When the Mist was attacked by the one wielding the Rinnegan and his squadmate, Zachery chased a the Leaf ninja Kirumi Raiken and was killed by Hades Uchiha. Cecil came out of retirement and sought revenge against everyone there that day. Hades was killed by another shinobi, Cecil killed Kirumi, War and the Hokage went missing presumed dead. Everyone that day was gone and Cecil felt empty. During his Jounin exams, during the genjutsu test. His brother appeared with a chakra imprint on his sword. After talking to his brother Cecil gave up revenge and strove to be a different man. He buried Cecil next to Kirumi in the Valley of the End. Within not very long of him becoming a Jounin things were beginning to become unstable. Turpis the old Mizukage was unable to handle the situation. With not many Jounin left and the support of the Mist's Raiken Clan. Cecil was elected the new Mizukage, the shogun approving. Within two years Cecil had the village back into a powerhouse and has secured alliances with the Cloud and the Grass. Managing to turn an old enemy into a decent friend. Once the Cloud and Grass fell out of power, along with the demon country disappearing, all that was left was the Leaf and the Mist. Kya betraying Cecil took the Mist by via a duel, with that Cecil left to go figure out things. He has come up with the idea that the way to save the world is to kill everyone, for everyone is evil.

↬ Stage 1 • Dance of the Larch Passive Karamatsu no Mai is a form of Taijutsu developed by Kimimaro to take advantage of his cursed seal and bloodline ability. It is the third of five dance forms. After activating the level one cursed seal form, Kimimaro will begin to extend multiple bones from his body. Both from his rib cage and his radius and ulna. Because they are hard as steel (and can be as hard as hyper diamond at Kage), these bones can act as a strong defensive mechanism against incoming strikes. Due to this they will also serve as an offensive attack to allow Kimimaro to move with little effort to impale his opponent.
• Dance of the Young Ferns S-Rank Sawarabi no Mai is the fifth of five dance forms. After activating the level two cursed seal form, Kimimaro quickly grows a multitude of tall spikes from his body to create a large forest of bone. While in this form he himself can merge into the bone trees to attack his target from whichever spike he wants.
• Ten Finger Drilling Bullets C-Rank Using the bloodline's unique Shikotsu Myaku (Corpse Bone Pathways) ability, the clan member will use their fingers to fire distal phalange bones as bullets. As the bones fly through the air, they will rotate and drill into their target once they make contact.
• Dance of the Clematis: Flower B-Rank Using this dance, the user will also form a large flowering bone spear which they can also use to pierce any shield the opponent raises. The spear is said to be invincible, even by Kaguya standards.
• Dance of the Clematis: Vine B-Rank The user will remove their spinal column from their back to create a flexible bone vine. Because the vine is flexible, it can wrap itself around an opponent to rip them to pieces.
• Dance of the Camellia C-Rank It is the second of five dance forms. Using the ability to manipulate their bone structure, the clan member will remove a long bone in the form of a sword from their shoulder. Because of the bloodline, the density of the bone can be increased many times so that it is as hard as steel. Using fluid and precise movements, they will then cut through any opponent within striking distance.
• Dance of the Willows Passive It is the first of five dance forms. Using the ability to manipulate their bone structure, the clan member will grow and extend a forearm bone through the palm of their hand to form a stabbing instrument. Using fluid and precise movements, they will then impale opponents.
↬ Stage 2 • Senpou Kaguya Passive As a master of the bloodline, the Kaguya Sages are capable of manipulating their bones with their mind. It is very similar to angel/demon manipulation, though in less quantity and range (100 feet within their body). Usually it will be something like pulling spikes out of the ground, rather than manipulating a tide of bones. Their bones regenerate faster, grow impossibly proportionately large, and can be used very strategically. The bones can be changed in shape and molded together even when already released. Fighting a Senpou Kaguya user is often very overwhelming, as they can repel many attacks with little chakra involved. They force their opponent to use jutsu that are actually strong enough to destroy the bones, which already gives the opponent a disadvantage. When using the Senpou Kaguya, your eyelids will turn a dark red, and you will often appear to shudder and pulse uncontrollably in the minds of others.
• The Bone Apostle Passive This is an advanced version of the True Blood Unleashed. The bone apostle is a very powerful form of the Kaguya that can be activated at any time. Some would consider it their true selves, as it seems extremely natural to them. This state seems to constantly shift. Whenever they use one of their 'aspects' as an apostle, it will usually disappear as quickly as it emerged, remaining a mystery. The difference between a Senpou Kaguya and regular Kaguya's chakra is almost impossible for anyone to notice until this is being used, which can be a very quick thing. Their chakra will change slightly, enough for most dojutsu users to see that [something] has happened, but without clarity on what. It is not exactly defined what this form is. The form has a total of [5] aspects, and they are all very much meant for assassination and domination in physical combat.
