Kaemon Kurasshā was born in Iwagakure to two loving parents but they had no way to care for the young child. So they placed him on the doorstep to the Tsuchikage's palace where he was found the following morning. From a young age he showed many talents such as Ninjutsu, medicines, which he later forsook, Bukjutsu, Taijutsu, and more. He was later taken on as the apprentice to the Tsuchikage who viewed him as his own son in the ways of Jinton, the Dust Release. He showed some prowess but it still took him a few years to learn how to manipulate the elements to form the Dust Release. It was around his 12th birthday when the tattoos began to form on his chest and arms, many doctors and medical shinobi tried to learn what they were and how they were forming. It wasn't until a ninja from Konohagakure came to look that it was revealed, he was a member of the Bloodline Crusher clan, a sect of the Uzumakis who gave up sealing other mundane stuff to seal away the Bloodlines and Clans abilities of the world. It was then decreed that he would have to cover up his chest and arms at all times unless he absolutely had no choice but to use them. The Tsuchikage had special bandages made that could fully hide the tattoos all around his upper half, hence how he became known as the Bandaged Man or Hōtai otoko. When the village was raised to the ground and his Mentor/Father died he would then travel to Sunagakure to hide out and learn the ways of the ninja. One day he hopes to rebuild Iwagakure in all of its splendor.

Background Info: Michael Draconiquis was born in the mountains by Iwagakure, but never ventured down from the mountains to the Village. He lost his parents at a young age to a mudslide, and still regrets to this day that he could not save him. After his parents died he traveled but avoided the main villages. During his travels he came across a small village near Konohagakure and learned many things about the village's economy and how it was run. Michael debated many times before coming to his final decision. He now calls Konohagakure his home as he needed to find a place to settle down, and begin his life as a ninja..

Ability:At 1.25x chakra he can place a seal on anything his mangekyo can see. It takes a few seconds of focusing on said object. But that is not the full power of his eye. After creating four seals of equal distance  apart  he can pay the chakra to activate the Mangekyou custom, a barrier 100 feet in height width and length will appear. Anyone trapped inside of this barrier will notice immediately that all sight and sound is now deprived. It is true blackness to where no light may shine. After a few seconds, The entire inner wall of the Barrier will turn into one giant mangekyou eye and place any who see it, even briefly, under the Tsukoyumi. There is no kaing out of this technique and the duration is that of the Tsukoyumi. While one may not die from this Genjutsu, they may suffer severe psychological affects hindering both their perception greatly while their speed by one after they escape. SS rank in cost.

Weakness: Lightning causes it to break and it has to be repaired taking two days {in real life}
Description: It looks like a standard whip except with a picture of a dragon stamped on the grip. The grip is covered in pure leather with a wood as the base. The rest of the whip is leather covered in chakra. When the whip is cracked against the ground a small tremor is felt underneath, possible causing slight off balance possibly. This ability requires ten chakra points to even work. The whip has one weakness which is lightning. It does not have to be chakra based either natural lightning and that thing is broken. It is barely two feet long and is not very damaging.
