I hope more people will and I hope for repentance on the part of the PCUSA. To be fair, as far as I have heard anyway, they have already been very liberal and this is just sort of a deathblow to blow everything open and if that's the case, I hope for repentance in many other areas as well, not just this one.

I hope so too. It is not impossible that they will turn on their decision if enough members of the church denomination pray and protest.

I agree. It is good that evil is pulled out into the light so that it can be exposed for what it is. There can be no real unity in a congregation where God is not involved.
