► Rules - There are currently a few simple rules to getting tech approved. Please follow these three rules, listed below.
Rules ► Parts and Custom tech may not alter stats or READ in any way. ► Parts and Custom tech may not decrease the Stamina or Wear costs of a Trick below 1 at any time. ► Make sure you put how much AP you are using. AP will be held and frozen until the item is redeemed in character.

Effects: -1 Stamina for all Ring Road Tricks
[ A type of small filter built inside the bottom side middle of the A.T.s and has a really small tube leading from the filter to three small holes along both sides of the A.T.s and three really small holes on the middle bottom of the A.T.s, behind each of the small holes is a small reed which is built using the principle of a harmonica. When the users legs/feet are in motion from either running, kicking or simple movement the filter will take in air from the bottom holes into the filter and release it from the holes on the side creating a whistling sound when released. This filter can act as a medium for being able to use ring road tricks, for sub roads that use categorized for different types of instruments this would be Wind instruments. There is also a small switch on the side of the A.T.s which will let you close the filters. These tools can be taken out and put back in when ever the user wants and can be used to surprise others by the unbelievable number of tools they have on them. They can uses these for tuning, quick access to tools, or as weapons or for other things the sky is the limit. ]
