Not have a hoard of junk that creates a perfect nesting area for rats or mice.
Once they nest, they populate, once they populate, they spread after the disturbance of a nest.

Then poison is scattered, which means if a poisoned rat gets eaten by another animal, you basically ******** murdered the animal who ate the poisoned rat.s**t HEADS!

Which means that those of us with pets HAVE to be on extra high alert, especially with our cats and dogs who like hunting. Not like we have enough to worry about!
I.E:Heat/cold,pet thieves,people who can't read ******** signs,ect.

Oh and did I mention, the rest of us also have to deal with your mess.
That's right, our yards have to be Edward Scissor Hands like perfect and the grass can't go too past our toes.

OR WE GET WRITTEN UP AND PROBABLY FINED! and we aren't even in a HOA....yet.....-flips off the developers putting up duplexes instead of nicer (actual family)homes-You know that's coming after a few more lots are stolen.....=-=

TLDR:
Neighbor's(All able-bodied) across the road created a junk forest in their backyard and now we have an infestation of rats going around the neighborhood. So now they are putting down poison,so everyone's pets are ******** if they get a hold of a poisoned rat.:/

TLRDR:
Keep your damn yard clean as possible for your sake, rat infestations are no joke....
