Ahh...just outside of Konohagakure's warm embrace. It was an interesting feeling, and without shoes, feeling the natural surface beneath her feet was odd. Then again, so was walking on wood and stone in the same condition. She would wait quite a ways away from the gates themselves for her sparring partner to show up. While she waited, she began to hum a tune that was familiar to her. Although the tune itself was a very dark song, Kagirinari found it very uplifting when you didn't know what it was all for. Perhaps only de to how familiar she was with it. To anybody else, her song might sound strange or disjointed.

Ozzy slowly walked outside the gates to see Kagirinari. He walked past her towards a tree placing one foot against the tree itself by doing this his cloak shifted back revealing his katanas. He stared at the kage almost in excitement, he was going to see what she could really do.He placed his hands in his pockets and slowly closed his eyes. As he reopened them his eyes had changed from it normal blue to a crimson red with three tommoe. He continued to stare at the kage he was going to learn a lot from this spar.

Ω He would walk with haste behind the Hokage. "I'll give you the first move, Hokage." He said while bowing. He would move far, far away from the gates. Spreading the distance to at least sixty feet in comparison.

Kagirinari made an about face, shaking her head. As she did, the bell around her neck rung once, signaling the beginning of the battle. "If that's what you want..." She responded with a simple shrug before running straight at the jounin. Her speed wasn't very significant due to her being meant more for ninjutsu and such, but she was decently quick. She was curious what he would do against an opponent like her, given his situation.
At the same time, she flipped a kunai out from underneath her restraining cloak, holding it in both hands as she approached. It wasn't strictly for attacking, but rather, parrying if he happened to have a weapon on hand. If he didn't, she was going to go for a non-fatal stab through his abdomen. She doubted that would be enough to end the battle, which is what her contingency plan was all about. In fact, she never fully expected to close the distance in the first place.

Ω His breath of air was final. It ment everything in the world of this young Sage, soon the movements of the Hokage would become apparent. The world was telling him to act, the wind blowing against his hair telling him soft nothings. Opening his mouth the flames would release the moment she arrived at twenty feet of his destination. It was clear, even at this vincinity it was impossible to dodge this velocity of heat. It spread in an ubiquitous fashion moving across the air, almost eating it from the sheer temperature. He stood forward waiting for her counter-attack, his Sharingan anticpating her very movements. This would begin, and end with excitment.

Kagirinari sighed once more, but not for any real reason. It was simply that he had let her approach him too closely this time around. That bell chime wasn't simply for effect, after all. Kagirinai vanished with the flames, and again, that same bell made its chime. Roots shot up from the ground to grab Hades' legs and bind him to the spot. "Not bad, not bad...but you can do better." She took the challenge seriously, but made sure not to use any attacks that would seriously harm her charge. It had no real meaning to it. Perhaps he would've learned not to let his enemies get so close when they molded the world so easily. It was a dangerous game to play.
She continued humming while her tree formed, but more quietly at the time. She had to approach Hades extremely cautiously since one mistake and her illusions would fail her horribly. She even took great care in making sure the illusion wouldn't break so quickly, layering it over with more chakra to keep him trapped and in illusory pain. When caught, Kagirinari would emerge from the tree and run Hades through, wondering how long it would take him to notice her illusion wasn't real. Hopefully long enough for her to set up phase three of her plan of attack.
Magen: Jubaku Satsu (Demonic Illusion: Tree Binding Death) Description: After forming the needed hand seals, the user will disappear and approach their target. Once near the target, a tree will grow at their feet and its branches will bind them so they can no longer move. Once the illusion makes them believe they are captured, the user will appear from the tree itself and stab said target with a kunai.

Ω What was this ..power of hers? Her understood nothing, but could see everything. The red eyes piercing through through the feeble attempt to enter his senses, the genjutsu was nothing but a cheap trick against the Sharingan. Sadly, he knew she had more tricks up her sleeves than just that. He felt the struggle to keep him contained, but she forgot about the flames he once released. The breath of air was essential for the Sage of Fire, the reason why they called him the 'Dragon of the North'. The feeling of heat would awake his stone body, his eyes locked onto the target. However he would give, or internally it would look that way as he fell down. She was already within his distance, he could feel her presence near him only a few feet away. The Uchiha would gather heat as he fell down, condensing it into a centralized sphere. He would then slam his hand into the ground before she would reach. It would spread into a three hundred and sixty rotation of pure destruction -- Unless of a plan to dodge this, the Hokage would suffer the consequences of a devasting force. Let alone the heat would cause an incredible amount of water to leave the body from standing near it, but for him being a master of the style, it would double its affect. Leaving the Hokage at the epicentre of Hell.

