The small boy sighed as he dragged the trunk behind him. He didn't even know why he HAD this stupid thing. The only stuff he had in it was books and clothes. Not even that much in variety, clothes-wise. Two pairs of jeans, a couple hoodies, his collection of masks and like three t-shirts, tops. Ah, but his Mother had insisted, God bless her soul. After all, it wasn't every day that your child was accepted to such a prestigious establishment! Finally coming to a stop in front of his dorm, he fumbled with the key for a moment before pushing the door open.

Oh?

He was the first one to arrive, apparently. Good, that means he had first choice of room! He went with the decidedly small bedroom, choosing to be kind to the roommate he hadn't met yet. It was no easy task to room with him, so his roommate deserved the better half. Once inside, he dropped the trunk to the floor, flopping face-first onto the bed.

Jet lag was a b***h.

Sidney hadn't bothered much with his sister's suggestions of what to pack for school. He did know what he'd needed - he'd been given a list, after all - and, more so, he knew where his priorities were. Granted, the aforementioned priorities probably weren't the best, exactly, but he would cross that bridge when he came to it. As of now, all he had to do was set up his half of the dorm... after he took a brief rest. He'd already lugged two trunks - one small, one significantly larger - and a regular suitcase up a flight of stairs and into the unclaimed bedroom and so, given his lanky arms and general lack of any sort of strength, the boy was considerably worn out. Not to mention the jet lag that came with the long flight over from Ireland.

With his trunks and suitcase stacked up against the wall, he kicked off his shoes and promptly collapsed into the alcove bed that had been set up for him before his arrival. He nestled into the soft comforter, curling himself around the larger of the two pillows that he had. He let himself sink in and relax, a certain warmness washing over him as he flitted in and out of sleep for the better part of an hour. After allowing himself that, the boy forced himself awake so that he might be able to unpack and introduce himself to his new flatmate before going back to sleep for the night.

He set about unpacking the suitcase first, as it was the easiest,shuffling the already folded clothes from inside it into the drawers built in beneath his alcove bed, taking no care to make anything particularly neat. Afterward, he opened a trunk, leaving the smaller one alone for the moment as he went to work on the larger one, carefully setting up the trinkets he'd brought along. Vinyl records were stacked in the lower half of his nightstand, the record player itself placed atop it, with a large conch shell and various other things, books and a laptop included, finding their way onto the small desk in the corner. It wasn't the best arrangement, really, but he liked it fine.

With his unpacking finished, he made his way into the living room area, taking a book from the shelf and thumbing through it absentmindedly once he'd made his way over to the couch, curling up at the far end.