Clan Jyuugo Clan Ability's • Transformation: Axe/Blade C Adds qualities to a body part to make it more weapon-like. This specifically creates the blade of an axe on a body part to allow chopping ability. It is also possible to create claw-like structure or other constructs with sharpened edges. The durability is equal to the strength of the User.
• Transformation: Fist B There are three types of transformations for the Fist. The first is the most basic, simply increasing the size and structure of the arm to become more spiky and stone-like. This can be applied to both arms for no extra chakra, and increases the strength of them by one rank. The second one gives an arm a similar shape to the basic, but adds a piston-like rod in it, which hammers down on impact, increasing the explosiveness of the punch(+2 Strength). This can be applied to both arms, but one would need to double the chakra cost, which is basically using this ability twice in a row. The third only applies to Fire Users, putting thrusters around the arm to both increase the speed and power of the strike(+1 Speed/Strength). This can also be applied to both arms with double the chakra.
• Transformation: Tail/Claws/Fangs C This allows the User to add beast like qualities to himself, such as tail(s), claws, and fangs. These are only as strong as the User is.
• Transformation: Marine C This can only be used by a Water User. Creating slits in their neck that transform into fish gills to breath water, the User can now also embrace their water-nature and take on the qualities of marine animals, including fins, a fish tail, and [giant] tentacles. These parts are still made from the biotically armored material of the User’s body. These are only as strong as the User is.
• Transformation: Chakra Cannon B This creates holes somewhere on the User which release and gather Natural Energy and chakra, concentrating them into a focus point, the blasting it out as a beam. This blast can be edited to be more wide for a more explosive effect, or narrowed into a long range attack. This can also be fired from the User’s mouth.
• Transformation: Greater Chakra Cannon S Creating multiple holes on the body, the User can now send multiple beams in more directions, or concentrate the energy to create and even stronger blast, capable of clearing almost anything in its path.
• Transformation: Spear C This creates a long spike from any point on the User’s body. The length can be, at most, 7 feet. This is only as strong as the User.
• Transformation: Pine B This create a hide of spikes coming from either the back or front of the User using multiple “Spears”. This can either be used to defend against an attack, or surprise the target once close enough. This can also be applied to the arms to give a punch a wider range and piercing damage.
• Transformation: Berserk Mode S The User lets himself become swallowed by his instincts, letting himself transform his very being. This only lasts for five posts, but increases everything about the User. The power of all Transformations in this mode are increased by one rank. Also, all the passive abilities of Physical Transformation are unlocked, despite the element (Stat Bonuses cap at +3/+3). Once the time limit is up, the User goes into a weakened state for five posts, reducing his stats to 50% of their normal value. At Jonin rank, this time limit becomes 10 posts, and the stat reduction on cool down is instead 75%. This is considered a sage mode.
• Transformation: Berserk Chakra Cannon SS This consumes five posts of the time limit of Berserk Mode. The User must be in Berserk Mode and at least Jonin to learn this. Gathering a massive amount of Nature Energy and chakra into a single focus point, the User fires this at his intended target. Comparable in power to a Bijuu Dama, this cannot be used multiple times in a fight. This beam created causes mass destruction to an area, however it is also known that areas where this rare technique are used soon become very fertile and prosperous with life due to the left over Nature Energy concentrated there.

Raiton: Raikou Shunshin (Lightning Release: Lightning Instantaneous) Description: When performing this technique, the user does a single seal, (Bird), and the user disappears in a wisp of electricity. The maximum the user can travel is a radius of 1 mile from where they are standing, but they must be able to visualize the area in their head. This technique can be used in escaping combat, and also to travel to some extent. However, when this is used to escape combat, this cannot be used when the user is attacked or is attacking.
Raiton: Raiton no Yoroi (Lightning Release: Lightning Armor) Description:The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra that, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster, and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed. Adds +1/+1 to strength and speed as well as the effects of direct Raiton contact.