It was a valiant effort, she would give him that, but valiance wasn't exactly enough. As a master of genjutsu, it didn't bother her that Hades broke through those simple skills. They were, generally, jounin ranked skills when Kagirinari used them, but then that's exactly where Hades rested on the ladder. In all honesty, all she needed was just a momentary delay, which is why the last thing she was doing was trying hard. It just wasn't the time for that yet.
Another toll of the bell and a tidal wave of water met Hades' ring of flame, both skills entirely disrupting each other due to their equal strength. The water was doomed to evaporate immediately, so before that moment, as it crashed down, she backed in to the wave and ended up melding with the water for just a moment, jumping out through the other end as if she had just been transported a grand total of ten feet away from Hades. She wanted to rub the back of her head, but upon moving her hands she was reminded that they were chained together so moving them was very difficult.
No water, no flames, and Kagirinari was completely fine thanks to the smallest of delays. The skill had triggered the moment Hades thought to free himself, and while big illusions were easily noted by those damnable scarlet eyes, a simple shift in the path Hades put his arm down would've lengthened the amount of time it took him to reach the ground by about a second. It was a cheap tactic, perhaps, but Kagirinari wasn't above doing things a child would think of if they proved viable in the end. Even if he saw it for what it was, he was going to have to take time to break out of it, or simply let her control the world at will. Either or would give her the extra one second she needed to use the jutsu in the first place. "Hm."
Magen: Niju Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: Double False Surroundings Technique) Description: This jutsu places another illusion on top of a previous illusion created by the user. If and when the target dispels the first illusion, they will not realize that a second is in place. The second surrounding can be controlled by moving chakra in your hands.
Suiton: Suishouha (Water Release: Rising Blast) Description: Using large amounts of chakra, the user creates water from thin air and forms so much that it creates a mini-tidal wave. The water then does not dissipate for the duration of the battle, thus creating an arena where the user has a large advantage. If the climate is exceptionally arid, such as a desert, the water only lasts for a short while before draining into the sand. The depth of the water once the wave has settled is anywhere between 8 to 10 feet.
Mizutamari Yusuo no Jutsu (Water Puddle Transportation) Requirements: Mizutamari no Jutsu Description: The normal Mizutamari Technique must be learned before you can use this technique, since it requires Mizutamari to be used in conjunction with it. If a user uses the Mizutamari while standing on top of a lake or river or any other water source, he/she can materialize himself/herself back anywhere he/she wants within the area of the water source (maximum range, 1/2 a mile.) That way the user can surprise the enemy from behind or even from below.

Ω The rushing of blood moving to and fro and the excitment of an unpredictable outcome. This was the best, it truly was, he loved every moment. His opponents movements were becoming clear, and the outcome of this battle was of the mist that appeared when both techniques clashed. The chains around her body, they made a sound that interested him. The sound of her body was leaving his hearing distance, but she was not running ...Why? The Sharingan would not let her attacks deem access so easily, in-fact they would pierce anything until his guard was let down. The mist now had surrouded the entire area he stood in. He could not be seen -- But the same could not be said for her. Her chakra signature was exact and he could tell even with this dense fog hindering regular vision. The Hokage was quick for someone who had restrains around the body, the man would smile even more. Ten feet away she was, but sadly ten feet away was all but nothing. Water would not clear this by itself for the technique would not be released simultaneously. He would track her movements, even if somehow she had a way to move instantly with chakra, it was chakra that gave her the ability. Meaning he could antipicate it..
The first two fireballs released from within the mist, however it was not in her favor. The techniques previously had made the entire area around them besides the two feet of regular aid, completely hidden. The two fireballs would reach her at evening height, spreading across the vincinity within an equal fitting. With power came size, and her fragile looking body could not squeeze through such forces. His position still hidden, he would look for any sign of weakness, or hints of regression. When or if she had found a way to move away from these attacks, he would antipcate her movements. Right then and there would be the climax, when the sharingan would lead him towards the fray, and the rest of the volley would arrive at its location.
Yumi was heading back after a mission sent from the Hokage to clear out a growing gang syndicate. They were for the most part easy. Some ad managed to gain a couple shinobi skills making it a bit difficult at some points but gangs were gangs no matter their numbers. He just hoped their souls would not suffer too long in the pits with his demons. He'd been out of the village for a bit but he was glad to see the massive gates and those beautiful red doors open to welcome him home. The deciduous forest, the birds chirping, the warm sun smiled upon his caramel complexion and filled him with warmth. And ah, who could forget people fighting in front of the gates? Dust being kicked up, gravel thrown this way and that...perfectly normal for Konoha.
If Yumi was any more tired from the fighting during his mission, he might just chalk it up to exhaustion. But despite the torn flak jacket, Yumi was alert as one could be. Toes digging into the dirt, Yumi gave one push from those taijutsu trained legs and instantly went back into attack mode. Making a trail of dust being kicked up himself as he charged forward briskly. Bringing distance from where he was taking a "sunday stroll" to the gates in a frightening amount of speed. One of the guards posted at the gates noticed the Uchiha's less than friendly face and flagged him down before he could make an interference. "W-wait...Yumi-san..." He said, just about standing in front of Yumi which wasn't the best of ideas seeing as he'd make himself liable to get ran over. But Yumi obeyed cautiously and slowed down to a walk as he ignored the guard to look at him and assess the situation directly, "No weapon drawn. Innate fear, except for that which was shown when he saw me bum-rushing the gate." Yumi looked up to see that instead he also saw glimpses of the Hokage and one of the Jounins in the msit of a spar; it didn't seem as intense to be a real fight and further more the other gate guards seemed to just idly watching, laughing or watching the match in general. "Are they sparring? Right in front of the gates? I guess we need to invest in a training grounds in the future." Yumi thought to himself as he looked at the gate guard and gave him a friendly clap on the shoulder before leaning against the gate door, "Don't worry I see what is going on... But the rest of the village is in order?" Yumi asked softly as the guard, clutching his chest to retain relief from a possible grave misunderstanding, nodded, "Y-Yes... Everything in order..." Yumi chuckled and would watch the fight in an entertained manner. Glad to see the prosperity of the village still growing within the shinobis.

