Riri's Jutsu: Mizu no Waruasobi (Trick of Water) Description: A very simple technique which involves a simple flick of one's hands and a muster of sweat in the fingers. A precise flick comes from of the hands or even a shake can be made as if trying to get something off one's hands. The water streaks from the hand of the user and towards the enemy's eye. This unexpected irritation can blur their vision.
Mizu Kagami no Jutsu (Water Mirror Technique) Description: A simple jutsu that allows the user to turn a quantity of water as small as a drop and as large as a small puddle into a mirrored surface. This can allow the user to see behind himself, and around corners with careful application of the technique.
Uo Tsuba (Fish Spit) Description: A simple jet of water shot from the mouth. It can hit with enough force to stun you if it hits properly. It can be done up to 5 times in succession, or one jet can be shot. To give an example of its power, Mist academy students usually use this technique to play a game much like tag.
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique) Description: Creates one or multiple identical copies of the original out of water. More similar to Kage Bunshin then a regular Bunshin, water clones are capable of attacking, except each clone is roughly 1/10 the power of the original. The water clone can perform one jutsu that the user also knows once. It must be a water elemental jutsu. One solid hit will destroy the clone.
Mizu Soujuu (Water Manipulation) Description: Any Mist Shinobi that uses ninjutsu should likely have this technique. This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, freezing, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Freezing is mostly limited to small amounts of water, and boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) A Kage level jutsu always requires a water source, even if the Mist-nin in question creates it first.
Mizu Peretto (Water Pellet) Description: An enhanced Uo Tsuba, instead of a stream, it is a bullet that impacts the enemy at high speed (though with blunt force,) and it is roughly about the size of a fist.
Mizutamari no Jutsu (Water Puddle Technique) Description: By altering personal body shape, the user can melt into the water below the user. This allows the user to hide and set up an ambush, or lose inexperienced trackers.
Suiton: Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Shuriken Technique) Description: Through the use of water manipulation, the user can create multiple small shuriken comprised of water and launch them towards the target. After hitting and/or cutting a solid surface, they revert to water. It is important to note that these shuriken can be physically launched (by hand) or launched as they are created.
Isonagi no Jutsu (Beach Crab) Description: A jutsu that can only be used on water or atop loose soil (sand, non-rocky aerated dirt, etc,) this technique causes a pair of pincers to rise out of the ground/water and grasp the target by the ankles before pulling him underground/water. An important difference between this technique and Doton: Shinjuu Zanshu is that in this technique the target is fully enveloped in the earth or water. If strong enough, the target can break free, due to the loose earth. Water is less efficient because of its fluidity, and the target not held long. There is something to be said, though, for the change in momentum that can occur when you force an opponent to abandon all thoughts save survival.
Mizu Tate no Jutsu (Water Shield Technique) Description: A shield of water is formed around the user as a cylindrical barrier that reaches just above the user's head. After the initial creation that user can manipulate the water, allowing for water spikes, tentacles, hands and the like, though these appendages are not dexterous enough to handle a weapon. The bad thing is that the shield isn't that reliable against ninjutsu. However, an opponent who is strong enough can break through the shield.
Suiton: Abura Bushin no Jutsu (Water Release: Oil Clone Technique) Description: Oil Clone Technique is a variation of the Genjutsu; Mist Servant Technique. It creates a whole bunch of clones, which won't disappear like normal illution clones when they're hit. The hit will only go right through them. The only known way to defeat them is to send a fire justu at them.
Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique) Description: A highly effective cover technique which blankets an area in a thick mist, confusing the senses of the enemy. Unless the user is trained to fight without the use of his vision, or has learned the technique to see through the mist, this doesn't not provide a significant combat advantage. The mist swirls about, confusing vision and distorting sound. Visibility is cut down to three feet. The mist lasts for 3 posts, plus an additional post for every 10 points in Reserves the user has. It is important to note that this mist is non-natural, and obstructs the view of even those using low level techniques (stage 3 or lower) to attempt to see through it.
Kirigakure: Shunshin no Jutsu (Hidden Mist: Instantaneous Body Skill) Description: An ability which allows the user to transport from one area to another in a spray of fine mist. The user has to have been to the area before and the distance is limited to about one mile. This jutsu can only be used to escape combat, and may not be used if the shinobi is attacking or has been attacked.
Suikusari no Jutsu (Water Chains Technique) Description: Creates chains made of water and binds the enemy's ankles and wrists to make them more vulnerable and less mobile. The enemy can still perform normally if he is strong enough to move.
