In the southern area of Harugakure lies a large modernized building. With the taxes and fees tourism and deals struck up with local businesses, the Tikoshi Innovations building has become a free healthcare supplier in the area. Tourists are given free, top-notch treatment from medical shinobi if they need it. From setting broken bones, to full on implants and near-miracles, the hospital does much for the patients.
However, this only occurs on the floors above ground. Below ground are several hundred areas for shinobi research and development. Weapons, ninjutsu, and biological supplements for usage in the field are developed and tested here. Who're the test subjects? Usually willing tourists who decide to step in and try a few pills and tests in exchange for 100 ryo and their time.