Kyuutai Tate no Jutsu (Sphere Shield Technique) Description: Circulating electrically charged chakra around the entire area of the body the user is now able to push this chakra out of their body forming a personal-range electric sphere of defense that covers all angles and even overhead. Anyone who is attempting to break the shield with a taijutsu attack will be given a shock capable of leaving a third degree-burn and pushed back, any type of thrown weapon is immediately blocked as well. The shield can also deflect most ninjutsu attacks. The downside of this is that the user is unable to move while the shield is active.
Dendou Enmu no Jutsu (Electric Fog Technique) Description: A two part technique that can cover a large amount of area or hit one person specificaly, first performing a few hand seals the shinobi blankets the area in a natural, cloudy fog ending his first post. The fog in itself is not very thick, one could essentially see through it and very much fight as if they were not in fog at all. However once this fog has been summoned the Cloud-Nin, now on his next post, is able to fire at one target or a number of targets indirectly by sending an electrical current through the droplets of condensed water that composes this fog esentially creating a series of small, but powerful, electrical shocks and as such vaporizing the fog. These shocks esentially can cause physical debilitation and at worse unconciousness.
This technique factors in rank; it cannot override a technique that is significantly more powerful than it (AKA a higher rank). Note: The first part of this technique can be essentially avoided if fog exists in the immediate vicinity or Kirigakure no Jutsu (by way of ninjutusu) has been used. However by performing this technique by such methods will cause the essential water vapors to disappear. If done by method of Kirigakure no Jutsu, the technique still occurrs and the mist is still very debilitating but it is unable to maintain the charge for the jutsu to be used via the Kirigakure again, and as such, fog must be created for the user to perform the jutsu again.
Sai Sen no Jutsu (Rewire Technique) Description: Making physical contact with an enemy shinobi the Cloud-Nin shoves Static Strings into his opponent and himself, by hotwiring the electrical impulses of the target's brain he disables the target and assumes control of the opponent's body. While in this state the shinobi can only control the target body and has little control over his own body which will remain standing in place. Major problems with this technique is that by severing the strings you break the connection between the target and the Cloud-nin, also the maximum range the controlled body can move from the original body is 50 feet, otherwise the strings will break.
Inbikiri Seeji no Jutsu (Lightning Sage Technique) Description: The user must maintain concentration for a minute (1 post) as user concentrates on sending electricity through their own muscles thus stimulating themselves to become stronger, faster and more flexible; this raises your base stats by +1/+1 beyond the cap. Lasts for an entire fight before needing to be recharged.
Ten Thousand Lightning Bugs The jutsu is just like it's name. A fairly simple, yet new technique. The user makes twenty consecutive seals ending with bird. At the end of the seal session of the jutsu, the user emits glowing chakra. It creates an aura around their body for one whole post (3 sentences long). The glowing aura then disperses from the body, and turns into what would look like Fire Flies. These little fire flies are actually small balls, about a half inch in circumfrence, and made of pure Raiton Chakra. Once the bugs surround a certain area or abject, the ten thousand fire flies will explode once the bird seal is released. The send out an exposion of lightning about a half meter in diameter electrocuting anything and everything in their path of destruction.
Chidori This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target, increasing their speed for the duration of this attack by 1. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.
Hando no Semeku (Hands of Torture) Descriptions: Considered by most to be more of a torture technique then an actual attack the user can lay his hands on his opponent and send several thousands of volts of electricity into the target. Depending how many times a Cloud-Nin has hit the opponent with this will depend on what happens. One time of being hit by this technique causes minor burns, chest constrictions, blurred vision, and overall pain. An additional time of being hit by this any other time during the battle will cause on-site second-degree burns, partial blindness, and an inability to breathe. A third case of exposure will cause a third degree burn on the spot that the hands touched and will cause major orificial hemorrhaging cause by internal bleeding, and unconsciousness. The fourth exposure causes death, and pretty much leaves the area smelling like burnt flesh.
Kouten no Saiketsu (Heaven's Judgement) Description: A technique that causes overall destruction and chaos, performing a number of seals a large spinning tube of lightning launches itself out of the user's body and speeds away in the direction that the Cloud-Nin was facing. Going at a particularly high speed this tube begins to tear up all peices of land it touch and bores large holes through anything that has the horrible chance of being in front of it and then explodes in a huge burst of electricity essentially electrocuting anyone within close proximity of the explosion.
Shina no Kourin (The Descent of Shina) Description: A technique used generally to remove a huge group of nins or to breach a heavily guarded section of wall. After fully charging all chakra and then doing nothing but hand seals the Cloud-Nin is able to open the skies from above and as such a sphere of clouds about 14 feet in height and 14 feet in circumference slowly descends from the sky. It then slowly descends to touch the ground, and once it does everything in a 90 foot radius of where the ball dropped is attacked by huge bolts of lightning causing large amounts of property damage and what not.
