Sector D-37 is a branch that belongs to the scientific category of D.E.M.'s main branch that specializes heavily on the advancement of D.E.M. armaments through experimentation and scientific research of any kind, Human, Heartless Keyblades, Etc...They are more than vile enough to resort to unethical means of experimentation if it means to advance the armaments of their soldiers and create new CR-Units not that they are given a choice to refuse anyhow.
Due to the Spatial Null Units one can not simply enter Sector D-37(Guess the reference lol) within a 6 mile radius if they do not have a Dog Tag of a D.E.M. elite which are possessed by some of the most dangerous Humans on the planet, If something enters within a 10 mile radius of the facility it is considered trespassing and the intruders will be engaged with a ferocious assault tell the target is either captured for questioning or simply eliminated on sight(Case in point, Don't enter without my validation unless you plan to have your characters Killed for trespassing).
Sector D-37 possesses many underground levels most of which cannot be accessed without a high enough Keycard that can be attained only by an elite that is stationed here.

It could also be considered the pride and joy of Sector D-37, Here the information that is gathered through reconnaissance missions from military members and CR-A.I. Units are evaluated for upgrading current weapons, equipment and CR-Units or creating new ones entirely.

Here Flora that have been collected during reconnaissance missions from different worlds are thoroughly researched, Most of the research done here is for creating new chemicals and drugs for various purposes.

Here operatives wounded in battle are treated until they are fully recovered, This is also where operatives with unregistered diseases or infections are researched for further Biological purposes.What should be noted is that the LvL is a giant Medical facility.

Here lab technician's perform Mechanical Augmentation on D.E.M. operatives if their injuries were too severe for the Medical bay to fully heal which is rare.

The massive facility built for manufacturing the CR-Units that have been cocked up from the scientists in the Cr-Unit and Armament research facility in which CR-Units of all size are manufactured for testing to insure their capabilities in the field so they can be massed produced. Due to it's massive size it takes up the entire LvL.

This area is where Humans, Heartless, Other beings and Etc that have been captured by D.E.M. are stored for later purposes, How this works is through Sutorēji Cells or Storage cells, Sutorēji Cells are a variant of Magitek which allows Sutorēji Cells to have their own pocket dimension which are various in size for each Sutorēji Cells to accommodate their inhabitants in which the area is often portrayed as a blank white room.
