Taking over Countries
To capture a country, a village will create a 'Base Thread'. This can be called anything from the Rainbow Palace, to the Sewer Base. At the end, they will put either [Otogakure Base] or [Kumogakure Base]. Once a village has claimed a subforum, the other country has 3 days to attack the base. If they do not, the village that made the base, gets the country and its income for that month. Only one country can be captured by each country in a 2 week period. Once you capture a country, you must wait 2 weeks before attacking or attempting to claim another one. Even after a village has captured a subforum, you can still attack their base and try to capture it from them. Just as with the initial capture, the defenders have 3 days to respond. If they do not, their base gets deleted and the other village creates a base. They however do not have to wait 3 days to fully capture and their base is instantly fully functioning, granting them control.