Sigh of the Yellow Dragon Description: Often considered to be Nagai Jyushin's trademark technique the few who have ever seen it have gazed in awe at the complete output of chakra one would have to use in order to perform such a move as this. Placing but one single hand on the opponent the shinobi delivers a huge debilitating shock to his target forcing him to his knees, the shinobi then generates a excessively huge amount of electirc chakra that the target's body turns to ash and crumbles away. Some who have claimed to of seen the move in action say that a human sized flying snake can be seen wrapped around Nagai and then flies high into the sky, never to be seen again. However to this day the school teacher claims he knows no such move.
Raiton: Rairyu Rendan no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Dragon Attack) Description: Sends a create dragon to smash into the opponent, sending forth an incredible shock through the opponents body. That can leave their entire body temporarily paralyzed.
Raiton: Ryouken (Lightning Hound) Description: By manipulating lightning chakra into the dominante hand, the user make the lightning expand to can create the form of a hound. to attack his opponent from a distance. The lightning dog will still be connected to the user’s hand through a bolt of lightning. The user then manipulates the technique to attack the chosen target. Being a Lightning Release, it requires a lot of chakra from the user to maintain for a period of time and thus a risk to use with a low chakra supply. This was first used against Pain when Kakashi tested this jutsu out to see if he could repel both Ninjutsu and Taijutsu.
Chidori Sharp Spear: Prerequisite: Chidori Description: The original Chidori gained its power by shaping it into a form sufficient for an electrical discharge and using it together with the user's own "thrust". This technique uses Shape Transformation to form the original Chidori into a spear-shape, adapting it for mid-range attacks with a maximum range of 10 meters. Although it's less powerful than the Chidori, its increased range means there is less of a risk to the user. It also has the advantage of being able to be used for surprise attacks and capturing. When the enemy's body is pierced the user can alter the spear's shape into multiple additional blades increasing the number of wounds. The blade can also be swung in order to cut things as well as cause fatal injuries.
Chidori Current Prerequisite: Chidori Description: By releasing the Chidori in every direction, an electrical discharge flows from the user's entire body allowing him to affect multiple enemies. When using this attack on a great number of enemies at once, it can effectively double as an instant defense. The body of the person touched by the Chidori will misinterpret the Lightning nature as "electrical signals from the nerves," making its muscles contract. This causes the body to involuntarily go stiff, while at the same time receives damage. This will also neutralize other lightning jutsu so long as they are not more powerful. This attack can also be channeled through the ground to increase the range of the attack by a few more feet.
Chidori Stream: Description: The user uses his weapon of choice to channel an extremely powerful Chidori. It appears to have an even greater range than Chidori Current, making it more effective in battle. It can be noted that this technique is more of a use on water, because the lightning current produced is carried on the entire surface making it more difficult for the enemy to avoid it.
↬ Suiton Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique) Description: Creates one or multiple identical copies of the original out of water. More similar to Kage Bunshin then a regular Bunshin, water clones are capable of attacking, except each clone is roughly 1/10 the power of the original. The water clone can perform one jutsu that the user also knows once. It must be a water elemental jutsu. One solid hit will destroy the clone.
Mizu Soujuu (Water Manipulation) Description: Any Mist Shinobi that uses ninjutsu should likely have this technique. This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, freezing, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Freezing is mostly limited to small amounts of water, and boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) A Kage level jutsu always requires a water source, even if the Mist-nin in question creates it first.
Mizutamari no Jutsu (Water Puddle Technique) Description: By altering personal body shape, the user can melt into the water below the user. This allows the user to hide and set up an ambush, or lose inexperienced trackers.
Mizutamari Yusuo no Jutsu (Water Puddle Transportation) Requirements: Mizutamari no Jutsu Description: The normal Mizutamari Technique must be learned before you can use this technique, since it requires Mizutamari to be used in conjunction with it. If a user uses the Mizutamari while standing on top of a lake or river or any other water source, he/she can materialize himself/herself back anywhere he/she wants within the area of the water source (maximum range, 1/2 a mile.) That way the user can surprise the enemy from behind or even from below.
Kirigakure: Shunshin no Jutsu (Hidden Mist: Instantaneous Body Skill) Description: An ability which allows the user to transport from one area to another in a spray of fine mist. The user has to have been to the area before and the distance is limited to about one mile. This jutsu can only be used to escape combat, and may not be used if the shinobi is attacking or has been attacked.
