I'm holding off until AFTER halloween. Then it's CANDY, HALF PRICE, HERE I COME. Plus I'll probably raid half price decorations and goods and stuff. I'm the halloween-all-year sort. Maybe I can get lucky like my bestie and find a cute black cat mug! In other news, they've had the halloween candy displays out since the beginning of last month, and I'm just like "Really? emotion_eyebrow "

Same on the Christmas stuff. I went to our nearest Target yesterday, their Christmas light displays are up behind the Halloween stuff already. Our nearby Costco has an entire section of Christmas stuff out; nativity scenes, trees, ornaments, the works. And there's not a Thanksgiving item to be seen anywhere! Like, is that even a holiday anymore? Stores act like it isn't...

Jeez, that's really over-doing it. I mean, I love Christmas but it's too soon to get that Christmas-y feeling. whee

I know that during the summer I was planning on buying notebooks and I planned on buying three or so with $3, when I got to the store I just bought all of them because they were 17 cents each. Now I have the leaning tower of notebooks in my closet. I was surprised because it was actually pretty close to the new school year. This last week also the nursing department at my college was going through binders and cleaning them out, I got like 7 small binders and 3 big binders for free. I just wait a bit and I'll get all the free stuff, sure the binders are kinda damaged on the plastic side thing, but they all are near perfect condition. I like to walk around the campus on my free time.