Mizu no Yoroi (Water Armor) Description: A thin layer of water covers the user’s whole body. At the basic requirements, it gives protection against fire techniques by dampening the effects, as well as nullifying some Taijutsu attacks. While the armor is on, it constantly draws out small amounts of both the user’s chakra and stamina, and thus can only be kept up for a limited time.
Mizukaisou Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Reflection Clone Technique) Description: A jutsu that makes the user's reflection in water step out of the reflection and attack as a physical body. This type of water clone is an improvement over the Mizu Bunshin, possessing Chakra, Intelligence, and Physical abilities equivalent to 1/3 the user's. Each clone can be destroyed with a solid blow.

Passives: • A God's Example Any wielder of the Rinnegan may freely summon and manipulate two items. The Guoudama (Truth-seeking Balls), and Nunoboko, a multi-ringed staff, much like that of a buudhist monk. The Rinnegan wielder can manipulate up to six guoudama, and one nunoboko at any point in time. These items are indestructible. Chakra receiver rods may also be freely generated in infinite quantity, to be tied in with a jutsu listed below.
• A God's Demonstration A renowned skill of the Sage of Six Paths was his ability to transcend space and time to communicate with those who they've established links with. Similarly to Hagoromo's communication, the individuals in question will be pulled into a blank, ethereal world, where they may speak to the user of this skill. Any one user of the Rinnegan may maintain bonds with up to four people at once. However, this skill may not be used within five posts of the user initiating combat. Since this skill is used exclusively outside of combat, the user may have all four individuals at once with no cooldown.
• Rinnegan users are able to choose one of the Mangekyou Sharingan techniques to keep, and it receives the following passives as listed below. All of these techniques are then considered Rinnegan Jutsu: - Susanoo: The user's Susanoo may now grow legs, and costs 10 less chakra to summon. (20 chakra to summon, 10 per post after)
• Physically superior (+2 base to stats of your choosing).
• Is able to produce an unlimited amount of rods, which can also be used to track shinobi who are in possession of one of the rods. RPCs can be debilitated using the rods, using a jutsu listed below.
• Can shift +2 to either of your stats, in lieu of losing those points in the other. This is considered a base boost.
• Tremendous chakra pools; nearly the energy of a god. (+150 Chakra)
• Rinnegan Techniques are strengthened by one rank and the use of handseals have been simplified to hand gestures (i.e. closing the hand, opening the palm, clasping hands, etc.) Upon achieving this Tota, you are considered a Rinnegan Sage.
• Opponents in view of the Rinnegan are subject to the most potent scrutiny of all. Chakra points, the flow of their chakra, an in-depth sense of perception capable of predicting how an opponent is going to strike based on the flow of their chakra alone. Opponents with higher chakra levels are much more susceptible to this reading ability. This ability extends to being able to detect movements using displaced chakra in the air. As previously stated, high density of chakra levels in the air can negate this ability rather quickly. This high level of scrutiny also allows Rinnegan wielders to notice the specific chakra natures and attributes inside of an opponent, allowing them to know what elements/bloodlines the opponent has so long as they've seen the chakra before.

Passives: • Sakidasu (To Begin Blooming) Allows the user to transform their body or parts of their body, and anything else on their body (Except for other people), into flower petals for short spans of time. The petals however are covered with razor chakra edges. At Chuunin, Sakidasu users may transform with the use of one hand, this includes all Chiru clan techniques as well. At Jounin, Sakidasu users may transform without the need of handseals, this includes all Chiru clan techniques as well. xxxxxHISTORY The history of the Stigmas is not very wide known, nor is it really known well how they came to be. The main belief is that the Stigmas were curses passed on to Humanity by the Dark Gods in ancient times, while no one can prove this its accepted by the people who actually have an idea of the history. While mostly unknown one piece of information is clear, all those who bear a Stigma don't use their real names ever. They create a false name and use it for the rest of their life. This is to ensure that whatever family they might have is not killed just for being related to a person bearing a stigma.
xxxxxDESCRIPTION A Stigma is an ocular condition with three variations, the Eyes give their hosts incredible inherent abilities. Despite their increased power, or perhaps because of it, Stigma bearers are almost universally hated and feared in all known countries. Once a person is confirmed a bearer they and their close family and friends are killed. An exception has been made for those who are ninja under a village. However anyone who bears a Stigma is considered by most if not all villagers to be an abomination, these bearers are hated with good reason. If not careful the bearer of a stigma will go insane and will subsequently be put down.
While the majority of people refer to the Stigmas as "Demon Eyes," the bearers themselves have taken to calling them "God's Eyes."