Suimenka no Kisoku ( Breathing underwater Technique) Description: The art of breathing underwater using chakra to remove oxygen from water has been a long handed down secret of the Mist. The length of time and the depth that the diver can go under depends on the ability of the user. This technique typically activates whenever the shinobi breathes in water and requires no handseals.
Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique) Description: A highly effective cover technique which blankets an area in a thick mist, confusing the senses of the enemy. Unless the user is trained to fight without the use of his vision, or has learned the technique to see through the mist, this doesn't not provide a significant combat advantage. The mist swirls about, confusing vision and distorting sound. Visibility is cut down to three feet. The mist lasts for 3 posts, plus an additional post for every 10 points in Reserves the user has. It is important to note that this mist is non-natural, and obstructs the view of even those using low level techniques (stage 3 or lower) to attempt to see through it.
Kiri Shikaku no Jutsu (Mist Vision Technique) Description: A technique usually used with Kirigakure no Jutsu, the Mist Vision technique allows the user to see through heavy mist, steam, or any other condition caused by water in the air. This does not give the ability to see through smoke. The technique is passive and activates when the user's vision would otherwise be obstructed by mist.
Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique) Description: A move used to trap the victim inside a prison of water; it is very difficult to escape. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep one hand against the prison at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This is considered one of the strongest water trapping jutsus, simply because it has no inherent duration; the technique can be held indefinitely as long as the user keeps a hand in place, and the prison cannot be escaped or broken from the inside.
Gekiryuu Chikara (Raging River Force) Description: This technique is similar to the Water Torrent technique, save for a few key differences. Firstly, the power of this technique is enough to tear down most stone walls and defenses, not to mention defenses made of weaker materials. Secondly, this technique produces enough water to flood a small area. This technique can floor an area of 200 square feet (a 10x10 square.)
Suiton: Suijinheki (Water Release: Water Barrier) Description: An ultimate defense of the Mist Shinobi, Suiton Suijinheki requires a great deal of water to work, or mastery of the appropriate level of Mizu Soujuu. Upon completing the technique, a large, swirling barrier of water surrounds the user and any nearby allies. This protects against any fire technique, as well as any ninjutsu that are projectiles by nature. Attempting to breach the barrier with taijutsu is self-defeating, the opponent who attempts to do so will find himself being whirled around the barrier and slammed into the ground several times throughout the duration of the technique as he is caught in its strong current.

Raiton: Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Clone Technique) Description: This technique makes a simple clone of the shinobi however unlike the standard bunshin, which is a genjutsu, this bunshin takes an actual physical form through the use of electrically charged chakra. One can easily touch and hold this clone like it was in fact an actual person, however when it is attacked it quickly disperses into smoky, hot air. It is also able to attack using taijutsu, however it's ability to attack is around 1/10 in perspective to the user, in return for this weakness it's attacks deliver shocks of electricity to the opponent's body.

Raiton: Denshi no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Electron Technique) Description: A crackling, sparking sphere of yellow electricity appears in the user's hands. The user can than toss this forward, where it will hit the target and electrocute them. Being a lightning Jutsu, it is quite powerful for its rank. However, it swerves as it flies through the air, making it difficult to aim and making it more likely to miss the farther the user is from the target. It is a very basic Jutsu.
Raikou Henge no Jutsu (Lightning Transformation Technique) Description: This technique, while being a branch of Henge no Jutsu, allows the user to transform in a way they never dreamed of. When performing this skill, the user transforms into an extremely quick 'strand' of lightning. In this quick state, nothing is done slowly - everything is in a rush for the user. However, this strand of lightning is incapable of changing directions on its own. It can only change directions by bouncing off another object, such as a tree or a boulder, but the user is capable of bouncing off in any angle they wish to. It is not recommended using this technique in a field with little objects to bounce off of. The Henge automatically dissipates when the user makes contact with a living target. Being in a state similar to lightning, the user plunges completely into their target, and ends up in their physical state on the other side of their opponent. In addition to giving the target a painful electrical shock, this skill may or may not paralyze their opponent. Because of the fast speeds associated with this skill, the user will feel dizzy, confused, and often nauseous for some time afterwards. Note: This technique can be used in conjunction with other jutsu, such as the Call of Lightning Technique, or the Lightning Clone Technique, to confuse the opponent. However, no skills can be used in this state. It cannot be used to flee. Kumo Keba no Jutsu (Cloud Wisp Technique) Description: A scouting technique forming warm air into his hands the Cloud-Nin creates a cloud that is infused with chakra, the entire process takes a post in itself, after forming the cloud the nin loses all form of mental consciousness and the cloud flies away. This little wispling of cloud is now controlled by the nin who has lost consciousness it hears and sees all that is near the cloud. More often times then not the ghosts many foreign shinobi claimed to of seen in The Gate is nothing more then a shinobi using this technique, the wispling looks like a slight misty ball and some could even see the face of the nin form into it giving it a more ghost-like appearance. Destroying it is very easy, physical attacks, ninjutsu almost anything can dispel the technique returning the nin to consciousness, but a horrible weakness this wisp does have is that if one were to use genjutsu on the probe it immediately dispels and the user is afflicted with the genjutsu that was used without even knowing it.
