Hey guys I'm relatively new to this guild, But I've been rping for Years, and i've have an Idea for an RP for awhile now, and I was hoping to test run it here. was hoping on hearing some thoughts and or feedback.
The RP is planned to be called: Mana yuketsu
unfortunately the world and the way it works needs a bit of explaining here's what I got:
Welcome to the World of Mana yuketsu, A World where all form of nature share one thing from each other, Mana. The world is comprised of both spiritual and physical beings, spiritual beings being the ones with more control over the mana and gain and loss mana depending on where the individual spirit thrives. these spirits then in turn share their mana (or have it taken ) by beings of the physical world. the physical world beings use mana as a form of energy and power, as well as recreation, this process is called "Mana Transfusion".
Spirits and your world: Spirits are beings that exist in a dimension parallel to the physical dimension called the spirit Realm. while (most) spirits can't cross over to the physical world they still effect it strongly and the physical world effects them in vise versa. this relationship branch from many forms of uses. for example in the physical world if an area is filled with filth an Filth type spirit my thrive and gain mana from it, the more filth the stronger it becomes. the same works the other-way around If a Filth spirit decides its gonna make its home in an abandon house, it can cause the house to decay faster (though its still relatively a slow process) or moss up (in other words expand the area of filth) to create its own, mana spring to thrive on.
Now in this World their are their are a number of species that exist, but for only a few key species will be playable they are the following:
Humans
Wear-Wolfs ( no I didn't spell it wrong)
Katons
Chimera/Homunculus
Diablos
Kedaka-sa
Sukā

Humans
the Normie's...or are they? Humans the ignorant masses of the world, most not even knowing of the real things that go down on the other side. but for those that do, Fall into a life of constant parallel as their introduced to a whole new society revolving around constant fluctuation of power, and imbalance, opening their eyes to a whole new class of a predators. luckily with this knowledge they know they need to be different to survive so they up their game by usually being more extraordinary then other humans but lets face it there not the top of the food chain anymore...after all their only human.
STRENGTHS
-Willpower: Humans Tend to be a Very determined race even with their more often then not inferiority they have, very strong wills that inspires their allies to stay in the fight. giving humans a bonus to resisting any will effect effect, and inspiring their allies worth a bonus 1 in str.
-diversity: Humans gene pool is the most versatile in non extreme manners, giving them the potential to excel in unexpected ways. Humans Are able to learn an extra talent.
-With Science!!!!: Humans are the most technological advance of the races, giving them an advantage with gadgets and tool's. (can apply for custom weapons be more syfi inspired. )
Weakness:
- only Human: Humans have weak immune systems compared to the other humanoid races. They're susceptible to illness, disease, and poison.
Compared to other races humans have average bodies, making them physically inferior to most of the other races. Humans are more prone to injury and It doesn't take much to fracture their bones and do internal damage to them, so they should take caution in combat
Additional notes
-Humans is the race least attached to the spirit world as they have no natural way to see or travel to it.
-Humans versatility gives them the most options to class selection.
-Some Humans may be wolf-blooded (read wear-wolfs additional notes)

Wear-Wolfs
one of the only tier 2 spirit Mana creatures a wear-wolf is a very complicated race that live among the human populace, as they have multiple forms one being very human like. the wear-wolf preferred form is indeed its animistic one, where it changes to what seems to be a large wolf like creature. their way of life is usually played like a human, until puberty hits and they have there first rage frenzy as they transform for the first time. at that point they either die do to Human intervention, Blind idiotic rage ( like leaping off a cliff) or an fellow Wear-wolf intervenes and more or less fight them down before taking them to the tribe to teach them their culture. because of this a wear-wolf is raised in two cultures making them easier to cooperate with then most other mana creatures for humans. Though Wear-wolfs roam in packs they tend to clam territory for their pack (usually being size of 3-5 members) and will fight other packs for territory and honor. a wolf pack territory is responsible for imbalances going on in them.
STRENGTHS
Born to fight: Extremely Aggressive race They have superior stats +1 in both str and spd (+3 when fully transformed; variable when partially breaks soft cap), as well as exceptionally tough skin; they can easily take a few slashes before they fall under any serious threat.
animistic senses: Exceptionally attuned reflexes and senses; they can smell and hear just as wolves can, and perceive and react to things extremely quickly. They can even sense threats.
Regenerative: Have a passive ability that allow it to recover lost limbs at the cost of 50 mana
Warm fur: wear-wolves take one less rank to Wind, Ice and water skills or spells. (when fully transformed)
Weakness:
animistic Sensitivity:. Loud noises such as explosions and heavy gunfire can harm your ears. Horrid stenches and so forth will do the trick to confuse you.
Silver Sin: Silver. Anything silver harms. ( silver damage goes up a rank) just touching silver causes third degree burns. and a slight fear effect on the wear-wolf
Burning fur: Fire attacks are 1 rank stronger against them. (when fully transformed.)
cannot learn spells unless Wolf Shaman is chosen class.
Additional notes
Transformation takes a moment to complete its not instant and your valuable while transforming. ( a post to transform)
Life span: Wear-wolfs share the same life span of humans.
Breeding Facts: Wear-wolves do not mate with each other wear-wolves in fact mate with humans and the offspring has a 25% chance to become a wear-wolf unless mating with a wolf-blooded human then it goes up to 50%.
Wolf-Blooded human: a wolf-Blooded human is a human that is an offspring of an wear-wolf and has a better connection to the spirit wold then most humans.

