijutsu styles at a time. They both cost nothing as well. The Walker can also benefit from the stats of both.
[Bloodline] - [Ascension] Walkers have no soft cap, only the hard cap imposed by each rank.
[Bloodline] - [Elevated] Walkers, oddly enough, can hover off the ground and move like this. They cannot fly, but instead as stated, hover a few feet off the ground.
[Bloodline] - [This for That] The Walker can shift their own stats, moving 2 points from one stat to another. For example, if the Walker moves 1 point to speed, he loses 1 point of strength. This can be swapped in battle, but has a 2 post cooldown every time it is done.
[Class] - [PHYSICAL TOUGHNESS] -- The Taijutsu class not only teaches you to ignore pain, but can also make you immune to damage from weak attacks, based on your rank, making you almost immune to damage 2 ranks below you:

Nobuyuki kept his gaze firmly on Sumiko, his piercing amber eyes boring into her own dark brown gaze. Despite being one of his Shinobi she was never afraid to speak her mind to him about things like missions and assignments, case in point when she mentioned how if he gave the Genin missions they wouldn't be running around like chickens with their heads cut off. However even with that in mind he didn't really care too much about it, he was a rather lenient person when it came to his Chuunin, especially Sumiko; since he always appreciated someone who was both beautiful and deadly, and especially someone who isn't afraid to stand up to their superior as long as it wasn't extremely disrespectful like some of his Genin had been prior to him asserting his power over them with a simple flair of his Chakra. Leaning to the side in his chair, Nobuyuki placed his elbow on the arm before leaning his cheek into his closed fist. Normally he would attempt to look more intimidating, if it was one of his Genin or even a foreign shinobi; but he was somewhat relaxed around Sumiko already so he didn't mind doing things like that. "That is their mission. Just because they're running around seemingly doing nothing doesn't mean they are actually doing nothing. The mission I gave them was to assist the construction crews with their work, no matter what they need. I have no reason to send Genin to their deaths against enemy Shinobi. They haven't been trained properly by anyone yet, what use would they be to me in a espionage or assassination mission? "

His voice was rather quiet, his deep voice coming out as a simple whisper as he spoke, yet somehow it seemed to reverberate throughout his office with each word he let loose. Sure he could assign missions like assassination or espionage to Genin, but it would do little to put his mind to ease when they actually departed for the mission. They had no combat training, no mental training to endure the backlash you got from killing someone, from watching the life leave their eyes and knowing you were the one that caused it to happen. To a young genin it would destroy them, the guilt that remained with you for the rest of your life would weigh heavy, if not outright getting them killed from the natural response to death that involved throwing up all over at the thought of murdering someone. They needed much more mental training and even physical training before Nobuyuki would have even a lingering thought about sending them on a mission like that. Closing his lone eye for a moment the black-haired Ninja thought on what to do regarding the young Genin for a moment before speaking once more towards Sumiko.
"I have the first mission that I'll be giving to you Sumiko. One of utmost importance...in a manner of speaking. Once a few Genin arrive at my office that aren't currently on construction duty I'll be leaving it to you to give them physical and mental training. Even if that means beating the snot out of them, if it gets results you can do it. For the first little bit of time I'll be watching both your session and [Insert Brandons Generic Character Here] when he arrives to get his own team. This will give me the chance to evaluate both the Genin and you two to see if I need to switch anything around. I also might spar with the two of you for a bit to get this kink out of my neck." Giving a slightly cheeky grin towards Sumiko the Kage allowed his eyes to shift to the side for a moment, as if something was there before they turned back to her.

              -- "--"--

Azuri was tired. She had lost her way a while back towards some of the men at the construction site. ‘Man this independence sucks’. She sighed now hating her new found freedom. Before she was eager to be free and wander for a few years as young Samurai are custom to do. The ends of her sleeves were tattered and the patches in her pants were starting to wear. A sword strapped to her side and her bow and arrows on her back, her cloak was the only item of clothing that was in good condition. She carried it in her arm as the sun was warm and she was sweating slightly.

Azuri stopped to take a rest, she could hear a more workers nearby and debated whether to go to it or not. She took her cloak laying it out like a pallet before resting on it looking at the sun. Looking at an old worn map she turned it several ways trying to find something that looked familiar for her as she was completely lost. ‘I should have never strayed from the path thinking it was a short cut now I am lost.’ She sighed then let out a loud frustrated scream before catching her breath once again. She stumbled around the village looking for the Uzukage’s office.