Heki no Jutsu (Burst Technique) Description: An overall simple move that is generally taught to genin to assist in generating and controlling chakra for the sake of ninjutsu, the shinobi vents electric chakra from his entire body, causing anyone that touches or attacks him to receive minor electrical shocks and burns. The shinobi cannot move while in this state.
Nagare Isou no Jutsu (Current Transfer Skill) Description: An overall simple yet very effective technique, the Cloud-nin creates a sort of electrical current on his hand, this current can then be transferred onto any weapon he happens to be holding at that moment be it a kunai, senbon, shuriken, or even a sword. The next physical attack he performs is charged with this electrical current, if he blocks a weapon attack with his own weapon the current transfers over shocking the attacker. If by chance the user is not carrying a weapon he can transfer this current into his opponent's weapon shocking him, or can even hit him with this current.

Raiton: Ikazuchiken Torio Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Fist Trio Technique) The user charges both fists with lightning and can use it in one of two ways, either they can punch the enemy three times, usually in a right jab-left jab-right hook combo to the torso to cause full impact. The First hit is charged with the most chakra and surges electricity through the whole body that can paralyze/incapacitate the opponent for a few seconds leaving them vulnerable to the follow-up hits, the other two are more physically strong hits that still do a lot of damage. The other way this can be used is by punching the air in the same combo sending three small electrical chakra balls at the opponent. Using it in this way does not have as much effect because the blasts are equal in strength and although they are strong they do not have the physical damage of making full contact.
Raiton: Raikou Kousen no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Beam Technique) Description: This is the pinnacle of the single-target ranged lightning jutsu. The attack from Lightning Blast has been upgraded further, making it into a beam twice as wide as before, and much more damaging. Targets hit head-on with this jutsu will experience a fantastic amount of pain and be stunned after the jutsu ends. Also, nearly missing with this jutsu also has some effect. Because of the high amount of voltage, small lightning bolts can arc from the beam to someone standing within two feet of it, causing shocks a little bit more damaging than those of Lightning Bolt technique. This jutsu can be ended prematurely by the user.
Raiton: Raiton no Yoroi (Lightning Release: Lightning Armor) Description:The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra that, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster, and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed. Adds +1/+1 to strength and speed as well as the effects of direct Raiton contact.
Kanri Soushitsu no Jutsu (Control Loss Technique) Description: A rather sophomoric skill in itself forming electricity into the primary hand of the Cloud-Nin the shinobi delivers a full on palm strike to the body, the voltage of this particular technique is considered high enough that the target generally loses control of the bowels and bladder causing a rather distracting mess in their undergarments. Obviously the catch is however that one has to be hit by the palm strike to fall victim to this immature tactic.
Hikuhiku Eda no Jutsu (Twitching Limb Technique) Description: An off-shoot of the Electric Overdose Technique, after the user channels a large amount of electricity in to his hand, making the chakra visible, the user can attack a specific body area of his opponent and fire electricity into it once. Whatever area is struck the muscles immediately begin to constrict and twitch in extreme pain and causes the limb to be unable to move.
Kumo Tate no Jutsu (Cloud Shield Technique) Description: After flashing a series of hand seals the shinobi uses chakra to condense the air immediately in front of him into a thick, chakra-embedded barrier made of cloud. These barrier blocks particular weapon attacks that are coming straight ahead, and will also block ninjutsu-based projectiles that are at the same power as the shield.
j o u n i n Chidori This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target, increasing their speed for the duration of this attack by 1. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.
Raiton: Jiten Rakou Dangan (Lightning Release: Spinning Lightning Shot) Description: Bring forth lightning that is compressed into a ball that sends forth shots of lightning, that spin through the air that has slight drill qualities, allowing the shot to partially get into the opponents body, giving them a powerful shock to the system, that can render the closest organ it attacks paralyzed for a few moments.
