After several hours of reading - mostly about faeries and the occasional Cryptid, Patrick would eventually round up the day by taking a few notes before replacing the books where he'd found them - With no sign of the Librarian, the last thing he wanted to do was to take out books without actually signing them out - To say Elijah would hunt him down would be an understatement...

Calling Branwen to his arm - the White Raven had take to circling the upper floor before settling herself down in the rafters for a snooze, but at the Diviner's request, she would sail down to land neatly upon Patrick's shoulder.

The day had been mostly recreational for him, but hopefully with a few hints as to how he might just make it through the class without looking silly, he could do little more than take his leave for the day and get an early night.

{{Relesta enters Library for new RP day}}

❖Having been at the library not a single moment else after visiting with the shifter, Relesta felt that it was time to give the place a visit, sit down and relax with a good book with enlightening information, not romance or something of the sort. At heart, she was still a student eager to learn about more things, despite being a lover of teaching and not as grand of a reader as her little guide was. Plus, there was the slight stress for having missed the first class day due to personal issues that demanded her attention. Needless to say, it was more than a necessity now to work hard on her teaching and make sure those under her care are taught properly, with discipline, respect and admirable morals. The elementor would not have it any other way, even if her means could be considered somewhat brutal or simply heavy to the body and mind.

In whatever case, it was an elective class day for the young ones, and stressing over the past was not a good idea considering she had already learned enough from that particular part. Now, it was time to sharpen the mind and calm down the nerves. Relesta would only find that peace when she found a good book about the most peculiar raiments documented, dating to a few years back since its last update. She didn't know what could be found among her students' powers, and nothing better than to check out the weirdest of the weirdest and other types to keep her thoughts strong against any first impression. Although, despite the intense focus on what she was reading, her pose was relaxed, with one leg crossed over other beneath the table she had a found a comfortable seat besides of, and a hand holding on to her left bicep, with the left hand supporting her head and left elbow dropping its entire weight on the wooden surface. Yet, as strict as she was with herself, her back was still properly curved, correct posture apparent to all those around her as the rest of her body exhibited a careless atmosphere, open to socializing.❖

Everything had been so quiet this year, nothing had really happened since the summer break thankfully. But this meant there was very little that could keep Ivar pre-ocupied. He had decided to visit the academy once more to catch up on some reading, maybe he could still learn from this place even though he had graduated. He slowly strolled down the hallways, watching students rush to class which made him chuckle. He remembered when he was usually running around attempting to not be late. He did notice there were stil alot of cute guys around, he knew it could seem a bit weird with him flirting with students even if he was the same age as them. Plus he would not hear the end of it from high command if he got into trouble with the academy.

He decided to take the long route to the library, pasing his old elementor class which would be empty today. He stepped towards the door but hesitated, alot had changed since then and he was not the same explosive child. He frowned and turned to walk towards the library which was not to far from the classroom. Entering the grand library was always an awestiking moment, he loved how elegant the architecture was in here. He felt right at home just sitting in here for hours reading strategy books. He walked over to the elementor section and picked up a book on advance applications of fire based raiments. He didn't have time to finish the book so he was hoping today would be the day he could finish it. He decided to take a seat next to a woman sitting nearby. Her dark skin and luscious hair made her stand out in a very dazzling way. "Mind if I sit here?" he asked before sitting down gently next to her. His right leg crossing over his left in a similar fashion to her, they seemed to both be very refined in their postures. He looked over to see that she was reading a book he had read before. "Even if you read that book, it wont prepare you for what some of these guys can do," he spoke very quietly and gently. "There's one guy in the elementor class that can make living creatures out of shadow, and I seem to recall one girl who was a literally walking bomb," he continued to speak, trailing off as he remembered the outdoor training exercise.

[ - Enter Grand Library for New RP Day - ]

It was with a heavy sigh that Elijah entered the Library for the second day of the semester. Saying goodbye to Ezra, even for a short time was always so hard, but knowing that he would see his love again in a few short hours helped lift some of his melancholy. Heading over to the reception desk, Elijah set his side bag down and shifted through some of the letters and pieces of parchment that had been left for him after he’d gone home the night before.

