((Some weapon inspiration! Here's a great lady wendigo, this skeleton is awesome, I'd be cool with some hannibal inspiration in weapon design tbh, I LOVE THIS, but maybe a bit twistier/more antler-y?, I also like the idea of front pieces sticking out like this IDK.))
Personalities: Charming, smart, worldly // condescending, unsympathetic, cocky
Austin's the rich son of rich parents who grew up constantly being told that he was the best at anything -- and, otherwise, pretty much completely ignored. His group of friends in prep school were smart and brutal, favorites of the teachers and often feared by other students. They were charming assholes, and none of them really grew out of it. Access to money, and an unlimited access in Austin's case, meant that he had opportunities to travel abroad and in the states both through high school and into college. It also meant that he slacked off his junior year and was held back due to truancy; everything out in the city was much more interesting. He entered college, on a prelaw track, living in an expensive apartment that his parents pay for with expensive toys his parents pay for, and at least putting in the effort required to get grades that will drive him toward a good law school -- and promptly his world fell apart.
Perhaps a month of privation, spent living in close quarters with other people, should have softened his attitude toward other people -- but, quite frankly, it didn't, and even if he had, say, spent a week more getting closer to those people, he still probably would have emerged the same self-confident, somewhat-condescending, unsympathetic a*****e that he was when he went in. But at least behind the attitude there is a true edge of competence: quick wits that help him learn from his mistakes [minus the social, somehow], a natural kind of athleticism [that is, sadly, out of shape at the moment], a decent education [if interrupted early].
He is a pain in the a**, yes, but he might at least be a useful one, and being pummeled into shape at Deus might help with that some.
In contrast to Austin's vain self-importance, Hey is mostly a creature of instinct, with a clear drive. Before weaponization she was a hunter, and her goal is to turn Austin into the same, guiding him as one would an unruly and poorly-trained child into something greater. She is short-tempered and impatient, but at least her desires are simple and clear. She is not complicated. She likes her food raw.

Weapon Ability
Rain of Blood -- works as Swift Strikes. The arrow released from his bow hits as a spray of blood that corrodes the shield. If a shield is down, it can -- player choice -- cause flecks of rot on the surface of the skin.
Swift Strikes
When hit by Swift Strikes, the opponent is hit several times in rapid succession. On their own these attacks would deal little damage, but when combined they are on par with the best of Battle Cries.
Tier One: SS1
Dice: 7d4
First Dice:
xxxxx 1: Miss
xxxxx 2 - 3: HIT however the resulting damage is divided by 2. Only 50% of the damage is dealt.
xxxxx 4: HIT however the resulting damage is multiplied by .8. Only 80% of the damage is dealt.
Damage: Ignore the first dice, total up the remaining dice. Divide or multiply the total by the modifier depending.
Average Damage: 8 (50%), 12 (80%)

Physical Description:
Austin's slim and a bit taller than average at 5'10' with sandy hair shorn short on the sides, longer and curly on the top. His eyes, behind a pair of thin wire frames, are faded green and usually amused; his skin is fair, freckling in sun unless he's careful; his mouth is just a little too full, in a way that appeals to most people.
Eye Colour: Faded/pale green
Hair Colour/Style: Short on the sides, longer & curly on top, sandy blonde.
Skin Colour: Fair, but not very pale.
Clothing Style/Colours: Preppy, put-together, designer. Summers would be something like this, but he'd never wear that with a full hunter coat. The important things are that they be tailored, expensive, fitted, largely pastels and pale colors, only very expensive denim -- nothing neutral or washed out. Here are more potential looks. Whatever inspires, except the sneakers, no sneakers please. >>
For coat, I'm kind of in love with this incredibly douchey $10k Ralph Lauren jacket, so it'd be great as inspiration. If you wanna just use this, I am SO TOTALLY IN, or you can mix and match a bit if you'd rather with 1 & 2.
I am weirdly indifferent to scarf color. Just so long as it matches whatever else he's wearing! Pastel would be pretty great, though...
Extra: Austin would definitely quickly pick up some kind of archery gloves, and arm guard for his left arm.