Alpha Stigma
The Alpha Stigma is known as a trait which happens in a rare few humans. It is the eye which is able to analyze and understand all jutsu. What this means is that the alpha Stigma will be able to tell whatever jutsu is being used. Genjutsu almost becomes useless with this as your eyes can tell what is being used, overriding the jutsu's effect on the brain. Genjutsu becomes pointless because even if the user is in a genjutsu they know its not real and are aware of the surroundings, making Genjutsu a stall for time. Jutsu seen by the eye are able to be used once by the user, this however can not be done in the fight in which the jutsu was seen. You can stockpile as many jutsu as you've see an enemy preform against you. If you see the jutsu in a different fight you may stack the jutsu up to three times. It is also possible for the Alpha Stigma to analyze structures around the bearer. The Alpha Stigma is usually fully activated by the death of a friend or family member, which causes the user to go on a rampage, seeking destruction and death for those around the user. Users seem to have a god-like persona, which has to wreak havoc until either the body burns out and the user kills him/herself, or the user is killed by someone else.
Lino Doue
The Lino Doue is able to devour the lives of humans. In addition, the bearers seem to have a lust for human flesh as well. One who uses the Lino Doue is able to absorb jutsu and chakra and even body parts from humans, due to the fact that the human body contains chakra. Using Nnjutsu against this stigma is almost a death sentence. The Lino Doue seems to not have a point of insanity similar to Alpha Stigma, but the users have been shown to become angered when provoked. When a user of these eyes absorbs Jutsu/chakra or the lives of people, they can regenerate their wounds and become stronger, though they can still be wounded or killed.
Ebra Crypt
Ebra Crypt has the ability to see into others minds, as well as having a strong sensor ability. This stigma user can instantly tell what your clan/bloodline is and is able to determine your weakness. Reading someones mind will cause the Stigma to put a trace on the person, they can be tracked as long as their mind is still operating. You may even communicate with the said person, or if target is an enemy you may put them into a genjutsu by talking into their mind. This stigma grants the biggest perception bonus of three stigmas, being able to see into peoples minds makes the perception better then the sharingan. xxxxxRULES • You start with your choice of a stigma, you unlock a second one at Chuunin and the third one at Jounin. You unlock the ability to use all three at once in a sage mode at Sannin. • You may only use one stigma at a time, but you may switch only once during a battle however. You must state clearly which Stigma is active and when you switch • Each Stigma has a mini sage mode to go along with it, while there is one true sage mode concerning all three eyes. • If a user is killed you may use the stigma as a dojutsu implant, however you only get one and you don't choose. Whatever eye they have active at the time is the implant you get. • This bloodline is a Kekkei Tota, meaning that it fills up both Clan/Bloodline spots. • You must create a fake name for your character bearing the Stigma and have the character use that, sometimes just changing a last name is enough. • Your eyes look perfectly normal till you use them in a fight, so one can only tell that you have them if they actually see you in a fight. Even the best sensors will sense nothing till the eyes are activated • Must keep a list of stored jutsu for the Alpha Stigma somewhere on your post, if you don't have one it will be assumed you have none.
xxxxxWEAKNESSES Alpha Stigma: • While being immune to Genjutsu and able to replicate jutsu, taijutsu is this Stigmas weakness. Taijutsu is 1 rank more effective with this stigma active. • The Alpha Stigma while powerful leads to the risk of insanity and rampage. Having that happen will result in your character having to be put down or eventually burning out and dieing from overuse of chakra. • Using the replicated jutsu still costs the normal amount of chakra.
Lino Doue: • While deadly against Ninjutsu, this stigma is useless against Genjutsu. Genjutsu is 1 rank more effective against this Stigma. • Items or enemy's that don't use chakra are the bane of the Lino Doue, fire enough arrows for instance to the point dodging would be impossible, the user would be forced to use some type of jutsu defense. • Against multiple enemy's the user may find themselves unable to stave off every attack or utilize the Stigma to its fullest extent.
Ebra Crypt: • Ninjutsu used against this stigma is increased in strength by 1. • Other then the mind reading, sensor, and perception the eye does relatively not that much. • Just because you can see something coming or know through mind reading whats going on, doesn't mean you have the speed or strength to dodge or block.