Glancing up and looking around the vast space, he caught sight of two faces - one familiar, one not. Ivar was a graduate of the Academy and someone that Elijah hadn’t expected to see again for quite some time. As an S-Class student, he wasn’t eligible for the Graduate Program, mainly because there was nothing left for the Academy to teach him, the poor boy. Last he’d heard, Ivar had spoken of heading to Valor to become an officer in the military. He had to wonder what the boy was doing here, back in the Academy’s library…

Frowning a little, Elijah kept his distance, as it seemed that Ivar was speaking with the lovely woman that he sat with. While he was curious about her as well, he knew that in good time he would come to know her – this was his library after all…

❖Softly, her hand lowered all the way down to the book pages, letting go of her face as it turned so Relesta could properly see the individual asking for permission to sit besides her. Her dark eyes analyzed him briefly as the hand previously resting against her own bicep waved, in a body language that said 'no problem'. "Not at all, young man" ,the considerably deep yet feminine voice the teacher possessed gently replying to his respectful request. The elementor herself would take into account how their disciplined way of standing and sitting was similar, perhaps derived from a quality education or military background, both the things that shaped her younger years as well. Then, as her left hand left the book's surface, Relesta planned to continue her calm reading, entertained by each information there contained despite having known a few of those curious raiments, but her focus would once more shift to the direction of the young man now making her company. A warm smile would shape itself on her face, small in size but expressing well her current gentle mind state. "Oh, is that true? The younger generation surely has brought some interesting raiments with itself, but I believe I'll handle them well ", she commented firmly, confident in her experience with the students she had dealt with back in the regions out of Eoana Academy, "...even if they decide to 'blow up', honestly" ,feeling a tad relaxed after indulging herself in the book chosen by herself up until that point, there was even the opportunity for her to show some humor.

It was a few moments after her last comment that her attention woud change to a majestic male with white hair, for lack of a better word. Not that she felt attracted towards him in any sort of way, but his appearance and way of acting made the word form upon her mind. Took her a second, but Relesta was then able to consider the area around that man, the reception desk, and wondered if he would be the grand librarian Thanya spoke so well of. In the case of his gaze falling on the reading duo once more, the elementor teacher would offer him a most respectful nod of her head, exposing a gentle smile along with it to show a friendly nature. Being part of the staff, Relesta still felt honored to be in his presence, considering the librarian would've been a long time veteran compared to most people, as his position would require. Analyzing the situation to see if there was any other thing she could do, the woman decided to keep it to herself and lowered her eyes back to her book. With the time passing by and the clock ticking somewhere, she figured that it would be about time to make her leave, and without too much care, she did. Giving the other male a single nod of goodbye with a friendly smile, Relesta packed her things, guarded the book, and left calmly.❖

~ Entering Library on New Day ~

Having taken a shower after the Beginners Combat Class the night before, Tala felt no need to repeat the action when he awoke early the following day. Instead, he gathered up his notebooks and instead made his way down to the Library.

His mission wasn't necessarily important, infact it was more curiosity rather than reconnaissance and as he pushed open the doors to the Grand Library, the Shadowmancer would take a moment to breathe in the ever-enthralling scent of old tomes before stepping inside.

It had felt like forever since he'd visited the Library - ever since he'd lost that book back in Eoana Forest... It seemed ironic that the guy who had caused him to lose it in the first place would eventually return it to him - after trying to bribe him with it...Damn guards - Luckily Tala would only receive a light scolding from the Diviner - seeing as it was his first offense, but the Shadowmancer would make note to ensure anything he 'borrowed' was returned in as pristine a condition as it was taken in.

It appeared that the Librarian was absent - but that didn't mean the youth wasn't able to look around. The door closed with a soft thump behind him and as the sound resonated around the large room, Tala would step towards one of the shelves. He knew what he was looking for and was almost certain that it was somewhere within the Library - he just had to find it.

With another day free to play with, Patrick felt it would be best spent reading up on the role of 'Teaching Assistant' - Of course, the last time he visited the Library, Rick had spent much of the day reading up on Faeries and Cryptids...but who was to know?

Releasing Branwen to scout the upper vestibules, Patrick would set his sights on the same sections he'd passed the first time, it made sense to grab a book or two on the actual role of teaching assistant, but as before, he just couldn't help gather a plethora of titles surrounding the occult and Paranatural...

"Oh! Hey there!"

Tala would stiffen at the voice, his head dipping behind the book he'd been reading before the Shadowmancer would peer above the spine of the tome and force a weak smile, "Heey...Patrick?"