Stopping at what she assumed would be the building she entered the lavish looking building the only nice looking one in the entire village. She bumped into another construction worker, and after asking for directions to the Uzukage’s office she headed in that direction.

Azuri on her way to the office was slowly rubbing her shoulders, helping with the building was fun and she enjoyed using her sword to chop wood and show tricks for the workers. She stopped in front of the aforementioned office not sure on how to enter. ‘He is the Uzukage so he should just sense me here right?’ she thought sullenly then brightened ‘I wonder if they are like the samurai and I should kneel before being allowed in?’ She shook her head deciding it would be too much work to kneel if it wasn’t actually needed. She stood waiting shuffling her feet and adjusting her sword on her shoulder.

Sumiko said, letting out a small laugh. He was a master of words, she had to give him that much. He knew what to say and when to say it without letting her actually know anything important. It almost seemed like he was telling her to mind her own business. Sumiko pondered pressing him for information about what he planned for the village, but it would probably be a wasted effort. Besides, he had already piqued her interest by giving her a mission of her own. It was more of a permanent assignment than a mission, but at least it got her out of construction work. She looked down at her hands which were still partially stained from paint.

"I assume then that you have already read both my file and that of [Insert Generic Brandon RPC]? And I also assume that you have already decided which shinobi will be placed into what squad? Or is it first come, first serve and I actually get first pick?" Horrifying images flashed across Sumiko's mind as she imagined a crippled squad of shinobi with Downs Syndrome as her first squad. A visible shiver traveled down her spine at the thought of it. She didn't mind helping those that needed it, but even she had a limit. She was about to speak when she felt a slight shift in the room and looked at the door. A body seemed to be on the other side, but the chakra signature was faint. "You have a guest it seems. Or a spy eavesdropping at the door." She said, turning her attention back to Noboyuki. She was however looking just past him at the room of a small building across the street.

Click to show.A smallish figure relative to that of a young teenager was approaching the Uzukage's office at a casual pace, occasionally strafing to the left, and to the right even. It wasn't until he was closer that it became apparent that the figure was kicking an object up and down in a similar fashion that one would a hacky sack. Once the figure was close enough to the office the figure was revealed to be none other than Masato Yamana, the son of the current Uzukage and the next in line to sit upon the Yamana throne, however, as far as other shinobi were concerned, he was only a Chuunin. Seeing as it would be impolite for the young man to play his little game inside the building, he kicked the rock up one last time and plucked it from the air before burying it under his sash for later use. It didn't take long for the Kaguya to reach the door that resides at the top of the stairs which leads into the Uzukage's personal office, and when he got there he was surprised to see someone standing outside the door. Usually his father got things over with quick and there wasn't much of a wait time to see him.

"Oh, hey." His childish voice called out in the most carefree of manors to the stranger carrying a bow and sword. Even though war time had just ended between the clans and the air around the shinobi nation was still tense, he seemed to be rather, carefree, as if the thought of assassins or things of the such were of little to matter about. Although he may appear to be so carefree, it wasn't without warrant. He may be young, but even at the age of twelve he was rather skilled, having been blessed with talent from his mother and molded into a beast by his father. "I haven't seen you around before, you new?" The young male asked, stepping closer to get a better look at the female. "You're pretty cute, can I have a kiss?" Savage.

While he awaited her response though, with his left hand he grasped the rock that was hidden in his sash and strafed to his left, shoulder bashing the door into the room. While the door flew right towards the Uzukage, Masato spun on his heel, performing a full 360 degree turn to gather momentum, and with a flick of his wrist the young teenager sent the stone screaming right for his father's head on the other side of the door, a sneak attack within a sneak attack. Anyone who knew the duo though, would know this was a common theme with the two. Masato was always undergoing special training from his father, and this just happened to be one of them, to always find/create an opening in his target and exploit it. Not only that, but Masato also did these acts for his own reasons as well, gathering experience for the day when he could finally prove himself stronger than his father and make him proud in the fact that he was able to surpass such a high stepping stone.

