I have lost about 5lbs, gone down a pants size, and went for a mile walk without having to use my inhaler half way through.

I gained 15 pounds because I stopped exercising and started binge eating.
I started back on my Diet/Exercise Plan on Monday.
We'll see how good I do in a week.
With Endless Appetizers from TGIFriday's as my weekly cheat meal... We'll see.

Congrats on the weight loss. Keep at it! You'll feel much better, guaranteed.

Good luck with the reboot! I've been living off burritos (assembled by me) and juice/soda but walking a lot the last two weeks, and its working out surprisingly well. xDD