"Catching up on the good read too, eh?" holding the books he'd already gathered against his chest, the Diviner would pull up a seat before setting the tomes down on the table before him. "Best place to do it I reckon," sitting down, he would spread out the books he'd gathered before piling them up in order of interest - with the Teaching Assistant guide close by just incase anyone asked... "You up to much, or just avoiding the crowds?" Having met the male a few times now, Rick was starting to realise he wasn't overly fond of enclosed spaces with many people...

It was hard not to want to whip back with "What do you think" but Tala would just shrug, "Pretty much..." he sighed, he had to admit, he sort of liked the guy's positivity, but now that he was here, the Shadowmancer doubted he'd get much reading done...

"Straaannnge!" the unmistakable caw of the White Raven as she swooped into view only force the male to roll his eyes, watching with some displeasure as Branwen swept in before hopping to a stop infront of the Diviner who greeted her with a gentle hand cupping the back of the head...

"Be nice." Rick would feel slightly embarrassed - the Raven had never really liked the other male very much, but after wagging a finger infront of the bird - and narrowly avoiding getting it pecked - Patrick would pick up his first tome and open it to page one. "Settle yourself, Bran. We've got work to do."

Glaring towards the Shadowmancer, Branwen would let out a hiss before hopping between Rick's arms and settling down.

They would sit there in reasonable silence until the time came to leave, then they went their separate ways...

For the past day and a half, Eko had been feeling ill and had decided to not attend Beginner's Combat yesterday, despite wanting to go with Jace. The Enhancer figured he'd picked it up from his professor.

Today, though, he decided it'd be best to go out, he felt quite better and had some research he wanted to do in the library following the topic that the Enhancer Class was going to talk about: what made the Enhancer Knit different than the others?

It was a hard question. Mostly due to something Xeih had mentioned: they used to just be grouped in with Diviners. Eko remembered learning about that point in time vaguely, back when Trendel and Valor were at war. Though, he had forgotten a lot of his teachings from the Lassila household and frankly hoped he'd forget everything about that place.

After hearing Xeih's answer, Eko was interested in the topic and would like to read on it in the Grand Library.

[Enter Eko into the Grand Library]

Eko looked around the library, it'd been long since he'd been here so it was very overwhelming. His eyes darted around, breaths quick and fast. So many books, so many smells, so many titles. His enhanced vision was the main problem here: he wanted to read everything in sight. And there were a lot of things in sight to read.

The doors shut behind the anxious boy, and he closed his eyes to steady his breathing. Without his eyes open, the library was much better for Eko. Except, he had to read. So his eyes would be open.

He had spent many nights staring at the pages of a book, but looking around anyways and absorbing everything but the information. Eko had tried and tried, but always found focusing difficult, especially with how much there was to look at.

The Enhancer suddenly realized that this would be... much harder than he thought. First finding the book, and then worse, reading it. So he stood there, eyes closed and breathing quick. He didn't move. At least it wasn't... a social situation.

((Elijah or anyone else there is free to torture talk to him))

-Enter Xeih into Library from Courtyard-

Xeih held his book to his chest as he walked to the library, notes neatly tucked into the book. He sighed, and wish he had a bag to carry them around him. His family sent him with plenty of coin; Xeih just doesn't want to go out and be overwhelmed in the city. If he had a friend or an acquaintance; it would be nice to have someone he trusted to reduce his anxious tendencies in any given situation. For now though, he was on his own. At least the Library was here to provide him comfort. Xeih walked in, and scanned the room. He didn't see anyone at first, then the one person he noticed was there was a boy from his Knit class. Quiet, like him. He seemed like a nice person, but probably one who did not want to engage in a conversation. Not that Xeih was planning to anyway, he has his own agenda at the moment. Xeih headed for the shelves in search of what book might pertain information on the spell he has in mind. He doubted any casting manuals contained the spell, given its power. Even if did search for it in that kind of book, he wasn't even sure where to begin. He isn't aware of the knit the spell belongs to. Well, standing and wondering isn't going to make much progress.