Reaching up to scratch his chin slightly in thought, Nobuyuki allowed his eyes to head to the door as he felt two chakra signatures behind it, one belonging to his own son Masato, and the other belonging to what he could only assume was a genin based on the actual depth of her chakra pool and the strength of it as it flowed through her tenketsu. The way she was standing and moving her muscles, even if only slightly was more than enough to make him chuckle in amusement at the awkwardness behind her movements. It was obvious that she didn't know what she should do regarding entering his office, since if he just barged in it would be incredibly rude to him as the Kage, but yet at the same time standing around would be considered weird or even like Sumiko said; could be taken as an act that a spy would commit when trying to gather information on him as a person. Bringing his attention back to Sumiko as she mentioned how he should go watch the work at the Ramen shack and evaluate the people working there, he couldn't help but let out a full blown laugh. The edges of his lips curved upwards and his eye closed slightly as he did so, giving him the appearance of a normal person laughing at a joke. Though if one paid close enough attention they could tell his "closed" eye was partially open, just enough to allow him to see out of it should someone try something against him. After he finally stopped laughing he brought his hand up to wipe the tears created from the act from his eye before speaking in a mirthful tone. "I'll be assigning you your squads, however if you dislike someone on your squad you can come to me and I'll rearrange them. As of right now we need to try and even out our squads so they aren't all focused on close combat, so that'll be up to you and Masato to learn how to fight at a range as well. Even if it means just learning how to use your Kunai better or picking up a ranged weapon like a crossbow. "

With that said he fell silent in thought, his brain working on the best possible team placements for the time being. Masato himself would have a hard time with his squad since he was so young compared to most of the genin he would be teaching, whereas Sumiko was at least older than most of them which would make them at least listen to her more than they would Masato. The one downside to training to become stronger at a young age is the lack of respect people show those younger than them. Even if it meant he could kill most of them at his current level it wouldn't lead to him getting the respect he would want. The one thing that was always hard with Masato was his constant wish to become stronger, and as a result he always wanted approval from either himself or his mother before she passed away during the clan wars. So if someone was going to disrespect him Nobuyuki knew his son wouldn't take it sitting down and would most likely retaliate. Bringing his hand up to pinch the bridge of his nose the Uzukage looked at Sumiko, attempting to work in his mind the best person to put on her squad. She was a close ranged Taijutsu specialist like himself, but all of her styles revolved around her own bloodline, whereas he could use weapon styles and physical styles as if they were the same thing. Which meant he could easily teach a swordsman how to fight using a sword style since he himself had mastered a large portion of them.

His thoughts were interrupted as he felt his son's muscles begin to coil as if he was about to attack someone or something, which was a correct guess when his office doors were torn from their position and sent launching at him in his seat. Followed by what he could only assume was a rock based on the sound it made and the lack of chakra within it. Chuckling quietly to himself the Uzukage brought his hand up before bringing his index finger back into the general motion for a flick. With that done he waited calmly for the door to reach in front of him, he let his finger loose before it collided with the door as it approached him. The force of his flick alone crushed the middle of the door, causing it to break into two sections that flew out the windows behind him. With that done he caught the fast moving rock in his hand before immediately sending it soaring back into his own sons forehead. If the rock collided he would disappear in a burst of speed before reappearing in front of the boy. Grabbing the rock once more from the air he set it atop his sons head, patting it as he did so like a father usually did to their sons.
"Hello Masato, I was waiting for you to arrive. Nice surprise attack, however you gave it away by tensing your muscles just a little too much before your attack. Hello to you as well young Swordswoman, please come in so we may speak."

Giving a soft smile the male appeared once more in front of his seat before sitting down in it, crossing one leg over the other whilst setting his hands atop his knees. He waited patiently for the two to enter his office before speaking in a soft tone, his single eye focusing entirely on the two young ninja before him.
"As I'm sure you're wondering, I've called you both here because I wish to setup two squads of ninja to train and do missions for me. That means you and Sumiko will be heading those squads Masato. As for you young Swordswoman, I'd like to place you on the squad under my son Masato, since he himself is a swordsman who I personally taught. Due to that he knows quite a large selection of sword styles that he could pass down onto you during training if you so wish for him to. The only issue right now is I'm hoping to have two or three genin per Chuunin on a squad, so we need to find more Genin to put with you two. For now you two will be working together to train the squads since there aren't enough people to make two full squads. Which also means I'll be remaining around you guys for quite some time to make sure you guys are doing your jobs properly."

Stats || Passives || Tech's Used || Quotes
A-rank ll Yamana Dynasty ll Taijutsu Class ll Midnight Affair ll Nen: 250/250

Techniques Used:

Stats
• Sworn Foe:
• Speed: 14
• Strength: 14

Passives
• [BLOODLINE] NEN
Nen is a form of natural energy, or Senjutsu. It scales with rank, just like chakra. Essentially, it is chakra that is amplified by the surrounding area and it vaccuums chakra from Sworn Foes.
Gennin - 150 Nen
Chuunin - 200 Nen
Jounin - 250 Nen
Sannin - 300 Nen
Kage - 400 Nen

By deciding a Sworn Foe, you may absorb up to 20% of the chakra used by them in a battle. So, if they were to use 100 Chakra in a post, you will siphon 20 of that.

