[PRP] Good for the Gander [ Trip / Bitter End ]

Trip trotted through the Swamp with a sling full of mushrooms. This was not an unusual occurence for him, but, unusually, the mushrooms he carried were...normal, for once. Mushrooms that could be consumed without...worry. He had business to attend to.

Not that the other mushrooms weren't for business - those mushrooms were his business, even. It was just that...the business he had today...it was...

It's just that...the doe...Smash. She was a - a work, for sure, in more ways than one. But she could be breathtaking. Often literally.

He was nervous as all get out.

He'd heard the Legendary at the food place liked offerings.

Bitter End had been meandering along the rivers for awhile, shame driving her away from her mother's turf, but found herself not quite as adept in catching prey in this form. When she saw the buck with mushrooms, her immediate instinct was to go for it.

So she did. With a quick waddle, the caiman-mare shamelessly opened her massive jaw and nabbed the bunch, sling and all. In her hunger, she started to snap it up, and once realising that she had just a tinge of guilt, scuttled away chewing mushrooms, and as she swam away to the other side of the bank, she granted what she knew he was looking for.

"Oh yeah, you can have the blessing!" she yelled, transformed, across the water, bits of mushroom still on her muzzle, "GOOD LUCK!"

Trip stood there, frozen and incredibly confused. Well, that was strange, but it was done. Were all Legendaries like that? But she did give him a blessing...at least...she said so...and she did wish him luck. He was going to need it.

Oh well.

Shrugging philosophically, he trotted back the way he came.
