~Kitsusagi Cosplay Permissions~
This will be a thread to house all Cosplay permissions for reference. Anyone who wishes to obtain ANY duplicate cosplays must first post in this thread to have everything out in the open - whether permission is required from the original owner or not.
The process is very simple!
Step 1: You will fill out the form at the bottom of this post and post it in this thread.
Step 2: If permission is needed, the owner of the original should quote your form and okay it. If permission is not needed, skip to Step 3!
Step 3: A staff member will quote all parties and put their stamp of approval on your new cosplay. That's it!
But wait! What if I don't know who the original owner is? What if I know the cosplay exists but cannot find an image! Unfortunately, at this time, this means you would not be able to obtain that cosplay dupe. We are discussing ways to get around not knowing the original owner or having the image but at this time a final decision has not yet been made. We will post an update when it has!!

Cosplay name: (the name of the actual character, not any nicknames or alternate names you may wish to use on your cert)
Original Cosplay: (please link to the cert if at ALL possible)
Original Cosplay Owner: (include any name changes they may have gone through in case the name is different on the original cert)
Your Version: (please link to a good reference picture showing as much of the full body as possible - this is show any difference from the original)
Differences: (please list here the differences that you see)
Does this differ by at least 20%? y/n

Has the owner of the original been contacted? (if the cosplay you want differs from the original by more than 20%, this is not required but it is still polite to inform the original owner if possible!)

(please provide proof of any attempts to contact the owner - usually a screenshot of a PM sent and dated more than 3 months ago)
UH OH the original owner is gone!!!
(please provide proof here of their absence from Gaia - remember, this must be a screenshot that shows they have not logged in and/or posted for more than 3 months ..... we are aware that some profiles are private, so the last log-in date cannot be seen. Also, some people may only log in to show they logged in but not be active. This is also the reason for attempting to PM, because those people may also check their PMs when they log in)