Ten feet was more than enough for Kagirinari as long as her bell continued to ring. That single sound was her companion on the battlefield, and as long as it continued to ring, she wasn't going to lose. Hades would be lucky if he could even scratch her, much less land a heavy hitting jutsu like the ones he continued to throw. She wasn't invested enough to fight back, as, beyond her first move, she hadn't done anything beyond defending or evading. A torrent of water enveloped her the moment her feet touched ground, forming the shape of a dragon to absorb the incoming blows for her by sending the beast straight in to the flames. All of the water skills she used caused that spiked back hair of hers to fall in to a straighter style naturally, but that was the only notable change.
Again, she had urged the water to quench those flames before they caused her any real problem, and to great effect as well. So long as they were of equal strength, the jutsus would continue to cancel each other out, no matter Hades' confidence in himself. Kagirinari wasn't going to take chances though, and at the very end of the dragon's tail, she melded with it momentarily and was thrown to her right. The momentum caused her to fly quite a ways, to the point where she impacted a tree with her body...naturally, she knew it was going to happen that way. She also noticed a familiar presence and turned her head to gaze at him, her body still swaying from side to side, but her expression showing remembrance, but naught else. "You...you've returned. Welcome back." She didn't smile upon greeting Yumi, or anything of substance, but she had a question for him while she wasn't watching Hades.
"I have a wonder, if you will indulge me. Why have we not leveled away some of the trees in the forest to make for a flat sparring ground alongside the training ground. If Hades were to use his skills around trees, Konoha would have burned to the ground." Actually...why not just make the entire place flat instead of leaving a forest? Even training could endanger the whole of Konoha with so many people slinging around flames and lightning. It was simply somebody asking for trouble, and Kagirinari didn't like that one bit. "It's dangerous to leave things as they are." She decided. As she said that, she seemed entirely unconcerned about her back, deciding that sitting there for a while after being thrown was her best bet. As long as she was far enough away from her last position, it was good enough for her.

Yumi watched the match lazily.Not that it wasn't interesting just he was not fully compelled to watch it as if, say, it where a match between his Genin charges. Both rather knew what they were doing at this level, though he was still confused that they chose this location to see each other's merit. But he guessed that with them so enthralled in the battle it is too late to bring this up. Plus the match was something of a morale booster to observing guards. Watching the might and power of their military force as well as providing a show for the villagers. Yumi just hoped, it remained within the confines of the open space and not move closer to the village. No reason to spend village funds due to carelessness.
Smirking a little to the casualness of Sekaiji, it almost seemed like she was playing despite the effort of the other opposing Jounin. Not surprising. The title Hokage isn't given just for pleasantries. As she spoke out to him, he gave a light casual two fingered salute, "That I am." He said softly, as he watched between her and the possible reaction of the Jounin as she kept readied; or at least Yumi assumed by how she kept her body in motion should the Jounin attempt to strike. "We do, if I am correct, have one training grounds. But respectfully Hokage-sama, I would not be so quick to chop down the forests." Yumi said pausing to allow her to focus on the fight a bit before speaking again, "The forest in general, is what is our biggest ally. In terms of being hidden. A few seals in specific spots along the path to our village and we will be hidden amongst the forests. Leaving people to get lost within them and be consumed by it's maze. As far as for your concern about the safety of the village should a over-zealous shinobi start performing more advanced Katon or Raiton, I would proposal a move of the training grounds-, " Yumi would point to the Hokage monument, "-to there. Past the faces, is nothing but mountainous terrain. And the mountain itself is large enough, to retain a massive amount of damage; something I don't believe, would fall due to training. But, it is my opinion, over cutting the trees and removing the decadence of our village." Yumi said softly as he lightly removed his torn flak jacket to expose his under-armor shirt. Breathing a little easier if not cooler now that he didn't have that thick thing on while in the mist of Konoha's summer heat, while watching and awaiting the response from the Hokage to Yumi's opinion on the matter.