The young enhancer grabbed a wide of variety of books that could possibly give any information on the spell. There were no books with the spell as the title, so his hunt had to be continued more thoroughly. He grabbed some Scholarly journals on developments of magic spells, a couple history books on spells, and a few books on magic theory. There was about a total of fifteen books that Xeih had gathered to look through on a table, in which he began to sift through. He chose books he has never read before. Xeih's memory is borderline eidetic. After absorbing and/or being exposed to information, it doesn't leave him. He can't repeat what people say verbatim, but he can retain and recall information with high precision. It's not perfect, but it's close.

Xeih decided to look at one book of each categroy at a time Grabbing from the magic theory pile, he opened it up. The table of contents were his go to, looking for "Tua Diffodd" or anything that had to do with nullification/canceling magic. First book yielded nothing useful. It's focus was on the development of each Knit, mainly of the separation of Diviner's and Enhancers. Xeih has sufficient knowledge on the subject, but he'd like to read more into it. He'd like to read more into literally everything he had before him. Alas he didn't have the time to do so. He then grabbed one of the scholarly journals. Xeih couldn't tell anyone how many of these he's read. Experiments in magic were always fun to read, some were quite entertaining. Most people wouldn't understand half the terminology used if they weren't familiar with components But if you did, the failed experiments that are documented and published are a good laugh for Xeih at times. The first journal had an experiment on a 2nd tier cancellation spell, but it wasn't Tua Diffodd. It was something about exploiting the weakness of whatever the spell it focused on. Sighing, he closed the book and grabbed one from the history pile. He didn't expect to find anything quickly, but he grew more curious the more he searched for it. He wasn't even sure what to do with the information he would find; he just wanted to know about the spell. The history book didn't have anything of use either. It was just another history book on magic, nothing too specific about anything. Mainly talking about feats of magic. What Q'ara said the name of the spell, he didn't recognize it; so it isn't a widely known spell.

One book of each category down, glancing at his pile of books once more, then the shelves, then back at his books, he knew that he might be here for a while. He continued his search ever so diligently, his surroundings melting away from his attention. He is in his element here, studying was something he did often for fun, so this was nothing new. He hasn't intensely investigated something like this before, but he was smart enough to figure out the gist of what he should be looking for. He had an ink and quill ready with a couple sheets of paper in case he felt the need to take notes. All that was written was on the first page on the top, in all caps: TUA DIFFODD. He sifted through each and every book that was on his table he didn't find anything that remotely mention the spell. Xeih found this quite odd, he was sure there were plenty of spells that can cancel out magic and the one spell that his professor used was nowhere to be found, let alone be mentioned. Why this one? Xeih couldn't help but wonder why, but that question can't be answered or explored more until he learns what the actual spell is. He sighed once more, knowing that he should put all the books he had at his table back before he went and collected more. At a regular pace, he put every single book back in their proper place. He's spent a large amount of his time in libraries, especially his family's own library, so knew well to take note of where he took the books from.

Xeih stood back and gazed into the shelves once more, he scratched his head and delve deep into this thoughts. He won't find what he's looking for at this rate, he can't rely on just happening to come across it. He was thinking too broadly about it. Having little knowledge on the spell is a poor excuse for broad thinking. He had to narrow on what to look how a little further now. But how? He knew that history books were no longer the answer, the spell isn't worth noting if it isn't well known for that field. Focusing on the types of books right now won't get him too far at the moment, the other two categories he had in mind could both very well have information on the spell. He switched his focus of thinking on the spell itself. It was some form of cancellation magic, but he didn't know what kind. What even is Tua Diffodd... I don't even know what Knit it belongs to. It's Knit... Wait. "That's it!" Xeih exclaimed out loud. It suddenly clicked in his mind; how to narrow the topic to find where the spell might be documented. He walked back over to the books on Magic Theory, and skimmed through the selections. He looked over each title of books on the side, pulling out ones that had titles in the front, looking for anything that indicated exactly what he was looking for. It took only a minute to find a book that was likely to talk about a spell as mysterious as "Tua Diffodd". The book he grabbed was Knitting the Knits: Magic with Mixed Stitches. "Clever title." He whispered to himself. He's never read this one, and is surprised he's never read it before; it sounds exactly like something that would peak his interest. This book is a study on magic that don't fit quite perfectly into the definitions of each Knit. This topic isn't necessarily neglected amongst scholars, it's just certain aspects of this topic can get a bit controversial for some. With a hop to his step, Xeih made his way back to the table, and opened the book excitedly. He knew that he might be setting himself up for disappointment, but investigating was turning out to be quite fun.

