With a flair for the dramatic, the Black Beetle Bureau is a curated, professional network of thieves, mercenaries, and black market merchants, gathered for the purposes of conducting illegal business and selling illegal goods.

Benefits: Access to a network of trolls that would typically be difficult to contact for illegal work. The den is well-hidden from the un-initiated and lavishly decorated.
Drawbacks: It is a crime syndicate. There is ample opportunity to get in trouble with the law, if you get caught. V runs things very tight, so risking the operation can result in worse than just expulsion.
Blacklist: Fools and narcs.
Whitelist: None for now.
Recruitment: Open but picky. Initiation with Vulpin preferred.