Sai Sen no Jutsu (Rewire Technique) Description: Making physical contact with an enemy shinobi the Cloud-Nin shoves Static Strings into his opponent and himself, by hotwiring the electrical impulses of the target's brain he disables the target and assumes control of the opponent's body. While in this state the shinobi can only control the target body and has little control over his own body which will remain standing in place. Major problems with this technique is that by severing the strings you break the connection between the target and the Cloud-nin, also the maximum range the controlled body can move from the original body is 50 feet, otherwise the strings will break.
Tenkuu Hokou no Gyou (The Art of Walking on Air) Description: The art of walking on water and trees has long been known to many shinobi. However, although many have aspired to walk on the last frontier, the air itself, all but a handful of ninja have failed at doing such a thing. The first recorded instance of Tenkuu Hokou no Gyou was recorded long ago, in the Country of Wind, ironically. There, a famous ninja had discovered that by focusing his chakra into his feet and propelling it outward with utmost control, he could perform a sort of double-jump while airborne. This enabled him to jump almost twice as high as he normally could and in addition, it gave him utmost control of his body while airborne, making him a superb fighter. The technique was passed down through that fighter's family for years. The secret was well-kept and guarded carefully. However, the family's devotion with which they protected this secret ultimately led to their downfall. They were captured by a rival country and tortured endlessly in order to attain the secret technique. Nobody spoke and they were killed; their assailants figured that if they couldn't have the secret technique, nobody could. For awhile, the art of Tenkuu Hokou no Gyou was lost. Just recently, a resurgence of this forgotten art has been seen. A few grandmaster shinobi, having remembered stories of the ancient art, have learned to perform the art on their own. In addition, two scrolls containing information on the art have been dug up and been in circulation on the black market for several months, although most who have read the scrolls have been unable to learn the art. As of now, there are very few who know anything about the art and even fewer who can use it effectively. While airborne, the user can focus his chakra into his feet in order to make a sort of invisible stepping stone in which the user can walk on.
Name of Jutsu: Rakurai Bunshin No Jutsu (Lightning Bolt Clone Technique) Description: A powerful enhancement of the lightning clone, this technique creates a lightning bolt from the sky to strike the ground creating one almost full-powered lightning clone. These clones have the full Chakra and Mental abilities of the user, as well as Physical ability minus 1 point in speed and strength, although they can only use Raiton and Bloodline jutsu. A solid hit will destroy the clone but a physical attack will electrocute the enemy when it bursts into raiton chakra upon death for a couple seconds.
Inbikiri Seeji no Jutsu (Lightning Sage Technique) Description: The user must maintain concentration for a minute (1 post) as user concentrates on sending electricity through their own muscles thus stimulating themselves to become stronger, faster and more flexible; this raises your base stats by +1/+1 beyond the cap. Lasts for an entire fight before needing to be recharged.
Kyuutai Tate no Jutsu (Sphere Shield Technique) Description: Circulating electrically charged chakra around the entire area of the body the user is now able to push this chakra out of their body forming a personal-range electric sphere of defense that covers all angles and even overhead. Anyone who is attempting to break the shield with a taijutsu attack will be given a shock capable of leaving a third degree-burn and pushed back, any type of thrown weapon is immediately blocked as well. The shield can also deflect most ninjutsu attacks. The downside of this is that the user is unable to move while the shield is active.

White Blades The Hatake performing the jutsu, using their unique white chakra, emit long, dual curved blades jutting out from their forearms. However, they can be emitted from other places of the body, such as the lower legs. They are very durable and razor sharp on both edges. The blades dull edge can deliver a burning sensation if bare skin were to be touched to it for more than a second, but isn't too harmful in itself. The blades are able to be moved as fast as the user can move their forearms, so it is in direct relation to their speed. On a durability, they rank about an 8 on the moh scale. Striking something harder can cause them to waver or even break and disperse. The chakra cannot be absorbed back into the body after taking this shape.
• White Whip The user is able to emit a single, long, whip made of chakra from their arm and have complete control over it. It can be cut with normal weapons of durable construction, but can still be used even if cut down. Being struck by the whip will often result in a painful sting and a long laceration meant to draw a good amount of blood. Such a whip might also be used as a rope for climbing or maneuvering.

