(December 2016 - Akira's birthday...?)

Akira wasn't used to going on dates, much less planning them. If he could pretend it was just casually spending time with someone else, it wouldn't have put so much pressure on him. The problem was that it was Andre. Even if he forced himself to think of Andre as just a friend, Akira doubted he would have felt any less uneasy. He wished he could ask Louis or Zacharie for help, but that seemed like cheating. Instead of picking the brains of people who might have known him better or longer, Akira figured it was high time he attempt to take risks and learn more about his crush using his own initiative. If only he wasn't so absurdly afraid of making a mistake. Why did feelings have to work in such a way?

Swallowing his dread, the silver-haired trainer texted the information broker with an offer to go ice skating. He himself had never actually tried it, but it seemed the perfect season. Of course it only occurred to him after he sent the message that it was another opportunity to embarrass himself in front of the purple-haired man, but perhaps Andre hadn't been skating before, either. Ha. Akira had a feeling it was a futile hope, though, since the man seemed capable of pretty much anything. Even if he'd never skated prior, he'd probably end up making it look graceful and easy on his first try.

Oh well. At least his admirer could bask in the priviledge of watching him while simultaneously having an excuse to spend time together.