General: • Hated by the general public and most likely other ninja • If used wrongly your potential advantage will turn into a disadvantage. • Unlike some other Dojutsu the eyes are separate and do not stack together unless the sage mode is used. • The bloodline crusher can negate the bloodline, however it may only negate one Stigma then it must apply the buff to another Stigma if you switch. This is only a stall because once you switch once then you can't switch the rest of the battle. • If not used correctly or overused the Stigma bearer could die.
xxxxxSTRENGTHS Alpha Stigma: • Immune to genjutsu in the fact that the user will always know they are in one, the effects that kill or damage won't work and its almost if the Stigma user is simply viewing the real world. That means some genjutsu will still activate their effects, like a paralysis or trapping illusion, but the user can with some effort can move, basically genjutsu is only a distraction. A genjutsu user might be able to stack on enough genjutsus to the point in which the user is distracted too much but the best bet is to run if your a genjutsu user. • Able to store as many jutsu seen in battle to a max number of 3, this counts for the same jutsu. The user must analyze the jutsu in battle and only may do it 1 per different jutsu in a fight. If they wish to get three of the same jutsu they must analyze it in three different fights. This can only be used on enemys. • Able to know what kind of jutsu is being used at all times. If an enemy uses a certain Raiton technique, the Stigma user will know instantly the name and what it does. They will also know the weakness of said jutsu, this however does not mean they actually have the jutsus weakness. This is the Stigma analyzing the jutsu to go hand in hand with its copy ability. • Genjutsu is 1 rank less effective against the user of this Stigma.
Lino Doue: • Able to absorb chakra as well as other people. A brush against an opponent will result in a 10 chakra absorption. A solid touch like fist bump or high five will result in a 20 chakra absorption. A grab will result in whatever was grabbed being absorbed, if you grab an arm, an arm is absorbed as well as 50 chakra. If you grab the head or torso you will absorb the opponent completely, killing them and absorbing 100 chakra. A small absorption like a touch or brush will give the user a 1/1 bonus. A big absorption like absorbing a limb will result in a 2/2 that extend beyond the soft cap. Absorbing a whole person will result in a 3/3 bonus that extends beyond the cap for the rest of the battle. These bonuses will end after the battle you in ends. • Any absorption whether it be a ninjutsu or a person will heal you. Absorbing from a person's limb will heal you of major even life threatening injury's. Absorbing ninjutsu will heal you based on rank, C rank healing small cuts and bruises while SS healing life threatening wounds. You may even spend your own chakra to heal yourself using the Stigma , the same healing based on the rank. • Able to absorb any ninjutsu thrown at you for no cost, however there is a cool down of five posts. • All ninjutsu is 1 rank less effective against the user when this stigma is active.
Ebra Crypt: • The user gains a Sensor ability that tells the user what an enemy bloodline/clan is. You can even put a trace on the person up to three people, This allows you to track the person, even talk to them from any distance so long as they're mind is operating, if not sound of mind the user may not communicate with the person. • You are able to read the minds of others, this is self explanatory as it simply helps you with gaining information and what an opponent might do next. You may through the opponents mind put them in a genjutsu, however the opponent must at least of looked at any of the user at any time during the fight. • This Stigma grants a huge perception bonus, greater then the Sharingan, or at the least equal to it. • Taijutsu is 1 rank less effective against the user when this stigma is active.
General: • May switch Stigmas once more are unlocked. Can switch as many times as you want outside of battle, but only once during a battle. • +150 more chakra • Able to deal with Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, and Genjutsu as long as its used right. • +2 stats allocated to your choosing.
xxxxxPASSIVE ABILITIES Alpha Stigma: •My Eyes See All The Alpha Stigma will see straight through your genjutsu, the user will know genjutsu on sight and it will only be a distraction to them.
•Your Jutsu Is Mine The Alpha Stigma is able to analyze your ninjutsu and learn everything about it. Then the user is able to store that jutsu in a pool up to three times per different jutsu. Passives: • Senpou Kaguya Dormat As a master of the bloodline, the Kaguya Sages are capable of manipulating their bones with their mind. It is very similar to angel/demon manipulation, though in less quantity and range (100 feet within their body). Usually it will be something like pulling spikes out of the ground, rather than manipulating a tide of bones. Their bones regenerate faster, grow impossibly proportionately large, and can be used very strategically. The bones can be changed in shape and molded together even when already released. Fighting a Senpou Kaguya user is often very overwhelming, as they can repel many attacks with little chakra involved. They force their opponent to use jutsu that are actually strong enough to destroy the bones, which already gives the opponent a disadvantage. When using the Senpou Kaguya, your eyelids will turn a dark red, and you will often appear to shudder and pulse uncontrollably in the minds of others.
• The Bone Apostle Dormat This is an advanced version of the True Blood Unleashed. The bone apostle is a very powerful form of the Kaguya that can be activated at any time. Some would consider it their true selves, as it seems extremely natural to them. This state seems to constantly shift. Whenever they use one of their 'aspects' as an apostle, it will usually disappear as quickly as it emerged, remaining a mystery. The difference between a Senpou Kaguya and regular Kaguya's chakra is almost impossible for anyone to notice until this is being used, which can be a very quick thing. Their chakra will change slightly, enough for most dojutsu users to see that [something] has happened, but without clarity on what. It is not exactly defined what this form is. The form has a total of [5] aspects, and they are all very much meant for assassination and domination in physical combat.
