Custom Weapons Application

Rules:

1. You MUST have a Description of 10 sentences or more.
2. You can only have 4 custom weapons
3. They DON'T HAVE to be weapons. Trinkets and armor are acceptable as well.
4. They MUST be original ideas. No copying bloodlines or already made weapons. No copying Canon weapons either, or basing weapons of things in Canon.
5. They MUST have an interesting name
6. They MUST have a weakness equal to or greater than the strengths
7. They WILL NOT give boosts to speed and strength. Ever.
8. They CANNOT cast jutsu. You can have jutsu that go with it made in custom justu, but the weapon will not give you a jutsu.
9. They Cannot be unblockable. There must be some way of defending against the weapon, aside from dodging them.
10. They WILL NOT be made of indestructible material. Everything can break...even you.
11. If an RP sample is requested, it is because we do not fully understand the weapon's capabilities. If we ask you to make one, do not complain. Make your sample epic, and use the blade to its fullest extent. We want to see it at its best to determine whether or not it is too overpowered.
12. You WILL NOT PM me asking me to check your applications. The only exception to this rule is if it has been an entire week. Do NOT quote the mods either.
13. Somewhere in your post for a weapon, you will say a color. But that color is going to be in color. For example, yellow, or black.

Weakness: Attracts lightning and lightning jutsu within a 50 meter radius. Also is very susceptible to magnetism.
Description: This giant, black-metal sword has the special property of being able to alter its weight at the User’s will. By default, it will weigh 100,000 tons. However, its weight can become anything below that with just 5 chakra given to it through its hilt. Of course, the strength of this sword’s ability is constantly changing the weight within a fight, from 1 gram to 1 ton to 50,000 tons, allowing the wielder to smash buildings apart with ease. However, while this is a strength, it drains the wielder’s chakra each time the weight shifts. It also acts as a massive conductor, attracting lightning-based attacks, making such nearly impossible to dodge. If separated from the source of chakra, it will change back to 100,000 tons of weight after 30 seconds.

Description: When cut by this blade, the target loses one of his sense. This drains 20 points of chakra from the wielder. Along with the five basic senses, there’s also the sense of time and the sense of balance that the wielder can remove. When the sense of time is removed, the ability to do multitask and time attacks is reduced, disabling the ability to aim or time attacks, thus resulting in both projectiles and melee attacks missing or being very off. When the sense of balance is removed, the target is constantly overcommitting to his movements, stumbling with each step and unable to run without tripping. All effects last 5 posts, stacking in duration if hit again with the same effect. Different effects don’t extend the duration of each other, lasting on their own.
On a side note, this sword’s hilt is shaped as a gourd, and is meant to be wielded with only one hand.

I am going to need you to elaborate on the material, specifically density and overall durability.
Second matter is the weight. 100,000 tons is unreasonable. Change that weight cap to one thousand pounds and that will be fixed.
Third matter is the shifts. They don't have to be gradual, but there needs to be a time period between them. 6-8 seconds between shifts(Aka no more than twice a post.)
Fourth; I need to see an rp sample of how you intend to use the blade.

I like the concept but it needs some adjustments.
Change the duration of effects from five posts to three.
Second, as it is creating a lasting effect the chakra pull needs to be lasting. Ten points per post active.
Third:Each sense capable of being affected needs to be labeled in your application alongside a number ranging from one to seven. You must pick a random number during posts in which the effect is activated.(Using the RNG)
Fourth: I need an RP sample displaying all of the abilities of this blade as well. Separate from the first sample.

Alright, a few more adjustments and you should be set.
The change of dimensions must be regulated. As it already costs chakra to maintain the weapon I am stating an additional five for every transition.
Second, the material eating property of the blade would require a triple in the chakra cost, (meaning 15 per post, thirty six if away from water) for it to balance out with the acidic property.
Third, I need to see an RP sample to see how you intend on using the blade.

Can I negotiate for 10 tons on Dakuepe? I mean for it to be unreasonably heavy, so just wielding it needs a chakra cost. I'll fix the shifts cool down, and I want the material to be around tungsten durability.

I'm good with the changes to Sakegari. A bit bitter, but okay nonetheless.

The Range of the weapon: 5 foot circle from the point of origin (where the weapon is placed.
Weakness: Cannot work when wet, on white paper so easily noticble, Consumes chakra
Description: White paper with black ink. At the curent moment Kit has acrued 4 different modified symbles. "Tao" Which takes up a 5 foot radius from whee the tag was laid. "Ren" Which shoots a pillar of fire upwards lasting 2 seconds within a 3 foot radius) "Lai" Causes a burst of light to take place making the enemy lose sight for one post (can be avoided by covering eyes). "Ji" Causes a downward explosion in which 3 feet in a circular radius from the tag to propel downward for 10 feet.

The Range of the weapon: Max damage done at 50 yards, can make an arow travel 75 but the arrow will lose sufficient damage and will be off target.
Weakness: The arrows and the bow is made of water thus C rank fie jutsu can make everything about the bow ineffective when done straight on. The bow takes chakra every three posts to maintain, individual arows also are a seperate chaka cost.