Katons
Are humanoid beings with Fox like features. (there sometimes referred to as Fox Demons) these creatures have settled very well into Human society, or more like they thrive in it. Being Mana Tier 3 creatures Katons nourish themselves by feeding off the Spirits human emotion create, making them very clingy to humans, though some just look down at them as tools, some actually form bonds with them. Katons can't live in areas where the sun can't hit do to their dependence on the sun to maintain enough energy to keep up their physical form, if a Katon goes with out sun for a few weeks they loss their physical form and are trapped in the spirit world for years at a time. before they can built up enough energy to reestablish a new body while in this weaken state in the spirit world the Katons are very vulnerable. a number of Katon use this as a form of imprisonment or banishment for other Katon crimes.
STRENGTHS
Child of the Sun: Katons Fire skills are considered the Heat of the sun, and are a rank stronger in power then their cost. ( +1 rank damage for all fire spells or attack)
Agile: Katon are pretty agile race, giving them a +1 in spd.
Master of Disguise: Katons can change their physical appearance but its all cosmetic.
animistic senses: Exceptionally attuned reflexes and senses; they can smell and hear just as wolves can, and perceive and react to things extremely quickly. They can even sense threats.
Weakness:
- I don't do cold: weak against water and ice based spells or skills.( by one rank)
- Fire is Life: Can only learn Fire as an element
- Need my Vitamin C: Prolong expositor to no sun ( a sunless environment) will weaken them causing them to weaken the fire spells and eventually losing their physical form.
animistic Sensitivity:. Loud noises such as explosions and heavy gunfire can harm your ears. Horrid stenches and so forth will do the trick to confuse you.
Additional notes
classes that allow the user to learn more then one element do not override this races ruling to only learn fire elements, the exception being Katon Shaman.
-Bad rep:Katons are Mischief makers and its well know, though not all of them are, it caused a bad reputation in the enlightened community
-Life span Katons have a fairly long life span and could life to be 300, if in a close relation with A being that nourish it enough. though those in very close relations tend to pass with their loved one due to heart ache.
-Breeding fact: Katons are initially born in the spirit realm, they are created when a Katon feels a strong emotion of affection for other beings, this in turn creates a baby Katon in the Spirit realm. while in the spirit Realm the baby Katon is tethered to the Mother or father and at times if theirs a Mana spring near by for it to be strengthen by it can manifest it self in the physical realm as a floating ember. after a couple months the baby Katon spirit energy becomes stronger (and its ember shows it by its size) the Katon mother will preform a spell that breaths life into the ember causing it to form a physical body as a baby. (baby is always Katon)

Homunculus
Homunculus are human like creatures created by Humans in secret, their very costly and are usually used as test subjects. initially Homunculus are emotionless and act as a blank slate to take orders. but if allowed a bit of free will they can learn to slowly mimic emotions, and then eventually experience it.
STRENGTHS
dormant nerves: Their nerves are not active, meaning they can't feel pain in anyway.
Harden skin: Their skin is more tougher then humans to be more effective in combat. (-1 rank against blunt trauma)
no holding back:They don't know initially how to hold back their punches and have no need to, even after they do its already adapted their muscle to be more (+1 in str breaks the soft cap)
increase cell function: Homunculus cells work differently then a humans as they seem to recover and adapt faster then most. if a Homunculus becomes harmed it can recover its wounds in a matter of minutes at the cost of 25 mana points per wound. if they loss a limb the wound will close up at a fast pace, but not recover the limb, but a Homunculus can easily just attach another human limb and the cells will adopt it at their own, even changing it genetic make-up to fit its own. this also makes them resistant to poisons.
Weakness:
didn't feel it coming: because they can't feel their susceptible to subtle silent attacks, and can be picked off without them even noticing they been injured.
their also know to tear their muscle do to not knowing when to stop when the muscle is weakened.(loss 1 str after 8 post in battle)
Additional notes
Life spam Their life span is shorter then most humans living only 60 years. granted they don't age and have a fully developed brain at birth, their caught up to speed on basic interaction and physical movement in few months time after their created.
they exist?: Homunculus are not a common creation in fact their extremely rare and are rarely seen and or noticed in society.