• Dance of the Willows Passive It is the first of five dance forms. Using the ability to manipulate their bone structure, the clan member will grow and extend a forearm bone through the palm of their hand to form a stabbing instrument. Using fluid and precise movements, they will then impale opponents.
• Dance of the Larch Passive Karamatsu no Mai is a form of Taijutsu developed by Kimimaro to take advantage of his cursed seal and bloodline ability. It is the third of five dance forms. After activating the level one cursed seal form, Kimimaro will begin to extend multiple bones from his body. Both from his rib cage and his radius and ulna. Because they are hard as steel (and can be as hard as hyper diamond at Kage), these bones can act as a strong defensive mechanism against incoming strikes. Due to this they will also serve as an offensive attack to allow Kimimaro to move with little effort to impale his opponent.
•Bone Strength
Genin: Steel Chuunin: Titanium Special Jounin: Emerald Jounin: Corundum Sannin: Diamond Kage: Hyper Diamond Senpou Kaguya: Unbreakable by physical objects. Only ninjutsu can destroy a Senpou Kaguya's bones. They are even harder than hyper diamond, a level of resistance impossible to categorize.
• Your bones aren't the only part of your body that are resistant. Your skin and flesh are both highly invulnerable to a certain level of physical and elemental damage. Your skin feels and acts like stone; it's like a hard outer shell that defends you. You can have a sword lodged into your throat but from the average ninja, it'd take many seconds to pierce all the way through. You're a moving tank. When you've mastered Senpou Kaguya, your skin becomes as tough as corundum.
• You have enhanced perception, and for good reason. Kaguya train their whole lives to dominate melee, so they are better than most others at predicting attacks and perceiving the enemy's movements.
• Wind: This element gives the clan the ability to use the Flight Transformation as well as makes them lighter by fusing into their whole body. The Flight Transformation gives the User large reptilian wings(pterodactyl-like). The lighter body gives the use +1 speed . Due to the wings, the User is capable of mid-air combat.
• Water: This element is adapted into the blood and cells of the clan, giving them enhanced healing and regeneration ability. Small injuries are instantly healed. Large cuts or external damage in two. Broken bones will set and heal in three posts. A lost limb in five. Capable of healing others completely, but after healing someone else they turn to a weakened and smaller state (-2/-2, Transformation techniques strength reduced by 1 rank). Immune to poisons. Healing will passively activate when needed.
• Lightning: This element excites both the muscles and the senses. With acute smell, taste/smell, and sight, along with greater balance, this makes for an excellent tracker. +1 speed
• Ally of Nature Can speak and use wild animals for various tasks. Understands the speech of any non-human species.

Passives: • Sharingan Perception While the Sharingan is active, the wielder is able to see even the slightest movements made by their targets, making them near impossible to trick with a sleight of hands move; this includes being able to see chakra, even underground.
• Jutsu Mimicry While in battle, the Sharingan can let the wielder mimic a jutsu that was used in the previous post as long as the wielder may use that jutsu for an additional 50% chakra. The user may mimic a jutsu that is not of an element they possess, as long as it is below their rank, for double the chakra cost. Any jutsu mimiced lose 1 rank in power
• Jutsu Copying While observing a jutsu be performed, the Sharingan may copy the chakra patterns used to perform the jutsu, allowing the wielder to gain instant knowledge of how to perform the jutsu. In order to learn the jutsu, it must be a jutsu the user is normally able to perform, meaning only jutsu of their element, clan, or bloodline. Uchiha are able to copy one element outside of the ones they know, but it must be within the five main elements.
• Genjutsu Identification Due to the ability to see one's chakra flow, the wielder of the sharingan may see when one's flow is being disrupted by a genjutsu or tell when they themselves are under one, allowing them to break out of them easier.

Using the ability to manipulate their bone structure, the clan member will grow and extend a forearm bone through the palm of their hand to form a stabbing instrument. • Dance of the Larch Passive Karamatsu no Mai is a form of Taijutsu developed by Kimimaro to take advantage of his cursed seal and bloodline ability. It is the third of five dance forms. After activating the level one cursed seal form, Kimimaro will begin to extend multiple bones from his body. Both from his rib cage and his radius and ulna. Because they are hard as steel (and can be as hard as hyper diamond at Kage), these bones can act as a strong defensive mechanism against incoming strikes. Due to this they will also serve as an offensive attack to allow Kimimaro to move with little effort to impale his opponent.