The bow is exactly 4 feet in length and made entirly out of water (15 chaka every thee posts to maintain) Each individual arrow costs 2 chakra to mold and fire. The arows have the strength equivalent of a demon wind shuriken but have no eal stopping powe. It would take 30-45 arrows to cause irreparable damage. Though it still follows that one to the head would be an insta kill. But the arrow could not get past the ribcage to deliver a heat kill shot. Thus the weapon is used mainly for hunting prey, or inflicting minor injuries to enemies to slow them down.

I recognize why you would instantly deny the first weapon request.....I just dont want paper bombs that just go boom....But i dont know if the art of making tags like them would be a sealing classes job.....I just wanted a couple of options. As in as i draw the symbles for the tags it could cost 5 chakra per tag to infuse the ink with my chakra to result in the boom of the tag...But give it a little thought before denying??

As for the second (my water bow) id really like to have this accepted. I could make a jutsu to do just this, but i figure a weapon would be moe usefull in this regads, and it still costs chaka to use and to make arows thus it isnt overpowered. But alas i am but a pawn in the chess boad of NUR. lol diliberate and get back to me

5 tons is the absolute highest I am willing to go. That is heavier than a car. As such when it is at that weight you are looking at a ten point per ton per turn cost for maintaining that weight. In addition, anything over one hundred pounds is going to dock you. -1 to speed whenever you are going past the hundred point mark. Also, sword weight is going to need to be posted visibly during fights.

Make these changes and don't forget the samples.

Description: White paper with black ink. At the curent moment Kit has acrued 4 different modified symbles. "Tao" Which takes up a 5 foot radius from whee the tag was laid. "Ren" Which shoots a pillar of fire upwards lasting 2 seconds within a 3 foot radius) "Lai" Causes a burst of light to take place making the enemy lose sight for one post (can be avoided by covering eyes). "Ji" Causes a downward explosion in which 3 feet in a circular radius from the tag to propel downward for 10 feet.

Where it was found/Who made it: A basic weapon given to him by the village administration for showing proficient skill in its use.
Users Class: Ninjutsu
The Range of the weapon: Max damage done at 50 yards, can make an arow travel 75 but the arrow will lose sufficient damage and will be off target.
Weakness: The arrows and the bow is made of water thus C rank fie jutsu can make everything about the bow ineffective when done straight on. The bow takes chakra every three posts to maintain, individual arows also are a seperate chaka cost.

The bow is exactly 4 feet in length and made entirly out of water (15 chaka every thee posts to maintain) Each individual arrow costs 2 chakra to mold and fire. The arows have the strength equivalent of a demon wind shuriken but have no eal stopping powe. It would take 30-45 arrows to cause irreparable damage. Though it still follows that one to the head would be an insta kill. But the arrow could not get past the ribcage to deliver a heat kill shot. Thus the weapon is used mainly for hunting prey, or inflicting minor injuries to enemies to slow them down.

I recognize why you would instantly deny the first weapon request.....I just dont want paper bombs that just go boom....But i dont know if the art of making tags like them would be a sealing classes job.....I just wanted a couple of options. As in as i draw the symbles for the tags it could cost 5 chakra per tag to infuse the ink with my chakra to result in the boom of the tag...But give it a little thought before denying??

As for the second (my water bow) id really like to have this accepted. I could make a jutsu to do just this, but i figure a weapon would be moe usefull in this regads, and it still costs chaka to use and to make arows thus it isnt overpowered. But alas i am but a pawn in the chess boad of NUR. lol diliberate and get back to me

I can understand the confusion. Paper tags in and of themselves are weapons. Consumable weapons, but weapons all the same. The fact of the matter is, the paper tags are enhanced by a jutsu. Essentially you would be wasting a custom weapons slot on a non renewable, consumable item. Whereas posting it as a jutsu allows for your character to use it as explained.

Ah i see, so just change it up a bit and cast a non elemental jutsu onto the paper while i copy down the symbols? Well either way i will rewod it a bit and make sure to post it into the corect forum. lol Thanks for the input.

Where it was found/Who made it: A custom made weapon by a smith in the cloud village. MAde exactly to Kit's specifications.
Users Class: Ninjutsu
The Range of the weapon: 30 feet, 5 inches
Weakness: Once the weapon is seen it is very easy to predict what it is going to do and how to handle the attacks. Can only cary a maximum amount of 20 arows/bolts at all times. (picking up the ones tht missed is a viable option but typically bought from the maket place or a weapon shop.
Description:
A gauntlet covering half of Kit's forearm. It's two halves are tied together and knotted on with string. On the top half of the gauntlet is a colapable crossbow capable of firing three arrow/bolt per post. And on the under half it has a hidden blade (assasins creed) used for up close and personal suprise attack. The blade is exactly 8 inches long. Once the weapon is seen and its functions discovered even a genin with some fighting experience should be able to differ one attack from another and be wary of getting to close while the hidden blade is out.