The table of contents were quite basic and didn't elude to anything about what Xeih was looking for in particular, but that didn't prove that what he was looking for wasn't there. He flipped to the Diviner/Elementor studies first. The overall basis of what was researched there was light magic, which wasn't a surprise. It wasn't what he was looking for, so he ignored it for now. For now, Xeih was planning on checking out this book. The section yielded nothing pertaining Tua Diffodd though. He flipped through the Diviner/Tenebraer section, and found the same results. Nothing mentioning the spell. Shaking his head a little, he flipped back to the table of contents. Xeih was sure that there had to be something. Something in the table of contents caught his eye when he looked it over with a more careful eye. The final section before the index was Arguments in Magic. This peaked his interest, it wouldn't hurt to give it a look. Xeih flipped the pages of the book till he found the section. After a few pages, he finally found the words he's been hoping to see within all the books he's skimmed through. But what he saw wasn't exactly what he was hoping for.

Tua Diffodd: A spell of especially high caliber, with such a dense cloud of mystery, it isn't known to many scholars. The argument surrounding this spell is due to how one's philosophy of magic skews how each Knit is categorized.

There wasn't much after that. The spell was described as the user absorbing a source of magic, then dispersing it. The process wasn't described or what it entails, no components were mentioned, not even it's history was mentioned. The only thing it really talked about was a few sentences describing that it's viewed as either a Diviner, Tenebraer, or Elementor spell. He flipped through the pages of the section over and over to see if there was anything else, but that was it. He got up and put the book back, and grabbed a few books about arguments in magic and mysteries in magic. Either these books didn't mention Tua Diffodd at all, and if it did, it gave the same information as the Knitting the Knits book. Xeih went back to the table he's been occupying and twirled his hair as contemplated the information he just learned. Looking at his notes, all he wrote was what the spell did. How does she know this spell... Why does she know it? Famed publications don't ever mention this, it's not found in any casting manual, and not very many people even know of this spell at all. It's not even being documented how these people are learning of the spell's existence. Q'ara Celeste Krea... Who is this woman? Does anyone actually know her? Xeih was a bit nervous now. He didn't assume anything ill of her, but he can't help but be unsettled by this. Of course their professor was going to be a powerful spellcaster, with knowledge of things that are lesser known. But a spell that has zero documentation of its history? Zero clue of where it's from or how it's cast? That is definitely odd. He wasn't going to confront her with this, Q'ara's knowledge had to come from somewhere private, and Xeih was inclined to find out what. He didn't want to find out as a conspiracy against her, he just doesn't want to have these questions unanswered. Xeih continued to search for any clues on Tua Diffodd, he was probably going to stay in the Library till he was kicked out. He wasn't going to want to sleep anytime soon. He squeezed his right arm a little, it was a still sore from casting Palm Blast earlier. He hoped to limit this soreness in further practice. But now, it was investigating time.

-------------------------------------
-------------------------------------

TLDR: Xeih wanted to learn about a spell Q'ara cast. This spell is Tua Diffodd, something that canceled his component that he casted when he tried out for the spellcasting class. His research so far has resulted in very little information on the spell.

The library was something Erika wanted to check out and now she had the time. She just joined Botany class and was excited about the new lesson she would be attending. Classes so far were great for her. Entering the library, she looked around the large room, making her way through other students and tried to find a section she could read.

A smile grew on her face as she saw all the books that this place has and maybe she was able to find a book that would help her. Erika passed by Eko and stopped a couple steps away, turned and looked at him. He looked like he wasn't having any fun. She finally walked to him and whispered, "Are you okay?"

Shortly after Eko was frozen in fear, he heard the doors open again, eyes flying open and staring at whoever entered, a boy from his Knit class, Xeih. He seemed rather smart, so it wasn't an utter surprise to see him. Though, Eko did wonder what the purple haired boy was researching, and as he watched him, the Enhancer saw that the boy was... doing a lot of research, on something he knew little of; or a lot of general research.

As Eko looked around at everyone in the library, teeth clenched and breaths quick. He needed to do... something, otherwise he'd just be more strange looking and people might stare at him or make negative judgments of his character.

Just as the Enhancer was about to take a step, a girl entered, he snapped his head around so quickly it kind of hurt, he jumped at the sight of her, and his cheeks then flushed from embarrassment. The brown haired girl smiled, looking around at the shelves.

