Nobuyuki had built Uzushiogakure from which it once was just a scattered assortment of weak Shinobi and pathetic academy students into an organized and powerful militaristic squad that rivals the complexities of even the mighty warriors of old. As a young Shinobi, he was a revolutionist; he hated to see the scattered anomalies and destruction of the world of Shinobi, seeing many of them as just murderers and thieves. As he grew older and stronger he decided to create a village; one that would one day be known throughout the world as one of the most powerful things in history, as he did this his focus and influence grew matching his power and success. Once he rose to the power of Uzukage, he completely changed the way people thought about Shinobi, seeing them as mercenaries and people that can help with any situation, as opposed to a person who just slaughters for no reason.
He generally doesn't kill his subordinates but teaches them discipline through a good beating at times. As a leader, Nobuyuki is very passionate about his subordinates and more importantly the Shinobi "job" as a whole. His want to preserve and evolve the life-style which had been continually torn down by by the civilians that never trusted them over many years of diplomacy and conflicts is something that cannot be matched when it comes to his sheer will. His passion is referred to as "A devoted King, encouraging a downtrodden kingdom." He looks after his allies with great care. He's also known to lead by example, showing his Village how they should act around clients and other Shinobi and people. He is also, surprisingly, a rather kind man. He is humble, soft spoken and honest when he is actually spoken to personally; however with his appearance, power, prestige and unnaturally deep voice, many people don't have the courage to speak to him very casually.
Nobuyuki when not around his own soldiers acts in an apathetic matter, he always seems serene and indifferent towards other people, even while actually disliking or even hating someone. He is also notably calm, even in battle. He generally acts indifferent to most situations that he is faced with as shown from how easily he is able to come up with plans of action during combat. He believes in a world where everyone can become free, free of the ties that bind them through names...appearance, actions. Having grown up in a home that forgave people for their wrong-doings, Nobuyuki always believed that even the most vile humans can one day repent their sins, though this isn't always a true thing; having seen it himself. He liked to simply...believe in them, hoping that one day they would do so, so they could enjoy the remainder of heir lives happily.
Nobuyuki is also a calculating, cunning, and incredibly intelligent man. He is able to carefully look past his feelings towards a person or situation and see the real issues at hand. In battle, while his preference is to concoct strategies based on how his opponents move and act, his natural battle instincts are also highly tuned; a direct result of how many battles he'd been through, constantly sparring and fighting to the death with his comrades. He is capable of slashing another person's head off in just an instant, relying only on the instincts gained from his life. However, his care for his friends and the love he holds towards his deceased family drive him to become even stronger; heading towards his goal to be the strongest being alive. A renowned skill of the Sage of Six Paths was his ability to transcend space and time to communicate with those who they've established links with. Similarly to Hagoromo's communication, the individuals in question will be pulled into a blank, ethereal world, where they may speak to the user of this skill. Any one user of the Rinnegan may maintain bonds with up to four people at once. However, this skill may not be used within five posts of the user initiating combat. Since this skill is used exclusively outside of combat, the user may have all four individuals at once with no cooldown.

This allows Mitsutada to further his bloodline capabilities to not only create unlimited receiver rods and track them actively, but also allows him to hone in on them and use them as a substitute of sorts, allowing him to hear things around them and see what the rod could essentially see if it had eyes. However, the greater the number of rods he tries to track with all the senses the more his brain will get overloaded and hamper his reactions/concentration, and if it reaches a critical point, he will inevitably pass out from exhaustion.