It seemed that Masato was making his usual dramatic entry, this time in a hail of wooden splinters. All around Sumiko, time seemed to slow to a stand still. She looked at Nobuyuki, who appeared to be grinning and then back at the door. She let out a short sigh and prepared to watch the latest farce unfold. Sumiko looked over to the corner of the room, vanishing from her chair and appearing next to the wall, out of the flight path of any flying debris. It was clear that the village would be in an enternal state of construction, or at least, this office would be. And where Masato didn't know how to hold back, neither did Nobuyuki, who obliterated the door and allowed it to smash the window behind him. It was a ridiculous show of force, most likely done so he could simply out do his son at his own game. Patting him on the head at the end just seemed like taunting him though.

"I assume that your are done tearing apart the village?" Sumiko said as she walked over to her seat, dusting it off before sitting down once more. She cocked her head to the side as she sat, staring at the Gennin who had entered with Masato. She was armed to say the least. She was most likely a weapon class, possibly a samurai, judging from the blade. "I hope these two don't scare you off. While they probably share the same mental disability, they are no harm to anyone except each other. Welcome to wonderful Uzushiogakure." As she said the last part, she motioned to the large hole in the wall that now provided an unobstructed view of the village.

Azuri looked at the figure coming her way. She smiled at him looking down slightly reminded of the younger children she would watch over. Isn’t he a bit too happy after a war? She wonders but before she could dwell any further on the matter he was asking about her and the village. ‘Is it really that obvious that I’m not from around here?’ She was about to answer before she found the shorter boy in her face and asking for a kiss. Azuri frowned thoughts of how she would deck the brat in the throat for even asking. “At least he could offer food first.” She muttered.

Before Azuri could reply the boy was throwing a stone through the Uzukage’s door in which the man himself decided it would be just as much fun to break the door while also shattering his window. “What in the worlds have I gotten myself into?” She asked wide eyed and shocked at the two. She followed the boy into the office and tried to keep her face clean of shock when the Uzukage mentioned the boy, Masato who would also be her head as his son. ‘Great Azuri you were about to hit the Kage’s kid.’ She rolled her eyes and thanked whatever god there was that she hadn’t but that did not mean she would be more complacent.

Azuri looked at Masato then back at the Uzukage and back at Masato once again. She stared for a few minutes mouth gaping like a fish before she was knocked from her stupor by a woman she didn’t notice. Azuri nodded and smiled “Thank you.” She said hesitantly stepping slightly away from the father and son duo for fear of another random attack. Azuri fidgeted with her katana on her back and adjusted her bow as well to help with her nervousness.

Azuri finally turned her gaze to Masato and gave him a respectful bow something that would make her father convinced she was taught proper manners. “I am Azuri Chiru, and I look forward to learning from you.” She stated cooly, wondering what kind of teacher the boy would be.

Hanaton: Habbiraki (Flower Release: Half Bloom) Genin-Turns a part of the body into petals, the user typically has a specific part in which they use. With this they can control the petals to move forward at the opponent to attack with razor edged petals before returning to the body.

Hanaton: Kaika Bunshin (Flower Release: Blooming Clone) Genin x1-By bursting into petals the user can reform into two or more clones of themselves. The amount of clones produced depends on the amount of chakra used. Much like the shadow clone technique the user’s chakra is split and equally divided into the clones. When a clone is dispersed it will burst into a dangerous swarm of petals return to the other remaining clone. Since the clones are made of the users body, damage done to a clone is still damage done to the user. To avoid this issue 60% extra chakra may be spent to make the clones solely from the user's chakra.

Click to show.As the door neared ever closer to his father the young Chuunin's face lit up with glee as his lips parted into a wide toothy grin, a fist raising up by his side in the anticipation of victory. However, his father knew what he was doing and deflected the attack last second. At the first sound of the door cracking the muscles in the teenager's legs constricted as he prepared to leap backwards at the first sign of his father's retaliation. Sure enough his father responded in more than just casually deflecting the assault by grabbing the stone mid flight and sending the rock right back to it's original possessor. Luckily he was prepared for the counter and when his father launched the rock he was able to take a step back in time to avoid the stone colliding with his forehead, but not fast enough to evade Nobu's next course of action. As his sandal touched the ground, he could feel the gust of wind before the looming shadow of his father consumed him. Instead of being attacked any further, his father decided to pluck the rock from the air again and place it atop Masato's head while patting his hand against the black spiky mess that was the top of his head followed by praise as well as telling him what he did wrong. Tch, old man. To be fair his father wasn't old at all, and was actually only fourteen years older than his son.