• White Plating White Hatake chakra is pushed to the surface of the body out of the skin and forms armor plating in hexagonal patterns. This can not be done for the entire body, only a full limb or patch of body. This can be used to make taijutsu more damage inflicting due to its hardness, ranking 8 on the moh scale. Well protecting the user well from physical attacks, it will falter under jounin or above level ninjutsu.
• White Bolt Much like the Suiton: Mizu Peretto, this jutsu is purely projectile based. A bullet-sized amount of white chakra is gathered at the palm and then fired at will toward the target. The bullet strikes with blunt force, causing a small burn mark where it strikes, plus the trauma of the impact. Upon striking a surface, it dissipates into a white haze.
• White Doppelganger A different take on the usual elemental clone jutsu, the user forms, essentially, a "blank" clone made of the bloodline's white chakra. This blank clone is one rank weaker than the caster. It has the ability to use one genin-ranked Hatake ninjutsu in its blank state before vanishing. However, its true potential lies in the fact that it acts as an elemental canvas. First contact with an element gives the clone the choice to become a clone consisting of that element. For example, if the clone touches the ground, it may become an Earth Clone. If water, a water clone. If struck by a fire ninjutsu, it can choose to become a fire clone or be destroyed. However, attacks that change its nature must be weak. Any attack exceeding and including chuunin level will cause its destruction regardless. A clone may only changes its state ONCE.

• Hatake Will O' Wisps Base-ball sized globes of swirling chakra are dispersed from the user's hands, an amount of fifteen to twenty-five at a time. Although slow moving, they are very dangerous. The smallest amount of physical contact with one of the globes will cause it to detonate with the force of 3/4 of a papertag and a short-range cloud of slicing chakra. This sharp chakra is not great enough to produce life threatening cuts, but can be incredibly painful...think papercuts all over ones limb or body. The user can detonate them remotely one at a time as they see fit as well as control their movement...though slow in this manner. Their paths and positions are easily affected by wind. They will not detonate in a chain-reaction manner and cannot be set off by contact with one another. Only solid objects can effect them. (I.E. Doton, kunai, throwing a stick, ect.)

Name of weapon: Tenkan-Gara (Transforming Hilt) Range: 1-100 feet Weakness: Not very good against other chakra embedded weapons with a real blade. Not good at blocking or cutting ninjutsu. After initial activation, any form changes (such as from whip to sword or sword to bow) will take 3 CP. Only works with chakra that are either sharp, strong, or flexible that can be weaponized. so a regular ninja can have a pure raiton weapon, or a hatake clan member can have a white sharp chakra sword simply by picking this hilt up because of the physical nature of the chakra. Description: It looks like a simple useless katana hilt but has many uses. It can use chakra to its advantage by conducting it form the user and creating either a short blade 1-3 ft, a long whip up to 10 feet, or a short bow that can shoot chakra arrows. Rakurai can use this with his Raiton and Hatake traits to make either a yellow electrically charged weapon of debilitating lightning chakra, or a hot white razor sharp weapon that is a bit over 8 on the moh scale, making it much harder than Hardened Steel and can inflict burns. the bow has a range of 100 feet and can be shot for the cost of 1 CP per arrow, raiton arrows are not lethal and basically just paralyze and electrocute enemies temporarily. Hatake arrows are very lethal as they can not be blocked by most metal and can pierce straight through a man's body quickly. Arrows come fro the users fingers and can be shot simultaneously with one hand but a maximum of 5 arrows can be shot at the same time. transforming it from normal to a blade, it takes a couple seconds and transforming from blade to whip or vice-versa takes longer. It can change length slightly while in use, but to change form after initiation the user must spend 3 CP. Due to the power of the Raiton and Hatake chakra, the two types of weapon have different effects. after surviving a hit with the yellow weapon a person may be debilitated or paralyzed during the next post. the White weapon is deadly because of it's hardness, any weapon made of anything lower than an 8 on the moh scale will likely break if used to block an attack with this weapon, although blocking is possible it can leave the enemy weaponless for a follow up attack, chakra weapons take longer to break if the enemy is one rank above you or weaker, but not impossible unless the enemy is two ranks above you. Raiton arrows travel significantly faster than Hatake arrows because of the difference in lethality and Bentley's Raiton sage benefits. Raiton arrows are insanely hard to dodge from close range but dont do as much damage as the slower, nearly unblockable hatake arrows. With an enemy two ranks higher its reasonable to say that their chakra is strong enough to resist breakage of their weapon. Both are very bad at fighting other chakra weapons with an actual blade or ninjutsu. he can use custom jutsu to increase the power of the weapon exponentially such as shooting giant Raiton arrows.
