[BPRP] But where are the mushrooms??? [Touch Lizard]

It was quite a surprise to Touch Fuzzy Get Dizzy that she had embarked on this journey from the bonfire with her new friend in hopes of finding food to fill her belly. They had earlier dabbled in some glowing mushrooms, which was making this whole food-hunting thing REALLY fun. Fortunately, Touch Fuzzy was grand on her hooves after a night of revelry, and somehow was not shaking or stumbling as she hunted around. In fact, the bush-headed doe managed to locate a rather nice thicket of blackberries, and snagged herself a heaping branchful. They weren't, like, ALL for her. Just a good chunk of them. She'd totally bring some back to the bonfire for the little ones, too!

Lizard Kisses could empathize with the sheer stream of consciousness Touch Fuzzy Get Dizzy was undergoing. She nudged her new friend some blackberries in order to ground her, then looked at a pomegranate. "Woah," she said. "It's moving. It's like a tiny ocean.

"Well I mean like, the pomegranate was alive once. I guess it makes sense it would have an aura...?" This was a super deep train of thought for Touch Fuzzy Get Dizzy. She had meditated on the auras of living things, but never on those of fruits and plants. But... fruits and plants grew, and lived. In that way, they would have auras of their own. Chewing some of the blackberries, Touch Fuzzy wandered over to the pomegranate, and-

"Oh what, that's not philosophical at all, man. That's just grubs." Disappointed by the lack of new meditation fodder, Touch Fuzzy ambled off to get herself... pears! Pears sounded delicious. Between these and the blackberries, there'd be a great feast at the bonfire tonight.

"Life inside life. How nice, huh?" Lizard Kisses nudged the pomegranate aside and tucked it safely under a bush. She flopped down next to it and started gorging herself on the berries.

"Right? I'm digging it, man, I'm digging it. It's like... the end of one life creates another, you know? Isn't that just the cycle?" Touch Fuzzy added, digging the thoughts Lizard Kisses was dropping. What a great friend. What a great day. Bringing over her branch of pears, she offered Lizard one of the fruits, and sat down to just relax and chill with her new friend.

"At the end of the day, nothing that was ever alive is really truly gone, y'know? Even after the end, the flesh nourishes the ground. Getting literally back to your roots. Because the swamp takes you back and you feed the plants. It's- everything's connected. That's pretty good. Like these pears. They are also pretty good." It was nice having someone chill to chill with.