As his father moseyed over back to his desk Masato walked into the office with the girl that he was just interacting with. The teenager ignored the other Chuunin's words about tearing the village apart and only chose to respond to her by sticking his tongue out at her when she mentioned that the father-son duo shared the same mental disability. Crossing his arms across his chest Masato began to listen to the words his father had to say about why they were summoned here, his plans for them and what they would be doing for the village. At the mentioning of the female from the door being on his squad, young Masato turned to look at her and happened to catch her also looking at him. "Hmm.. So I'm suppose to teach and guide those under me? Sounds easy enough. I'm all for it." Even though the male appeared to be calm on the outside, on the inside he was all smiles, ready to embrace the new challenge laid before him with an iron grip and prove that he could do anything. The dark and mysterious orbs of the Kaguya turned to look at the girl to his right, the one that had accompanied him into the room and scanned her over once more as he turned to face her fully.

Upon the female's bow and introduction he simply stood there for a moment, still scanning her over before he reached back and placed a hand on his neck while sticking his other hand out for her to shake. "Masato Yamana, I hope we can accomplish great things together." He replied with a wide cheeky grin, leaning his weight onto his left leg as the right one kicked back and wrapped around his support leg. After she shook his hand, assuming she did so, he would turn to his father and give a simple nod, as if saying he got the memo as was getting back to work. Walking over to the now wide open doorway, he turned back to look at Azuri with a smile once more, but this one was different from the rest in that it held a sly undertone to it. "So, lunch first was it?" [ooc: Still basic format cuz I'm being lazy lel.]

Otzo came in late, after everyone paused in their speeches so she was completely oblivious to what was going on. At first she thought it was an important meeting she was intruding on, but after seeing a few genin tags gleam in the light, she felt at peace. Otzo's own tag was newly wrapped around her thigh, she was prepared whatever the first day would bring her. After graduating from the academy, she was excited to hear that they would get squads. For training and other things, she couldn't wait. Her rippled eyes were wide as she looked at the surroundings around her, multiple people she didn't know the name of and eventually her eyes landed on Yamana, the known kage of the country. "I'm Otzo Kairen." She didn't know what else to say, so she kept it as simple as that.

"When your time comes to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with fear of death. Because when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time.
Time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song, and die like a hero going home."

Blinking quietly Nobuyuki looked behind him at the broken windows before letting out a soft sigh, since it would most likely be coming out of either his pay or his sons pay from missions. Grumbling to himself in annoyance the Kage turned back to the four people in his office, his eyes shifting between each of them as he took in their appearances and chakra signatures/strengths. It was always helpful for him as a Kage to understand their unique signatures as well as the strength of their chakra since it would give him a good idea of how to place them on the squads and to decide who would work best together. Feeling the distinct power of the Rinnegan, coupled with the rippled dark purple color of her eyes he couldn't help but reach up and scratch his chin, already attempting to work through his mind who would be the best teacher for the young woman. His son would most likely hit on her like he did the Samurai girl, so he didn't really feel comfortable putting him with two women since the last thing he needed was for his son to become some sort of harem master pervert at his age. However at the same time Sumiko just like his own son lacked the proper ability to train the girl in anything other than Taijutsu styles, which would severely dampen the girls ability to learn since she most likely would not rely on Taijutsu or Bukijutsu like the two.

However at the same time he himself could not teach her since he also knew nothing about Ninjutsu aside from the basic Universal Jutsu that almost everyone could learn such as Henge and Bunshin and the like. Reaching up to run his fingers through his hair the black-haired kage leveled his single eye on the girl, locking gazes with her for a moment as he continued to think on the issue. After a moment of thought he spoke towards her, his eyes making it obvious he was speaking to her, alongside the use of her name of course.
"Otzo Kairen, welcome to Uzushiogakure. It's a pleasure to have someone with legendary eyes like your own in my village. The issue I'm running into currently is where to put you in the rosters. Both my son and Sumiko lack the proper ability to teach you Ninjutsu or even help you further your own bloodline techniques. With that in mind I'll give you a choice, you can learn with either of them, or I can attempt to teach you myself. You can think on it for a while if you wish, but try to have the answer to me before you leave this office if possible."