Eko almost thought she'd pass him by without a second thought.

When she passed him, she walked over to him and asked if he was okay, rather softly. Well, it was softly, but the words were clear as day due to Eko's enhanced hearing. He jumped when she spoke, even if it wasn't sudden or loud.

"I- Uhm- I-I'm- Well- Ah-" His words stumbled and his mind stuttered, unable to form a coherent sentence. She probably thought he was stupid, and when Eko realized this, his cheeks heated up more.

"I'm-" As the boy was about to answer, Xeih loudly exclaimed "That's it!" from his table, causing Eko to jump, hard. He looked over at the fellow Enhancer, stepping back a little. He probably had just reached a sort of understanding.

"I'm-" j-just- kind of- uhm-" Eko steps back again, looking around the female but not making eye contact.

Finally, he squeezes his eyes shut and takes a deep breath, muttering "Ju-Just overwhelmed-"

Erika's eyes widen at his jump, thinking she scared him. I mean she didn't make any sound when she walked up, so she may have startled him. She took a step back and let him calm down if he needed to and hopefully she wasn't in his bubble. Even the yell of other student made her jump, not expecting someone to yell in the library. She was patient, letting him stumble and get his words out correctly. Her lips pressed together, trying to read his body language.

Once he got the words out, she leaned in just a bit, "Overwhelmed? Do you need help and can I assist if so? Or if you need me to walk away I will. I'm sorry for interrupting if I am."

Eko was now fidgeting nervously, biting the inside of his cheek. When she leans in slightly, he jumps a bit, not expecting her to... move. She asked if she could help, that was odd, usually people would just leave him to be overwhelmed. She was probably a Diviner. They were supposed to be nice, right?

His eyes shift around the room, looking at everything around him, before back at the female before him, who also asked if he needed help or if she should just leave. He needed help, and it was rude to ask her to go away.

However, Eko wasnt sure how to respond. It was likely she just wanted to help.

"N-No! I-I mean- You're fine- Y-You dont need to leave... I-I'm used to it by now- being overwhelmed. I-I- I-its my Rai- its my Raiment. I ju-just... ki-kind of notice everything. A-All at o-once, c-constantly."

Her head tilted slightly, still being patient with him. She was ready to leave him if need be, thinking she may of caught him off guard, he may pf been waiting for someone or just annoying him. She also this a perfect opportunity to make new friends.

Erika tried to look where he looked, thinking that something caught his eye or someone was making him nervous. Once he started talking, her attention turned back to him. She then nodded and smiled some. "You're Raiment makes you overwhelmed? Is there anything in particular I can do to help you?"

    [ - Begin Interaction for RP Day - ]

This was it. Tonight, was the night. He was going to do it! Despite the storm, despite the timing, he needed to do this, he needed to gather up his courage and ask the love of his life to be his forever. Pacing back and forth from one end of the library to the next, the ring clasped in his hand, Elijah bit at his nail, nervous beyond all reason. If Ezra hadn’t had to deal with teaching the combined classes today, he would have convinced his lover to stay home – because who wanted to leave the house in a snow storm – and he would have asked him then and there, in the comfort of their own home….but no, Ezra, the dutiful professor – Elijah loved that about him – had insisted that they both come to the Academy.

Now, alone in the library, Elijah was left with his thoughts and he nerves. He knew more or less what he was going to say but working up the courage to actually say those words was what had him so hung up. Why did this have to be so dang hard!? ‘Because if it was easy, everyone would do it…and besides, it wouldn’t be meaningful if it was ‘easy’ to say…’ He told himself with a heavy sigh and a frown. Stopping his pacing, he opened his hand to look down at the beautiful ring. Elijah had had it custom made for Ezra months ago. If it hadnt been for the attack, he would have given it to his lover already. But with the attack, the killings, the mass memorial…the timing just hadnt been right. And now, each day that passed made him even more nervous about the whole thing and Elijah knew that if he didn’t do it today, tonight then he’d chicken out and not do it at all and that wasn’t an option!

"Gah! I cant take this pressure!" Oh if Ezra could see him, he'd probably shake his head, smirk and hug him close to tell him how much of a goofball he was...and that was why Elijah wanted to marry him, because they were prefect for one another...
