Hm, maybe I should buy one to carve this year...
Not sure if I'd be allowed to light it, though.
Maybe if I could find a bitty battery powered tea light?
I must research this more.
Totally hyped for recipes with autumn squash varieties, though.

MY FAVORITE HOLIDAY AND SEASON OF THE YEAR!!!!! COSTUMES, DECORATING, FIRES, PUMPKINS, COSPLAY, CANDY, FALLING LEAVES, HOODIES, SWEATER WEATHER!!!! WHAT ISN'T THERE TO LOVE ABOUT FALL?!??! *bounces off every wall in the room repeatedly*
Anyways, a tip for people carving pumpkins this year: cut the bottom open and scoop it out there, not the top. This lets it last longer and keeps it from rotting so soon! biggrin

Just wanted to drop in and let you all know Gaia's NPC shop trick-or-treating is a go~
(And I got a cool message recently that Lance dropped off that I'm pretty sure is an event tease, it looks like it's gonna be awesome! Not sure I'll be around for it, though, I'm off to housesit this weekend. ;w; )
The NPC costumes this year are really cool, so even if you're not wanting the ToT items, the art alone is worth a gander!
('specially Moira and Ruby and Peyo, in my opinion.)
Now, to count down the days until pumpkin spice everything is no longer such a huge friggin' deal. =w=;