Giving the girl a kind smile he turned his focus to Azuri, taking in her redish brown looking hair and similarly colored eyes before hearing her introduce herself fully to them. Noticing her fidget with the weapons on her back before bowing to his son Nobuyuki couldn't help but chuckle quietly to himself. It was just like he expected, it was weird for someone to learn from a person younger than themselves, especially when it's the son of a kage. That alone makes you regret anything you might have wished to do or even regret things you still want to do, since it would feel as if they would immediately be punished by him; the kage. However he wasn't one to spoil his kids like that, if something happened between a Shinobi and Masato that was their issue to deal with not his, he'd already spent most of his sons childhood training him to be a strong Shinobi. He wasn't going to coddle the boy when it came to interacting with his fellow ninja, or even people his own age should they come around.

With that in mind he spoke towards Azuri, his voice still holding the same kind gentle sound it did with Otzo before.
"Hello Azuri Chiru, and welcome to Uzushiogakure. Is it safe to assume you are from the Chiru clan that wields the flower bloodline I've heard about before? I've heard it's quite a beautiful bloodline to watch or even fight alongside. I'd like to tell you one thing before you begin training with Masato, don't treat him any differently than you would a normal higher ranked Shinobi. He may be my son but that doesn't give him special privileges when it comes to being a leader or a Shinobi. If it seems like he deserves a good punch in the head then you can give him a good punch in the head. Just be warned he might punch back. " Giving the girl a joking wink he turned to Sumiko, already knowing that he wouldn't need to speak to his son after what he said to Azuri.

Like she'd been since the first time he promoted her to be one of his Chuunin she was a mouthy little girl, one who didn't care about speaking her mind regarding him or his son. Not that he really minded that at all, it was refreshing to have someone within his forces that didn't feel the need to immediately regret saying anything towards him, which would most likely result in a inflated ego of both himself and his son. That in and of itself was dangerous to a Shinobi in the field, especially one like his son who was already cocky as it is because he got special training from someone as strong as his dad, also known as the Kage of a village. With that in mind he spoke towards her, the gentle tone he took with those before him dissapearing as he did so.
"Yeah yeah, we don't have a mental disability we just like to have...fun. Yeah I guess that works in that situation. Maybe you can learn from us sometime and have fun yourself Sumiko. Lord knows you need to loosen up a bit sometimes. If people didn't know better they'd think you were the Kage and I was the Chuunin with how you act around me." Shaking his head the black-haired male stood up and stretched his back, already not liking the feeling of sitting in a chair for a long amount of time. For him to go from being in the middle of a war to suddenly sitting in a plush chair behind a desk was not a fun thing in his mind.

Stats]
• Sworn Foe:
• Speed: 14
• Strength: 14

Passives
• [BLOODLINE] NEN
Nen is a form of natural energy, or Senjutsu. It scales with rank, just like chakra. Essentially, it is chakra that is amplified by the surrounding area and it vaccuums chakra from Sworn Foes.
Gennin - 150 Nen
Chuunin - 200 Nen
Jounin - 250 Nen
Sannin - 300 Nen
Kage - 400 Nen

By deciding a Sworn Foe, you may absorb up to 20% of the chakra used by them in a battle. So, if they were to use 100 Chakra in a post, you will siphon 20 of that.

During the clan wars, more than once he had charged headfirst into waves of enemies, caring little for his own safety. Back before the villages were formed, it was okay. It was a thing of survival. But now he was the pillar of the village, its very foundation. She was the next closest thing, and she couldn't image bearing the weight of the village. "But enough of that talk for now, those things are in the past." Sumiko said, changing the subject to something a little less moody and depressing. Instead she turned to examine Otzo and Azuri a little more closely. They were both of similar height and build, but specialized in very different areas. While both could fight at range, Azuri was a obviously a front line fighter, where as Otzo was a back line ranged fighter. She thought for a moment of the squads, pondering possible setups before coming to one conclusion.

"Not to pressure you Otzo, but I think you should join Masato's squad. That would give you the three shinobi required to carry out missions and training. Better to have one full squad then two partial squads, don't you agree Masato?" Sumiko turned her head to Masato, nodding to him. While Masato couldn't teach her much, he could still lead and instruct her, and was more than capable of defending her in combat should she get overwhelmed. Sumiko's own talents were more geared towards one on one combat, and while she could act as a support, it wasn't very effective. "And that should free myself and you up, Lord Uzukage, in the event one of the clans tries to barge into the village, or if more gennin arrive. However, the choice is still Otzo's. I was just putting in my observation."
