Biography || Koiyuki was born in ths middle-class part of Aleksei's neighborhood, so he had a pretty decent childhood. His father was a construction worker and his mother a real estate agent. He is the only boy in a family of five older sisters, the eldest a lawyer, middle twins who are both in nursing, third oldest a art major and the youngest who owns her own bakery, so he has a lot to live up to but it's wasn't anything he could deal with. He met Aleksei in high-school and they clicked instantly ans became friends. It lasted this way until he college when they parted on bad terms that no one knows about. Several years later, they show up in the same precinct but they don't talk to each other as Koiyuki mostly does uncover work and is rarely seen. Both parents are dead but he still has his sisters who he regularly keeps in contact with. He has a nice little studio apartment near the precinct.
Education
• Went to the same school as Aleksei and kind of developed a friendship with him. Was accepted into a university, getting his degree in forensic science before applying to the academy after he graduated at the impressive age of 23.