Diablos
Diablos Are Demonic looking humanoid who feast on the blood of other creatures their 4th tier mana creatures calming to be living in this world way before humans, Diablos, clans tend to live away from humans and live in closed of territory that humans are forbidden to enter. These enclosures are unknown to just about everyone, only the Diablos and very powerful informant Diablos themselves know of their where about. though its rare Diablos are know to appear in human society but are immediately Found and surveillance to keep in order. Diablos are mainly seen in Human society during or near the holiday of Halloween. Diablos themselves are very easily angered and aggressive because so their monitored once allowed in human society due to assignments, if their are agents.
STRENGTHS
WINGS damn it!: Diablos hail wings for flight though they can retract to their backs.
Born to Fight: Diablos are Combat oriented making them excessively stronger then most races. (+2 in str)
Hard headed: Diablos train their heads as their Horns develop kinda like Bucks. (special attribute: Diablos physical Skills involving their head are stronger by one rank)
Weakness:
Anchored down by Rage: Diablos are more focused on Brute strength then finesse (-2spd)
clumsy: Learn dexterous fighting style at longer post (+ 3 post to learn)
Can only learn two elements.
Additional notes
Diablos do have slightly elongated nails but their no stronger then normal nails.
Life Span Diablos Live a relatively 150 years though they do not show signs of growing weak as they age.
Angry Peacocks: Diablos are divided by Clans (their clans name will be part of their last name) each clan has a distinct physical feature making them very distinctive between clans.

Kedaka-sa
Kedaka-sa are an ancient race that use to live along side humans but a civil war broke out between the primitive races and since separated, they now live in secret within the humans, though their dying off they fit almost perfectly within human society, and do so in secret. Kedaka-sa are very similar to humans other then their more monkey 0like features.
STRENGTHS
- Just hangin: Kedaka-sa tails are very powerful and can be used to lift up the Kedaka-sa weight allowing it to hang off its tail from high places and use it as a weapon or balance appendage.
- Monkeying around: Users have increase muscle mass and heighten flexibility, allowing them to maneuver in hard places. (+1 in both Str & Spd)
Weakness:
- Prankster: Kedaka-sa are pron to commit shenanigans, just for some laughs and giggles, though it doesn't always go well.
- earth children: can only learn fire and earth elements.
Additional notes
- in Society: they tend to wear more clothing to hide their excess hair and conceal their tail's, and some just shave often.
- Breeding facts: Kedaka-sa actually breed normally with humans, and have a 25% chance the offspring will be Kadaka-san. but cannot breed with other races. (are free to breed with their own kind)
- Life Span Their average life span is actually going on 200 years.

Sukā
The Sukā are a vagabond focused race that tend to have their culture to Travers the world for years helping those in need. the majority of them have predetermine meeting location for family's in their travels setting dates to return to meet between each other, before they depart. Most Sukā in their more human like form have odd skin color that they tend to either embrace or hide it from society.
STRENGTHS
- Molting: Users can regenerate lost limbs and heal cuts after a short resting period, its also when they peal out off their old skin. (can only be done, out of combat)
seamless transformation: Sukā can transform their forms very quickly and its done almost seamlessly that it doesn't slow them down.
Venomous: Sukā's Bite's are naturally Venomous, causing the body of those injected to fall to fatigue and if not treated can cause decay in the afflicted flesh.( any living creature bitten losses 1 spd after 4 post the afflicted begins to feel fatigue (-1str). after 15 post, their skin begins to decay)
- water dynamic: Sukā's move faster in their serpent form while in water and move almost silently, while in it. (+1 spd moving in water)
- Forked-tongue: Sukā Forked-tongue gives them a sort of directional sense of smell and taste simultaneously, by collect airborne particles to give them a more accurate sense of prey or targets. (their tongue must be in constant motion for this to work)
Weakness:
-Cold-blooded: Sukā are one rank weaker to ice skills. and lose a rank in spd in cold environments
-Nearsighted: Sukā are near sighted and everything at a distance seems blurry to them.
Additional notes
Life spam: Sukā live to be up to 90 years.
Breeding facts: can only breed with other Cold blooded races.
