A blue-colored Pokemon peeked into the room, its ears moved around the area. The creature looked left and right, up and down, side to side before motioning to a human male behind it. "No need for that, I was assured that no students would be present." The blue Pokemon peered up to the male without so much of a word and looked back at the room. "You are quiet as you are cautious." The Pokemon's ears moved a bit perhaps in recognition of the males voice but made no comment. The male sighed as he carried in his luggage one by one. "You are more than happy to take the luggage to our room." The rabbit-looking Pokemon turned to face the male and then towards the luggage. Again, without so much of a word it waddled over and lifted the case. "Room 110, please and thank you." It gave a nod and hopped up along the stairs and back to complete this new task. "Well, that takes care of the luggage. Now for the second task." Hazel eye's scanned the room, looking over the furniture and the empty pockets of space around. "Yup, it looks like it will all fit. You can bring it in." From behind the male came a dog looking creature with horns. In its mouth were several bags containing various surprises for the students within the dorm. The male looked back at the horned creature and glanced around. "Don't be a stranger. It might not be what we were brought up on but this will be our new home." A low murmer was heard as the horned creature looked over its shoulder. Behind was a rather tall creature with bananas growing out of its neck. The fruit-Pokemon appeared uncomfortable as it shuffled through the room. "I promise that you'll get plenty of time outside." The Fruit-Pokemon seemed like it mumbled under its breath as it moved itself towards the human. "Don't forget, this isn't about us but the students. Who are we to put a damper on their spirits?" The Fruit-Pokemon perked up at the human's words, smiled, and gave a nod. "Lets be sure to make-up for lost time." The rabbit-Pokemon came down the stairs to join the rest of the party. Its goal had been accomplished as it gave a tug on the human's pants. "Don't worry, everyone will have their part." This made the blue Pokemon give a small smile.
----30 minutes later----
"It looks pretty good to me, what say you guys and girls." All three Pokemon glanced around the room to see the hard work they had spent on the last thirty minutes. The tables were brought together to give a feeling of buffet-style appearance. The table were covered with Flygon colors and spattered across were various bowls and plates containing various dishes. The male wasn't sure what most of these children would eat but based off his experience in other schools he went with the following: Pizza (Cheese and Pepperoni), Fruit (Cantaloupe, Strawberry, Kiwi, Watermelon; all cut up into small bitable pieces), Mashed Potatoes with a side of Gravy, Sweet Corn (kernels not the whole cob), and slices of Apple Pie. For drinks the students could have their take on water, cranberry juice or apple juice. Next the decorations in the room consisted of the Flygon colors. A banner was placed up upon the ceiling that spelled 'Welcome.' Along the walls were smaller banners with the Flygon House image and then a Pokeball right next to it. So along the walls one would see Flygong, Pokeball, Flygon, Pokeball etc. This was the house whose members consisted of their affection with nature or the very least the outdoors so there was one last little detail that the male human had for the children. That little surprise was actually him! Could you believe it? "Great work everyone. Now all we need to do is contact the children." The male turned to face the Pokemon who watched the mail attentively; awaiting their next orders. "I have one girl and two boys. Tropius you will be in charge of getting the girls on the second floor. However...that is what I would like to say except that your sheer size might intimidate them. Azumaril, you are usually popular with the girls so I let you take care in guiding them to this location. Houndoom, don't intimidate the males." Azumaril's ears folded as if in a nod while the horned creature just puffed air out of its nostrils, as if it already knew the obvious. Azumaril climbed up the stairs and once up those stairs had begun to go knocking on the girl's doors. If any had followed the rabbit then it would have surely led them to the human male. Houndoom didn't need to climb stairs but went ahead and used its tail to knock up on the male children's doors. If any should follow Houndoom they too would have ended up in the Common Room.

Maria had headed back to her dorm room (most likely with Iris) when the ceremony was over. To her it just seemed like they were talking to the powers that be rather than them. Perhaps maybe she’d get a more teacher to student speak when classes started. If not well she figured she’d figure things out as she went along with everything. Letting out Lillipup when she got back to the dorm, Maria smiled at her small pup Pokémon. “There’s going to be a welcome party downstairs soon so be patient okay Lillipup.” She told the small dog with a smile. “Pup!” (Okay!) She barked with excitement.
When there was a knock on the door Lillipup jumped off the bed and ran over to it. Going over to the door, Maria opened it to reveal an Azumaril. “Lillipup!” (Hello there!)Lillipup greeted the rabbit Pokémon. “It's an Azumaril.” Maria replied grabbing a few random things like Lillipup’s pokéball. Following down the water fairy type to the common room, Maria was curious. The room was all decorated with signs and tasty food. Lillipup looked around with excitement as he followed the larger Pokémon. ‘He must be the outdoors teacher...’ She thought as she noted the guy only time would tell though. At least the food looked good.