"Hm, not sure I agree with that notion~" A light voice chimed in, two chocolate colored eyes locked onto the figures in front of her, the corner of her lips curled into a smirk. "Afterall, the front gates is the best way to demonstrate to our enemies that our ninja are not a force to be reckoned with." Coming through the tall, guarded gates of the economically rich village of Konohagakure, the raven-haired woman came to a halt next to the man she recognized as her husband. "Back already?" She asked with wonder, giving him a quick peck before letting her heels fall down, shifting the weight off her tip toes when she attempted to reach his height. "I'm heading off to Kusa, to meet with a couple of people. I don't know if you want to play follow the leader," She began with her smirk returning, "but you're welcome to come. I left Andriel with his big sister." The only thing Akane hoped at this point was that Lydia wouldn't teach her new brother how to kill using a sludge hammer. There's just some things that aren't meant to be taught to a child who's not even ready for such things! Of course, it was something often Vincent and Akane argued over for the sake of their son- Vincent, of course, defending his daughter as usual. A trait that rather irritated her to no end: Lydia was indeed, daddy's little girl.
Teetering from the edge of her vision was the silhouette of the Hokage herself, "Well I'll be damned," the beauty began, leaning on the stern figure of Yumi as she crossed her arms, "Who would have thought there'd actually BE a way to get you out of that office? And here I thought you literally HAD drowned in paperwork." Akane claimed, once more, never recalling the Hokage by the formalities of their rank. It was never something that any real meaning to her, after all. They were simply labels. Generally, telling you who's going to smarter and wiser than you. Of course, they weren't always going to be right, which was exactly why Akane avoided such titles to begin with. Now, something like, 'mother' or 'father' seemed more like a birthright respect to her than anything regarding strength or being wise. Perhaps it's because of this birthright that she feels so devoted to taking care for her children and husband. Well, maybe not a birthright for her husband, but definitely something towards her children. Her love and respect for Yumi as her husband wasn't something that came out of nothing, it was nothing like an expectation. Rather.. it was something earned, as opposed to people of higher rank or status- simply expecting people to recall one by 'sama' was like expecting respect not earned.
The concept of respect was relative to her. Other's may see ones work as something respectful, but to Akane... those of higher rank must prove their title first before that respect is earned. It was surely not impossible, considering that Yumi was able to earn it.. but it was never going to be easy. "Well, I'm heading off now. Come join me." The raven-haired beauty urged, gesturing to him as she let their fingers intertwine, pulling closer to him. Suddenly- something popped in her mind, "Hokage-sama, can you make sure Lydia doesn't leave the village? Especially with Andriel?" She asked, hoping the reckless little girl wouldn't let her insanity get the best of her with her little brother around.

Ω His body still consumed of flames began to whither away, turning the inferno into embers. Slowly becoming remnants of nothing. The mist clearing would show the Uchiha's body slowly calming the storm within, he also knew when it was time for a draw. He was clever enough to land a blow, however it was just one, but was it enough to show the Hokage that he was ready? He would ask his true intentions another time, maybe when things became less hectic. "The spar was great Hokage." He told her. Clearing the distance between them he would notice another male, more or less about his age, but someting was distinct within his facial appearances. Brushing off the thought, he would let them continue their conversation before introducing himself. He caught a glimpse of the topic ... Cutting down trees..?
"My lord if I may. The trees around us provide shelter and a large amount of privacy from those around us. Who knows what these forest hold -- Who is really watching." He told her, eyes still burning with crimson. He would sigh almost for thinking in such a way, he also seemed to counter-act any thought with his own. He merely would give his advice best fit for how his father taught him to rule, given his birth-right to the small clan towards the edge. But the male before him was giving the same imput he thought, smart man huh? Hades would smile, if not almost began to wonder who he was, this village was piling with strong shinobi. Each one he would test his skills, for the battlefield is where his heart lay.
Another voice appeared behind him, however this one was delicate, a woman's voice. Out of his peripheral he would notice a rather beautiful kunoichi, she also had an input to the trees around us. Heading to Kusagakure? He had never ventured outside the gates because of dealing with his own tribal matters. He almost envied her for a second, being able to leave the village, he wondered of the shinobi that prowled elsewhere. Fist clenching and blood boiling, this was his weakness -- He could not resist the thought of combat.