And with just some parting words, the ceremony was over with Iris thinking about what Mr. Reyes and Ms. Ezra said. Deciding the type of person she wanted to be...putting life in what she wanted. Such pretty and flowery words...but no idea how to start any of that. Iris walked with Maria back to their dorm. After all, they were roommates and Maria did take her hand so why not. When they reached their rooms, Bebe appeared out of Iris' hair and floated around the room finally able to do so.
Iris looked at Maria playing with her Lillipup when she mentioned the party that was suppose to happen. That was true..there was going to be a party...with people she didn't know. Probably going to be really loud... Iris jumped up when they heard a knock on the door. Maria answered the door and Iris followed. Both girls were surprised to see an Azumarill at the door. They took it as the sign that the party was ready for them. With Bebe in her hair, Iris followed behind Maria to the common room.
Iris blinked as she looked at the decorated room. Most of all, the food. And then the large green pokemon in the room next the guy. He had to be a teacher. However instead of approaching the man, she approached the pokemon. "You're green. I like green... and you're big!" Iris said with child like wide eyes. "You're a..a Tro...a Tr..." she tried to remember the name of the pokemon but she was blinking on it.
The Rabbit Pokemon looked at the small dog Pokemon. It greeted him with much enthusiasm but....no such emotion was within this blue creature. It looked to the two human girls and the other Pokemon. A fairy-type, much like itself. It looked back at the energetic puppy creature and gave it a wave. It gave a small wave to the other two human girls and one to the other Fairy-type. With what seemed to be the notion that they would follow him the Azumaril waddled away from their dorm room and led them to the party downstairs. Houndoom on the other hand was not so fortunate to have found any small male humans. At least none of them had opened up their doors to the creature. Did it perhaps knock incorrectly? If the small humans would not come out then there was little the creature could do. It followed back into the Common Room as Azumarill brought in two small human girls. Azumarill waddled up to the male's side while the Houndoom casually came to stand on the human's other side. The Tropius was behind the man and towered everything else within the room. Tropius peered down at the green-haired child as she looked up at it with child-like eyes. It looked towards the human adult and then back to the human girl. "Welcome and congratulations on becoming students of Ordell Academy. I bid you further welcome into the House of Flygon. My name is Aaron Burke but you may address me as Professor or Mr. Burke. As you may come to the conclusion yourselves I am indeed the Outdoors Teacher. I apologize for not being able to make the Opening Ceremony as some unforeseen troubles occurred while making my way here. With that being said, as having the responsibility of being the Head of the House of Flygon I will personally see to it that all of you have a fulfilled time here and will answer any question that you may have to the best of my abilities. With that being said enjoy this welcoming party for you all have deserved it." It sounded very much like a speech that should have been given at the Opening Ceremony but with some modifications it was turned into a welcoming speech for the Flygons instead. His voice was rather formal and very straightforward. The male's attire consisted of a very casual back blazer, a black tie, a white collar shirt buttoned up to his collar bone, black trousers and a pair of brown shoes.
"This Pokemon is called a Tropius, and possesses a calm nature." the man motioned to the 6'7'' Pokemon that was impossible to miss unless you were physically blind. This creature to my left is Houndoom, it has a bold nature but its well behaved. And then this one to my right is Azumarill who was responsible for bringing you here. This particular Azumarill has a quiet nature so if it doesn't speak up its not trying to be rude." The Pokemon gave each of the girls a nod when eye contact was made. "If you choose so you may interact with any of them. If you wish to physically touch them then you must ask for their permission." The male looked towards each of the Pokemon individually to then look back onto the children. "Now, what would your names be?"

While Niara was relieved to have found Mitus again, she was incredibly happy to see the boy who was perhaps her only friend right now. It meant she had someone here she could trust if she needed help. With their greetings done and the opening ceremony over, Niara returned to her dorm and got ready for the welcome party with the teachers. She was getting excited again at the idea of making friends and meeting her teachers.
She put on a simply blue dress she would often wear when out with her father to observe his business meetings and such as well as when they would sometimes go with her mom to see a movie or a zoo. What do you think, Mitus? she said to her Ralts as it stood there watching her. He wasn't too sure what he would need to say, but he nodded with a little smile seeing her so excited. Great! Then let's go to the party! But no running off this time, ok? You had me so worried this morning.,. After a moment, Mitus nodded before Niara took him into her arms, carrying her out of the room and into the common room.

Niara entered the common room where others had already come. She saw a green haired girl admiring a large green Pokemon and the teacher of said Pokemon explaining something to her. As she went in and sat down at a table, she realized something: she had never done a single party without her parents. Her parents had always been there to help her remember what she should say and who she should talk to and such. Without them to let her know what she should do, she was clueless. So she just sat there at the table trying to think of what do to.
Chael soon found himself in the common room for his house- Flygon if he wasn't mistaken. Hailing from Johto, he would have preferred Kingdra, but it was all the same he supposed. The houses seemed to be dragon themed and that made him wonder if they picked students based on particular traits they had or if they picked students at random. What was the point of having houses anyways? They could just as easily divide people based on grade or gender and have a merry time with the money they saved having to make four times the house themed items. He sat down and stopped those frivolous thoughts- he had homework to do and no time to waste as far as he was concerned.
He got to work immediately on that makeup work from being absent in Breeding class. It was that and another assignment, but the work wasn't exactly hard. Chael also had the website opened on his Pokegear* to look over the notes. He added some bits on a piece of scratch paper to make it keep some chronological order. The boy sighed and rubbed his forehead. This was nonsense, when would he put Nysa or any other Pokemon out to stud? Breeded Pokemon left a bad taste in his mouth after the Riolu incident, so he preferred to go after Pokemon in the wild. Anyways, wild Pokemon were more adept at protecting themselves he thought. They grew up without being sheltered day one with a trainer so they knew how to defend themselves.
After a solid 45 minutes, it was done, and he was left with little idea of what to do. Chael just sat there and sketched a novice drawing of Nysa. It wasn't particularly good- in fact he showed nearly no mastery over drawing. But his notebooks tended to be filled with sub par drawings and sketches, littered like empty water bottles in the street during summer.
